Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. Rooms were ok, bed was squeaky, walls very thin, but to be expected from a mid-range hotel. Overall happy with our stay

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. The hotel was great. Good sized rooms with a free water dispenser on each floor being very welcome. The breakfast buffet was of a very good range and quality. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful and the costumer service was excellent. Thank you.

The hotel's location is excellent. One thing that made a huge difference in our experience at this hotel was the attention and care we received from the staff member, Vivian. Always smiling, she made us feel at home. Good people make a difference in our perception of the hotel and our experience in the city. Vivian is definitely one of those people who made the difference in giving us the best references for our stay in Nice.

The Hotel is in a perfect location to all things in Nice. The staff are super nice and helpful, whether at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant. The hotel rooms are a bit older, some staining on the carpets, the mattress on the pull out couch was thinner but still comfortable, overall clean enough. The lobby and bar/restaurant area is quite clean, modern and smells good. Area surrounding hotel feels very safe.

Stayed a week in September. Perfect in every way. Room was comfortable. Location very near bus and tram stops. Only 10 minutes walk from Place Garibaldi Staff were superb especially Ksenia on the front desk who gave excellent advice and explained how to use the trams and buses. We would definitely like to return. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, welcoming, and beautifully run.
The rooms were fresh and spotless, with great air conditioning and a very comfy bed. While the décor could benefit from a slight refurbishment, overall the room was excellent. I especially appreciated the Rituals toiletries — such a nice touch!
The pool was a highlight, peaceful, with a stunning view of Nice. A perfect spot to unwind.
The restaurant was efficient and the food very good, but what really made this hotel stand out was the amazing staff — from reception to waiters, everyone was genuinely kind and attentive.
One moment that truly moved me was seeing a team member with Down syndrome as part of the hotel staff. As someone with a brother who also has Down syndrome, this was incredibly meaningful. The staff’s interactions were so natural, respectful, and inclusive. It spoke volumes about the heart of this place.
A truly thoughtful, kind hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel is a long walk from the old town, made very easy with the short 5min Tram ride with a stop outside the hotel.
Staff are very welcoming, friendly and super helpful.
Breakfast buffet is fairly extensive in choice.
Only disappointment was the mattress which was uncomfortable.

My family had an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Ksenia for her professional handling of guest issues. She went the extra mile to ensure that the family is well accommodated at the hotel. We appreciate what she did for us. My thanks also to Yassine and Hugo for their continuous help throughout our stay. My advice for the property is to review and upgrade maintenance in both plumbing and Air conditioning. Overall, we left happy 😊👍

I not know how many stations of bus or trams at the door of the hotel . I feel very easy and convenient to almost sightseeing places.the staff are professional and kind .the breakfast is good.
