Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Overall it was a good hotel. However , there’s always room for improvements. Such as , why do we need to pay 6 euros for cocktails that aren’t on the cocktail list. At others all inclusive, they never charged me extra for an aperol. Also , why charge 1 euro a day for a pool towel, it’s supposed to be an all inclusive . Lastly, serving cocktails in a paper cup near the pool area is just odd.

We have just arrived home from a wonderful holiday at the Belvedere. We have three teenagers and they all thoroughly enjoyed. There are 3 big pools to choose from, but their favourite was the top pool with the jacuzzi. There are also two snack bars open throughout the day with one offering fresh Gyros. We are On our last day at this hotel. Last 13 days have been great. Rooms are excellent, and cleaned every day. Lots of choice of food and drink. Places to eat all over the complex. Pools are a little cold, but everyone loved the new water slides. The entertainment team Jayden etc are a great laugh well worth getting involved with some of the activities. Loved the privacy of the rooms, which were more like villas. Wonderful service and ambience. The dining options and hours worked very well for us. Location was great.....on the beach but not quite in the crazy bustle of the main part of Hersonissos. We had a blast.

The beds were very comfortable the room was spacious with a patio area with the upstairs balcony over some part of our patio which gave some shade. The hotel is kept very clean. Bed were changed regularly and rooms cleaned daily. Pool we went to the one nearest reception. All staff were very cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, the meals were good and varied. We met the manager he takes great pride in keeping the hotel running in A1 condition. All in all we had an excellent time and it would be good to go back.

All inclusive buffet is very good with a nice variety each day. Rooms are clean and tidy with plenty of space for 2. we were accommodated for 5 nights, the big minus is that there is no beach and if you want to lie on the sunbeds you have to pay €25 but the view of the sea is beautiful, we had ordered 2 rooms, but we got a large apartment with a luxurious terrace and a wonderful view, the food was good for children (all-inclusive) they didn't have any non-bubble drinks except water, otherwise everything was wonderful

Beautiful property with a lot of amenities, close to town and amazing beaches

From the first minute, we walked into the front doors we were cared for like none other. The staff was super friendly and very hospitable. The dining options were very good. Lots of different options. We only booked a two nights stay. I wish it was a seven nights stay. I will definitely be returning in the future. The only knock I would give this place is we had ants in our room… 9.5/10 stay.

The hotel has perfect service. My daughter was ill during our stay and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and nice and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. They provided food service to our room and were able to help us with unexpected health situation even in the middle of the night. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our stay despite the illness.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary/honeymoon here and we could not fault our time. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is amazing. Very nice Rooms, directly at the beach. The staff is very friendly. Everything is perfect. I have booked a Massage at the Spa, it was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing and perfect to relax. The staff, the receptionist at the Spa, and the therapist Rafael, were very friendly and the Massage was perfect.

Upon check in at 2am there was an ants nest in our room. Staff were brilliant though and gave us a handful of keys to alternative rooms and allowed us to pick which one we wanted. Food was ok - a bit samey on a lot of days. The pool area is small with not enough sunbeds for the whole hotel (luckily we were there out of season!). Staff are brilliant though.

Lovely hotel, food was amazing and we were near many beaches a harbour a short walk away. This place is absolutely amazing. The service is top draw. Everyone who works for Hotel Dessole is super friendly. The food here is very nice, the best I've had at an all inclusive. Had an amazing time here with my friends! Food was always great, location excellent, and the vibe as a whole is really welcoming. All the staff are lovely, especially the entertainment staff who we made friends with and the guy who works at the pool bar in the evenings who’s always smiling. The hotel has great location in the middle of Chersonisou, 100m to the great beach. Surrounded by fantastic tavernas and local shops. The staff is helpful, we got a free upgrade to superior room. Nice and good hotel for people who don't expect too much. All rooms have a terrace or a balcony. The rooms are not luxurious, but comfortable and tidy. I like the hotel and the twin hotel opposite it, where breakfast and dinner are served. It also has a swimming pool! The room (air-conditioned) is basic and spacious with a tiny balcony. The food is good both for breakfast and dinner.
