Where to stay with pets in Chania Town

I've seen a lot of hotels, but have not seen even once! There is clearly tried by some misanthrope. But, as the location is Central. Next to the old port and opposite the market

The food and service are the best! Especially Rena, who works the bar. She makes the best drinks, always has a beautiful smile to greet everyone with, and willing to be helpful to those of us not from Crete.

The hotel is inside is beautiful and the location is just perfect!

Rena is not just a bartender; she is the heart of Kydon. From the moment I walked into the bar, she greeted me with warmth and made me feel like I was among friends, even though I was far from home

The staff is very great! Friendly and helpful. The location is right there next to everything. The parking is a little odd and small, but they do move the Cars around to accommodate. Maybe I'm to picky or to heavy

Her genuine interest in my well-being and family added a personal touch that is rare to find. She remembered little details from our conversations, which made each interaction feel meaningful and not just part of a job

The hotel is located near the vibrant street of Chania. They also assisted us in booking trips to Samaria Gorge, Balos & Elafonisi beach (all are highly recommended). The room was clean and staff were very helpful

What an incredible stay we had at the Samaria Hotel, located centrally in the best part of Chania. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful with finding local beaches and restaurants to visit

They have a very convenient valet service for your car which I recommend you take for 8€ a day because it’s really complicated to find free parking in Chania

Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable. Cleaning standards are very good. Breakfast was top. Staff nice and location is really good.

The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was beautiful and had great water pressure, soundproof terrace doors block out all the street noise, and we were greeted with some sips of Greek spirits and candies

The hotel facilities are amazing with a gorgeous private pool and free towels for use. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and covid-safe, offering local Greek dishes and other well-made continental breakfast items

Stella made sure our stay was great by arranging us a room with pool view (221), which was very quiet given the central location of the hotel. The breakfast was very complete

About 7' walking distance to the beach, the old town and the central bus station. Great option to explore the best of Chania! We managed to rent bicycles at the bike shop nearby

Would pick Akali Hotel again if I would go back to Chania

It might be a typical Greek meat pie or some other fun local dishes. The hotel was neat and clean with very cosy public areas. Hung happily a few hours both at the bar, spoke with great bar staff or by the pool

A really nice hotel near the beach with all the great restaurants and the Venetian harbour in old town. Breakfast buffet included some of the most as well as some surprises every morning

The hotel has an amazing view. The best part is the on-site restaurant and room service. With breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. The hotel offers room service, a pool on the roof, and also free rides to the old port

Great service from friendly efficient staff. An easy walk downhill, 2 miles from the old venetian harbour [keep a look out for the turtles!] - just follow the main road down and turn left

The nearest supermarket is approx 300 metres down the road. We had meals during the day around the pool and ate 3 times in the restaurant at night. Excellent food inc at breakfast

When we arrived we were greeted by Emma and her kindness. She helped us get to our rooms and explained to us a bit about to town. The rooms are clean and beautiful

The restaurant at the top of the hotel was delicious and the service was excellent. 🥰 thank you again the royal sun. Your kindness will not be forgotten

Nice hotel, great location in Old Town. Would give 5 stars but the hotel has no parking. The lot they recommended was packed. Had to find a spot on the street. Staff was very accommodating.

The hotel- if you can really call it that, as the property is actually an 18th century Venetian mansion refurbished as a modern hotel with 24 beautiful and unique rooms- is located just steps away from the Old Town harbor and nestled within The rustic Old Town area

Me and my wife have lived in this hotel for many years. We have tried almost all rooms and I highly appreciate the standard at Casa Delfino. For me working with interior design this is a must-see

Ideal location, very good place, but not worth the extremely high price. Very good service, rooms are spacious and nice, but a couple of things didn’t work well. Breakfast was fine but nothing special

Located in the old town harbour, you can not be closer to the harbour, without your own ship. Located directly overlooking the water

Into the Old Harbour area, by the sea side, an ideal place to spend one's holidays. Easy access to restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and are showered by the sun-light

We had the most wonderful stay here! Moshe, the owner, and the staff were warm and helpful and made us feel at home. Our room, called Fabric, was a real treat

Some rooms are a nice size with a Seaview. When you turn on the bathroom light at night the entire room lights up. Also, you have to walk with suitcases to the city gate across cobble stones

Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book

Enjoyed my stay here! Clean rooms, enough space for what you need. Great location, 10 mins from the centre, but also a quiet location away from noise. Pleasant staff. Decent breakfast options. Would recommend.

The location of the hotel and the parking spaces around it are worth it. By far one of the best hotels in Chania

I stayed in kriti Hotel for 2 nights. The only problem was the noise from the air system especially during the night. All the hotel staff are very polite, they're always smiling and ready to answer all your questions

Great hotel. Ideally situated and close to all amenities. Fantastic and friendly staff, including room service, reception, and bar staff. The swimming pool is free to use for hotel guests. Spotlessly clean hotel.

The food was nicely made and enjoying some other local drinks like Lyra as well. We additionally stopped by as the barman really did bring a nice chilled vibe to it, which was key into relaxing and enjoying it all

That was a super nice touch and started our first ever visit to Crete in an awesome way. We had separate sea view rooms, it was fabulous with the balcony I could sit and appreciate seeing great views

Breakfast is included with a lot of options and the hotel has a cute dog that likes to beg for food at breakfast! One of the better hotels I stayed at in Greece. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This hotel is a hotel of fair value. I have stayed at the hotel several times during business trips to Chania. There is a kind of a personal service here, since the employees are always positive and willing to help

I was a bit hesitant to book here with some noise-related issues in some reviews but there were no noise issues at all! All rooms face the public garden which closes at 11 pm each night

The pool was gorgeous and the sea lovely. It was easy to catch a bus into Chania in the evenings

Very good food at affordable prices, we paid around 50 euros for 2 persons with one starter, 2 main courses, 2 deserts and drinks. They also bring you one traditional starter with tomatoes and feta.

Fabulously clean and staff very nice. Close proximity to Airport, Chania and Stalos. Beds super comfy. Katerina organized us a taxi from Airport so we didn't have to wait .

Although central and conveniently located for access to Chania's old town, the hotel is quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The rooms are immaculately clean and the hotel staff are welcoming and professional

Perfect location, close enough to the action but quiet in the evening. The included all you can eat breakfast was incredible! They also packed a take away breakfast box when we left before breakfast one day

We can't say enough good things about the lovely Porto Veneziano Hotel! The location is superb - right on the waterfront with a beautiful view out over the sea

Sunset views were a highlight! Yes, the hotel is out of town but we knew about this before booking - so please research the area to avoid any disappointment. Besides, the higher up you are, the better the views

I enjoyed my stay in this cute and friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet and super friendly and helpful staff. Parking is tough to find but the staff can rent you a space in their private lot for $10-20 per night

Hotel area is very convenient easy walk to old town Chania about 15 minutes. Two supermarket on either side of the hotel. Bakery ( Red Jane) is around the corner. I would like to mention the reception staff are awesome

Great stay. Walking distance to the old town and port. We had a huge terrace and spacious room. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful and made the stay so much more enjoyable.

We are delighted with our stay at Elektra Hotel (Suites). Positives: Elektra Suites has a separate reception and a swimming pool. We were provided a private parking place in an underground parking lot

Beautifully quaint and authentic Greek hotel overlooking the harbour in Chania old town. Continental style breakfast was extremely plentiful and delicious. We will definitely stay longer on our next trip to Crete

Of course the bathroom is a bit small, but you have the real luxury of a refrigerator and of the air conditioner. I do not even mention the copious breakfast, and the pleasantly discretion of our hosts

Such an atmosphere in this sooo charming traditional hotel ! A wonderful roof terrace under the grapevines, a white and wooden room where you could rest still and comfortable for weeks

A fantastic romantic hotel. Each room differently furnished. Fantastic view and very friendly staff. You can have your breakfast on the roof of the building and enjoy the views.
