The shared areas are a bit dated, but the room was renovated, modern, clean, and quiet. The hotel is also very well situated. Great choice if booked at the right price.

We had a pleasant stay here, 4 nights. Calm room on 4th floor, very clean from start and maintained on a daily base. Helpful and nice staff flexibly aligning and helping with our issues, questions. Special thanks to Petya, Stefano and Romana for the particularly good personal contacts.
Best place to start out from in Nice. Railwaystation and Beach is near, also the street has lot of good cafés, restaurants for breakfast/dinner options nearby.

This is not a 4 star hotel. 3 star or less.
Nice location and friendly staff. However, the quadruple room is very small for a family of 4 and the toilet of 1 square meter (slower is in a separate room) very smelly. Breakfast very basic and low quality serve in a very small room for 20-25 people next to each other.

1 night stay in the heart of the city, did the job perfectly.
PROS
-extremely central, on the main street of Nice (think Champs Elysee, Oxford Street, Fifth Av). Also close to metro which takes you to the airport directly and to the train station if you are going elsewhere or to Monaco.
-good plugs
-comfortable bed
-good WiFi
-complimentary sweets, water and coffee in the room
CONS
-slightly arrogant staff and not particularly friendly/helpful
-fairly small room if staying more than 1-2 nights
-breakfast at a price
CONCLUSION: good but I'm sure there are equally good hotels around. Price will dictate.

Really cool prace is you just need to sleep in. Great location! The room is small but it’s really nice. The bathroom was nice designed. Internal design is classy and simple. You have water and coffee, tea… small treatment. The staff is super friendly and very helpful! If you are in Nice and look for something in the middle of the city close to the public transport and with a good price I would recommend you to stay there.

This was a great location to explore Nice. The tram line is right outside the door and you are in the middle of the high street. However our room was surprisingly quiet. The Train station is a short walk away to vet connections to other areas along the Riveria. The staff are all very nice and helpful.

One of the worst hotels in France.
1. Their rooms are poorly maintained and stinky. The amenities in the room like refrigerators etc do not work. Bedsheets were stinky - I don’t think they were washed from previous stay.
2. The reception is manned but non responsive and when you go down to the reception to talk to them they are rude and redirect you to an email - which has not been responded to for 2 months now.
3. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in whole of Europe - we have been travelling in Europe for last 4 years!
They responded to this review in less than 24 hours - but the emails haven’t been responded to in 2 months - they don’t belong to hospitality. Pathetic brand and service.

The staff is excellent. They spoke excellent English and were helpful. The room was great for the price and a nice size. It is close to the train station. Many restaurants are nearby and only 10 minutes walk to the ocean and town square . Also you had slippers and the use of a robe.

Very very terrible room. It was like sleeping in a factory . The constant noise of machines in the courtyard behind the hotel. Besides that, there was an awfull sour rotten stench during the night coming from outside. This was mixed, with the interior musty stench already there. It not is totaly not worth the money.

Terrific location for us quick overnight stopover near train station. Short walk. Friendly and helpful staff, lift to rooms a blessing with big bags! Air conditioning great, comfy bed, clean and good bathroom with separate wc. Good breakfast too! (Coffee machine , do it yourself kind, not so great) Convenient location to tram, restaurants and shops. Would recommend for a short stopover. Rooms super quiet too.
