Our first stay in Greece and it was wonderful. The staff were amazing starting from Agatha at breakfast and they were always striving to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was pretty cool with everything on remote control. We had the Mountain View and I sat out there for hours. The pool area is worth the stay alone as they also cater to day passes. Used the gym every day as it had just enough for me. Quite a few restaurants with a 5-20 min walk.

Me and my partner booked to stay here for a night as a treat because from the website it looked gorgeous but unfortunately we didn’t have the experience we were hoping for. The room was quite average for what we payed for (an ‘executive suite’). The toilet had a build up of limescale, the floors were stained and the shower had some mould in it. The spa was so bad and I was upset about this because we had to pay €15 each to use it for just half an hour. The jet pool was cold, as were the spa showers. It smelled of black mould and the floors were not clean. The only thing working really in the spa area was the sauna. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a 5* experience.

This hotel is a little off the beaten path but in one of the more upscale neighborhoods of Athens so, very green and beautiful. All the staff were fantastic (I wish I could remember each of their names). The gentleman that helps you with your bags and parking (I think his name was Pericles) was the fantastic. Housekeeping was wonderful and helpful. I wish I could remember his name also. The front desk staff was very thoughtful. I had to get up @ 4 a.m. to catch my flight and would have missed breakfast they made a wonderful care package for me to take @ checkout. It included a piece of fruit, a sandwich and 2 yummy cookies.
Loved the different juices they had at reception each day. The pools were beautiful and modern but very cold so I didn't get to dip in them.
I'm all about being eco-friendly and not using single use plastics and look for hotels that are conscious of that. They have an electric car charger which I thought was fantastic! If I'd known I would have rented an electric car. I loved how the bottle of water they have waiting in the room for you was a glass one and you can reuse it. They don't have recycling bins around the hotel, unfortunately, but you can give your bottles or cans to reception and they recycle it for you. I liked how you can hang up your towels/robes if you don't want them to change them out and this helps conserve water.
The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't offer towels for the guests to take to the beach. This was the first hotel I've ever stayed at in Greece that didn't offer this.
Everything in the room (shades, lights, exterior glass covering the balcony) was operable by remotes located next to the bed, on the wall by the balcony or on the wall as you entered the room. Some of them weren't working but the parts that I personally needed worked just fine.
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. For the size of the hotel I was expecting a bigger spread but what they did have was fresh and delicious. I was disappointed to see, however, that they don't have decaf coffee. Not everyone can have caffeine. :)

I have loved my first time in Athens, mostly due to the exceptional service we’ve experienced here at Life Gallery.
From booking stage with the support of the reception team in organising transfers (inc. amending to the correct times as I gave the arrival time in my local time), a welcome with a smile from Maria as soon as we entered the hotel and the constant, constant, care, attention to detail, patience and proactive nature of Ioannis of the wait staff team. He asked my name on day 1, helped with me finding an emergency dentist and remembered my daily order and my name. He helped when I lost my card while tending to all others at breakfast. Such a joy and we are lucky he was here during our mornings.
Maria was so helpful to family and I when needing multiple cabs for the wedding we were attending and organising dry cleaning services.
John the lifeguard was a mind reader! Bought towels, menus, food and smile before we knew we needed them and was lovely everyday of our stay.
Honestly, the service here is sensational to say the least! The cleaning staff were sensational and welcoming every afternoon. We have really loved it.
I can only not give 5 stars across the board as we are a good distance away from the centre so felt reliant on taxis in terms of location.
The room was beautiful, 4/5. So well kept and cute design but could have had more storage space and the shower would drain slowly so the bath mats were saturated daily.

My friend is very satisfied. It is located in the northern suburbs of Athens. It is quiet and private. It is very convenient to travel by bus and taxi. It is a five-star hotel with good value for money in Athens during the peak tourist season!

Maybe too modern if you are very traditional. Toilets open to the room, beds a bit low and pillows with room for improvement (too hard). Pool should open earlier than 11. Now, the good parts: Fancy and functional room with automatic curtains which enables you to lazily laydown and let the sun in, weaking up slowly. A room facing the back with only trees in front of you. Total privacy . Very Friendly staff. Good food at lunch and average breakfast but they do whatever you ask to bring the experience up. Great pool area without shade umbrellas because the trees do the job in a much loveliest way. Very peaceful even with the children. Attentive to guest needs. All demands from the room were promptly attended. A place I would go back without hesitation… and pleasure
