Just got back from a holiday that I can only describe as incredible, me and my mates loved every second of the holiday from start to finish wish we could’ve stayed longer from the food to the rooms all of it was amazing, I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to put one on here to shout out the animation team that worked tirelessly the whole time we were there and really made our holiday from little...

That's lovely hotel, room was nice and clean (thanks to cleaning team),just a few meters away from beech ,plenty of swimming pools and entertainment,make that hotel great for families

Nice food on the main restaurant, plenty of choice and very tasty 😋. Stuff is amazing, thank to all waitress🍽,receptionist, cleaners, really nice and warm people

The animation team are amazing, the energy levels from them throughout the whole day is very impressive and always smiling and engaging with everyone

There is some noise from the planes however you hardly notice them after a few go past and the kids loved watching them go by so close

Karaoke night was a particular highlight with Fredric singing horrifically but everyone loving it. 😂😂 again great energy making it very inclusive for everyone. I don’t know where they get the energy from

Plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and beach. Food was all good throughout the day and varied

The room itself was quite big and very clean with bathroom being very spacious. Daily housekeeping also meant we came back from a whole day on the beach to clean towels and new bathroom essentials

You are also able to bring your drinks from the bar and snacks from the snack bar and enjoy them on the beach (Thea from the bar makes the best iced coffee by the way ❤️) There is always plenty of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served delicious Greek gyros and hot dogs

Had a lovely stay here exceeding my expectations after reading some of the slightly negative reviews. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel had very good facilities

We also had a lovely view from our hotel room as we booked the sea view room. It was very special waking up every morning and seeing the beautiful sea

The hotel has excellent facilities, we particularly loved the private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas which was on the doorstep from the hotel

for the 3rd time with Tiziana and Michi. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The warmth of the family is honest and genuine, no receptionist fuss

Marina at the pool bar was an absolute gem! She clearly loves her job and the cocktails were amazing. The Latin American restaurant was unbelievable, but the buffet could have been a lot better (not a huge variety)

She even arranged a surprise treat for our son, which made him feel so special! We had such a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The food, the atmosphere, and the hotel facilities – including the pools, beach, restaurants, and dining hall – are all amazing. The rooms are clean, modern, and feel brand new

Great hotel, excellent choice of foods, drinks, restaurants. Kids will love the slide pool, as will parents who can sun bathe whilst keeping an eye on them in the not too deep water

The view from the main pool was amazing. The a la carte restaurants were of a great standard with lots of choices. The staff were wonderful and very attentive

My only criticism was the main large pool was salt water, which I really don't like but I got used to this after a few days

Hotel is right on the beach so easy access to water sports and sun beds. 4 pools in total, great evening entertainment for kids. 10 min taxi ride from Old Town and New Town

Overall, I would definitely go back to the hotel for a 2nd visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a touch of luxury and friendly staff to attend to your needs and wants

Here for a 2 week holiday including a wedding. Lots to do and about 10 minutes by taxi into Rhodes Old Town. Haven't tried all the restaurant yet, but so far so good

I had the pleasure of dining at the Greek restaurant in the Mitsis Selection Alila hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience! The ambiance was charming and authentic, with warm decor and an inviting atmosphere

Large rooms with sea view. Comfortable bed. Beach has a mixture of small round stones and sand. Sort of free foot message. Water is still warm at beginning of October. It is a very relaxing place.

A very nice hotel, good service and good food. Also a special thanks to the lovely employees at the kids-club, who were so nice and helpful with our daughter. She really enjoyed the activities there

A perfect hotel, starting with the amazing welcome and quick check in, the spacious and lovely rooms, we had the family room for my wife and I, and our two little children

The food was incredible—each dish was bursting with flavors and perfectly captured the essence of Greek cuisine

A special mention goes to our wonderful server, Nana, whose friendly and attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable

Great family holiday, fab location on the beach and close proximity to Rhodes town for a bit of culture when had your fill of food and drink! Beds are comfy, rooms quiet and clean, housekeepers are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble

We spent 7 nights in the hotel and the service was incredible especially the team in the restaurant. Rooms were modern and very clean. The team were always happy to help with a smile on their faces

Nice variety of food in the main buffet restaurant and the 4 a la carte restaurant visits didn’t disappoint. Unsurprisingly busy as it’s July but seated quickly and no delay with drinks orders

The shows in the day like super hero, disney how were great. Entertainment in the evening was lovely. Thank you Raul for being an amazing host.

Every age group was well looked after. Our 16 year old son had a great time

No food provided on the last day before our departure at 6. Was told that we could grab some chips from the beach bar until 4pm!! Not really what I expect from a 5 star all inclusive!!

The only criticism I had about it was when an act played on the pool stage you couldn't really hear them if were sat inside the blue bar. Which I thought was a shame and unfair on the act

I will definetly come back! The front desk was very welcoming and the guest service ladies were ausome!!! My son needed special food and everybody were so willing to help. At night the shows were wonderful

The pillows were the fluffiest I have ever slep in. We were staying in room 303 - view pointing to the pool. So fun to wake up to this view and turn to sleep at night. I truly recommend this hotel!!!

Just incredible! Best family holiday we had. Food was stunning for an all inclusive and kids were more than happy work the mocktail list and ice cream and doughnuts readily available

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. A wide choice of food which caters for everyone, you will never go hungry. If you have a sunbed in the garden area, you have plenty of room to spread out

The new animation team is very nice as well. Overall, nice hotel with good food and perfect location. Hope to see you again in the future

The hotel needs some love in a lot of areas, but I guess they are working on it as some changes are seen compared with last year. I love the fact that this year the entertainment is different every evening

Lovely hotel with good location, Faliraky is within walking distance and there is a bus station right in front of the hotel

No coffee in the room and not allowed to bring drinks to the room, the funny bit is, the room has a fridge but with only one bottle of water and like I said, not allowed to bring any drinks to the room

The all inclusive drinks is what expected for an average hotel, not very special and got to pay for them after 11pm. Loads of families with kids so not a good place for couples

The room for 3, a double bed and a single sofa that converts into a small kids bed. The shower/bath is quite small, I’m 5”6 or 1. 68 and I feel a bit tight in the shower

The location couldn’t be better, right next to the beach, and the hotel’s private pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spotless and kept tidy every day, which we really appreciated

What really made our stay stand out, though, was the staff: everyone was so friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It made us feel truly welcome

Stayed here for 9 nights as a young couple and we have mixed feelings about this hotel Here are the pros - plenty of sun beds so didn’t have to go down early plus extra on the beach - hotel is close to the ***** only a couple of minutes walk - easy to get the bus into Rhodes - would recommend and seeing the old town - mini bar in the room refilled for free - beach towels can be changed every day ...

Sun beds are hard to secure, unless you are out at dawn and the pool areas can be very loud. The flumes are fabby for the kids though. Theres also a tennis court, beach volleyball court, boules and outdoor chess

The main two big pools (together) with bars have daytime activities which are loud but look fun if you like this type of thing. Aqua aerobics, water polo, silly cooking class, yoga, staff dressed as kids characters etc

You get your hot food, but are waiting 10 minutes for them to restock forks. You have a dish for your cereal, but then the milk runs out and by the time they refill, you have had enough of waiting

Food options ok but it is like being in a school canteen, you have to grab for your life and many people have little manners. You end up doing the same after a few days, and it’s exhausting

Air con not working, had it fixed and walked in to a dripping air con that had saturated a whole case full of clothes. Staff are pleasant, but I would say ineffectual

If it’s busy at night, there are not enough chairs in the bar areas and you can’t always get a seat for the show, as this is often in the open air amphitheatre

We did not get a renovated room but it was still nice and honestly I would have preferred it with the beautiful dark hardwood furniture, large space, and balcony with gorgeous views! It’s a relaxed hotel and has tons of space for conventions/ competitions

We stayed at this hotel for the Martial Arts World Tournament and this hotel did an amazing job! We had thousands of people (filled the hotel plus another hotel) and wow! The hospitality manager (Nicholas) is fantastic

The food on the buffet was fresh and full of recipes to try that are local specialities. Then they have your classic pizza, fries, nuggets that kids love

Restaurants, bars, lounging area and convention rooms. I highly recommend this place for large groups that need space and top notch hospitality. The hospitality manager makes it 5 stars with just him alone

Our family of five is currently on our fourth day of a seven-day stay at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort, and it has far exceeded our expectations in every way (room 1124)

The hotel offers fantastic pool areas, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, and quality restaurants. While the hotel shows some signs of use, the overall standard remains high

The hotel is conveniently located near the ocean, with a short tunnel that allows easy access to the beach from the pool area, another great feature

Lovely private beach and a selection of pristine pools

Unlike many hotels, where gyms are small and often tucked away in the basement, Sheraton’s fitness center is spacious, well-equipped, and climate-controlled—definitely a major plus for those who want to keep up their fitness routines

The only minor downside has been the slow elevators, but since we're on holiday, we're in no rush, so it hasn’t been a big issue. Overall, Sheraton Rhodes Resort has earned our highest recommendation

The location is brilliant, next to the coastline and such warm weather. The staff are absolutely amazing throughout the whole resort, and the spa is excellent, so soothing and calming, do recommend it here

The buffet provides both Greek and international options, with good quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I love this hotel, This was my favourite holiday yet that i’ve ever been on! The rooms are absolutely amazing

The food selection is my favourite bit about this hotel, it tastes so good!! It has so much different varieties of food, and i love how it’s all connected in one building with a rooftop pool and bar, and right next to the private beach

Pools and pool bars and all pool staff👌🏻👌🏻 What they don’t tell you when you’re booking the holiday is if you’re not staying for more than seven days you can’t book any of the other restaurants so its buffet only

to be fair we found the buffet very good with a wide variety of choice (we only had one afternoon where we weren’t 100% satisfied) We stayed All inclusive option mainly because we took our little boy

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight

Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional

Stunning location Right near the strip. Full of beautiful restaurants bars and plenty of shops We had a family room The room was plenty big enough with a sea view. The bathroom needs tidying up

Hotel Sunshine Rhodes We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Rhodes and had a lovely experience, which I would rate as 4 stars

Good restaurants, great food. Notice that there are no towels for the pool and the beach, so bring or buy them. Great gardens, really give a serene feeling

Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them

We found the hotel clean,and our room 278 was facing the sea,a busy road outside,didn,t bother at all,the room was clean ,and a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. We found a wide choice of fresh food to eat

Also another mention to Mike, the head bartender,for great servive,a week went too fast,would i recommend the Sol Media Rhodes,yes i would,Would i come again yes,but longer!! The staff at this hotel made our stay even more enjoyable

We sunbathed down on the beach, most days,there was a tunnel under the road,for easy access. I must mention,George,the cattering Manager,many thanks for the anniversary cake which he provided

I found the food in the restaurant to be nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The Greek selection was always good and the pizzas are very nice. The staff work very hard in this hotel and were always pleasant

This was our first time coming this hotel and Rhodes

Only had to queue for drinks at the pool bar and then only 3 minutes max. The drinks are in plastic, good quality, generous sized glasses. The rooms were large with very comfy beds

Everything is at a high level, clean, luxurious. At the reception there are very nice employees who like to help and it is always important to them that you are satisfied

Beautiful pool area, with lots of comfy seating to enjoy day and night. Chilled out vibes, just perfect for a relaxing week

Mariana and Jordan always helped me when I needed, they were always helpful and very kind! The Italian restaurant at the hotel is really good and there is a woman there named Zane who helped us every day and was very nice

Fantastic Family Holiday!! Just come back from 12 night trip, and hotel was absolutely fantastic. Staff really helpful and friendly, rooms always very clean, food was lovely, and outside pool area was brilliant

The most relaxing, wonderful family holiday

All inclusive is definitely the way to go at this hotel! Food choice is amazing, cocktails are great, entertainment each night is really good, staff are friendly and helpful, everything is lovely and clean

We had a room at the front of the hotel beds comfortable rooms clean. being at the front of the hotel there was a lot of noise in the morning around 6am onwards. Breakfast is good alot of choice

Best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, William, Maria, Pedro all were outstanding in their customer service. Great food from the kitchen, breakfast and dinner. Then cafe on the beach was fantastic

Resort is brilliantly located: private, quiet beach and different pools for adults and children. We went with two teenagers (15 and 18) and they loved the sea and the pool

The entertainment is aimed more at younger children but was fun and high energy. We were all inclusive and the food was excellent

The Azure pool was the most relaxing pool imaginable, beautiful seating areas and pool patio overlooking the sea, truly beautiful. Hotel is well situated for trips into Rhodes Old Town, there is an easy shuttle bus

We had a thoroughly relaxing family holiday. A very spacious family apartment in the garden wing, beautifully cleaned by housekeeping, a real treat to return to each day. Very comfortable room and facilities

The water at the pools was freezing! The adults' infinity pool area was nice, but drinks at cardboard mugs, really? Was not very fancy experience to sip Pina Colada from brown coffee mugs! :D Also, sometimes the noice from planes flying over the hotel was a bit disturbing (and they were many at one night!)

Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there

Indoor pool was quiet and warm open from 10 till 6 if I remember correctly. This truly is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return

Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool

Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11

30 ,but you could purchase after that which was great. Were shown to our room ,and they had left us chicken wraps. and pastries ,which we needed after our long trip

This hotel is close to Kalithea Springs ,which is in my opinion a must visit. Evening entertainment was exceptional, Opera and a band whilst we were there

Just come back from the best girls holiday at avra beach! It had a bit of everything to suit all, family's, girls trip, couples ect. The staff was very nice and catered for our every need

But the people that make it are the animation team they are sooo lovely and easy to talk to and definitely entertaining but I have to give a special mention to SAM he just went above and beyond for our party of 12 ladies and nothing was to much trouble

Thanks for all the Gyros!! Also great animation team, very kids friendly, entertaining music and shows. Just can't hear Metro Antistrofa by Konstantinos Koufos one more time 🤣🤣🤣

I've been coming here since 2020 having come twice last year and I've booked again for this year. I've never found anything to complain about and regularly praise the staff for their hard work

The best thing about the hotel is the food and beverage. All aspects are excellent: food quality, variety, service, staff, authentic food, kids food, bars, timeliness, hygiene, etc

I feel all food services are designed carefully and supervised really well. The Italian Greek restaurant that opens from 11:30-5:30 is so convenient by the beach

Pleasant and warm staff, from the welcome to the restaurant service. A rental service available at the reception with -10% for people who reside in the hotel, a very nice man. Swimming pool, deckchair, calm and rest

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea. Charming and serviceminded staff. The outdoor area was in good condition and so was the pool area

Friendly, good service, good pool area. The food and cocktails aren't that good. The rooms serve their purpose and the cleaning ladies do a good job every day

Room descriptions somewhat ambiguous online but ALL staff there so helpful in rectifying any concerns. The breakfast is huge and always interesting 😁. In these difficult times they really tried their best

But the rooms and hotel defenitely need some updating and fixes. Smoke detectors missing, bad airco systems, terras doors that open bad, water drains that are clogged up, elevator not working,

Stil a fantastic place I really can recommend. The staff is amazing making this place even better than last time. Stayed here late summer 2014. Absolutely lovely, quiet and exclusive hotel to stay at

This is a wonderful hotel on the beach. It us quiet , relaxing with lovely staff. The bungalows are light and spacious with a lovely terrace to sit in the evening to enjoy some Rodos wine.

It seems to be not bad, but what are cockroaches! His wife and children were afraid to go into the bathroom while I examined her for their absence

Strong 3ka, but overall a pleasant experience

The place is good. Would come again. Staff great and helpful. Food plentiful and varied. Only thing that holds it back from a good 5 star is that our room was tired and dated although perfectly serviceable.

Came here by chance, our hotel was not for us. When started vparivat what that five was not that funny. Main disadvantages: food very well like dvoichnyi the hotel, the front Desk staff is quite adequate and good

As a family of four we went to Kalithea Horizon Hotel last year which was more of a resort and kept us all entertained. We have found ourselves bored and going to bed early in the evenings

The hotel was lovely, right across from the beach. Our room was great we had a mountain view overlooking the pool. The food and drinks were good lots to choose from

If you have kids, there is not a lot here for them to do at the hotel, other than the pool and a ping pong table

Plenty of sun loungers around the pool but like every holiday you need to get out early (8am) to get a good spot

Nice small family owned hotel. Manos and his family, are very hospital. Strong recommendation!

Great Hotel, good value and excellent service!

Large Rooms for a small Price and very friendly owner, definitely worth a stay! But AirCon on the opposite side of the sleeping room, so it's hot inside.

Pretty good hotel, bar drinks are strong, but doesn't taste good, beach is stoney. Entertainment is good, restaurant is good.

The rooms were cleaned daily and the maids were pleasant but if you’re looking for a bed around the pool where the daytime activities are then you’ll need to be down there by 6/7 am even though there are signs up telling you not to reserve beds by placing towels on them or they’ll be removed

There is a smaller more quiet pool which is better for getting a bed but again it can get quite busy especially in the afternoons

There’s also a gap under the door so you can hear everything in the corridor too especially late revellers returning home after a night in Falaraki at 3am. They’re not fire doors so you’ll hear everything

Just remember every time you cross the road you’re taking your life into your hands. It’s SO busy and there are no crossings. Food was ok, again, not what I’d call 4* quality but it was decent enough

A lovely barman (Ilias) apologised and told us someone would be there soon. Some 10 or so minutes later, a gent arrived as casual as you like and offered no apology

The beach guy is really friendly and you can even pay by card and he’ll watch your belongings for you if you return to the hotel for lunch

There was a terrace overlooking the main pool you literally walk down 3 steps and you are at the pool. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to chill and relax but I have a feeling in high season it’s a party one

It’s not very private from neighbour but that wasn’t an issue for us. The pool and bar is very relaxing and chilled they do have pool parties on weekend but we were not there for them

We went to reception at check out to be moved and the room they allocated us wasn’t ready so again they moved us to another that was ready. This was pool view room and again it was very spacious and luxury

My husband and I visited for a few days our first holiday without the kids. We upgraded to plunge pool which was lovely. The pool was cold great for morning dip to wake you up

Having to get up super early each morning to reserve sunbeds was quite disappointing. This created an unnecessary stress and ruined the relaxed atmosphere around the pool

The staff and food was great on site we only ate there for lunch. Breakfast great choice of foods only thing lacking was tea, it was hard to find and but you don’t see much tea on the island it’s all coffee
