Where to stay with kids in Ixia

We had nothing but the best experience at this resort. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, and the place was clean and organized. They let us check in early and upgraded us to a nicer room

I liked it. Liked the entertainment team They all sweet, all the show’s were good the food was good. I will come next year with my family if the same team is there

The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. And the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Hotel is clean a lot if food options especially if you are a fussy eater like me. The entertainment make the hotel more enjoyable where you can easily just stay in the resort all day and night

Rommel Rillera I commend him for his very good service he is so dedicated. And also the food was good and great value for money. I will definitely recommend this place to the people

The room was OK, albeit maybe in need of redecoration. Directly underneath flight path. However, we knew this prior to booking wasn't overly intrusive once accustomed

Staff were also making sure plates were taken away once finished eating and tables were cleaned as soon as you left ready for the next. Pool area was great, with a swim up bar and lazy pool to relax in

George the pool bar man was great! Remembered our usual orders and had a great sense of humour, would recommended ‘George’s Special’ cocktail

We got upgraded to a large family room on arrival which was a great surprise and they also made us some food as we had arrived late at night

Also right on the beach front with plenty of free beds (obviously travelled out of season, but staff accommodated accordingly) Travelled into Rhodes towns via the shuttle service that was available to scan and book direct on your phone

€16 for two people that includes your travel back to hotel. Either that or a €20 taxi both ways. Very easy to book both at reception if needed with taxis arriving within 2 minutes each time to pick us up

Fresh towels in the room every single day, fresh beach towels every other day too! The food was themed, all different throughout the week and was very hot and tasty

Food wasnt good, probably the worst all inclusive we have tried in Greece. It is not meant as is if it is Way worse the others, but it just isn’t good

All evenings the Chile menues were the same, and the adult food was pretty tasteless

Bar service was not up to standards when serving beer, the cocktails were nice but service in paper cups is not to my liking. Pool areas were nice with plenty of loungers

We did not get a renovated room but it was still nice and honestly I would have preferred it with the beautiful dark hardwood furniture, large space, and balcony with gorgeous views! It’s a relaxed hotel and has tons of space for conventions/ competitions

We stayed at this hotel for the Martial Arts World Tournament and this hotel did an amazing job! We had thousands of people (filled the hotel plus another hotel) and wow! The hospitality manager (Nicholas) is fantastic

Restaurants, bars, lounging area and convention rooms. I highly recommend this place for large groups that need space and top notch hospitality. The hospitality manager makes it 5 stars with just him alone

The food on the buffet was fresh and full of recipes to try that are local specialities. Then they have your classic pizza, fries, nuggets that kids love

Our family of five is currently on our fourth day of a seven-day stay at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort, and it has far exceeded our expectations in every way (room 1124)

What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Whether it's the front desk, waiters, or housekeeping, everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes a huge difference

We felt very welcomed and felt a somewhat family presence here. The hotel has a lot of personality as it's not just built like a standard rectangular hotel. Different levels take you to different places

Brilliant place for a relaxing holiday - clean and well kept and the staff throughout the resort are just wonderful. A big thank you to you all! Bed was soooooo comfortable

Lovely private beach and a selection of pristine pools

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area

Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional

Hotel Sunshine Rhodes We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Rhodes and had a lovely experience, which I would rate as 4 stars

Good restaurants, great food. Notice that there are no towels for the pool and the beach, so bring or buy them. Great gardens, really give a serene feeling

Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them

Good 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, with air conditioning. Clean the rooms 2 times a day. A large area, everywhere is clean. The beach is close, pools a lot. The food is good.

I am writing this review as we wait for our transfer to the airport after spending 10 incredible days at Rhodes Bay & Spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of our lives

This trip was particularly special as we were celebrating our late honeymoon alongside my wife's 40th birthday, and the hotel made it an unforgettable occasion

Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the all-inclusive buffet

The quality of the food was outstanding, with a diverse selection that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a feast, and we were always excited to see what delicious options awaited us

We spent weeks before our visit watching videos and reading reviews but arriving at the hotel late at night seeing it all lit up was breathtaking ( others on our coach would agree) The hotel is very well kept, the food had so much choice, I wasn't a fan of the theme night on the buffet but there was something for everyone

This was the most amazing hotel I think I've ever stayed in. The reception is so welcoming, even given drinks on your arrival while you check in. The staff were so helpful and the room was always cleaned to perfection

“It is what it is” The hotel is well located: not far from Rhodes Town and not far from the airport. In general, this is a very nice hotel where there is constant cleaning. The hotel has 3 swimming pools

The room itself was so spacious with a lovely view of the mountain

The amenities were fantastic, 3 restaurants in the hotel as well as the all inclusive buffet restaurant, mini golf on site and a roof top bar where you can go and watch some beautiful sunsets

Every day there are fresh sheets and towels (small, large and for pool or beach). The room is nice and sufficiently large, there is a sitting area and a terrace with sea view. The bed is rather on the narrow side

Beautiful pool area, with lots of comfy seating to enjoy day and night. Chilled out vibes, just perfect for a relaxing week

Everything is at a high level, clean, luxurious. At the reception there are very nice employees who like to help and it is always important to them that you are satisfied

Mariana and Jordan always helped me when I needed, they were always helpful and very kind! The Italian restaurant at the hotel is really good and there is a woman there named Zane who helped us every day and was very nice

I will back to this great hotel! I really enjoyed my vacation

First time visiting the Atrium Platinum and it certainly won’t be the last. We booked a luxury suite with personal pool and were blown away by the facilities

It was the first Holliday with our baby (4 Month). What we will remember from this trip, how child friendly everyone has been. Everybody smiling at our baby was so lovely and cute! Thank you for a nice vacation

Wow, a great hotel for the whole family, children and adults. Water aerobics every morning was the best way to start the day by the beautiful pool. There were plenty of activities

Pebble beach, as in principle on the entire west coast. Minus one - poor soundproofing, thin walls, but for the Greeks this is normal. There are also playgrounds for children, a swimming pool

Not a 4* rating our family room was a little outdated. Pool area had loose tiles, children’s pool area needed a lick of paint. Disappointed that you had to pay for a sun bed (€5) at the hotels beach

Clean, comfortable and convenient Just got back from a stay here. The amenities are fantastic! Having an adult only pool as well as the 2 others was an asset. Easy car rental and close to bus routes

The kids had the opportunity to go into a playroom to draw and decorate stones. In the evenings, it was great to have entertainment on the stage with acrobatics and dancing, where the audience got involved in the show

Overall, it was a great hotel for the whole family. We opted for breakfast only, not all-inclusive

Excellent rooms. Large, all with balconies. Great spa and pool. Located on the beach. The waves are not strong, swimming is comfortable. Only for recreation of adults Children have nothing to do here.

Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town. Wide variety of drinks at the main bar ,and the staff were brilliant. hot chocolate before bed was great ,Aperol was perfect (my fav drink ) ,nice wine and beers Main dining room

Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool

Indoor pool was quiet and warm open from 10 till 6 if I remember correctly. This truly is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return

Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11

Varied breakfast ,fresh omelettes daily ,salad ,cooked breakfast ,breads ,porridge yoghurt. The dining staff have got this down to a fine art ,clearing plates ,serving hot drinks and always with a smile

The hotel is nice and has a good atmosphere. Most of the staf are friendly. The sunbeds by the pool are free near the beach and grass area they charge 4 Euro a bed. Animation is basic but very fun

This hotel is great! Clean, spacious, good customer service, lovely selection of food, nice bar, swimming pool always clean, arcade/games area is great for both adults and children, the views are incredible and location is great to travel around

The pool was nice enough space, however need to maintain the rules in respect of putting towels down before 10am. Another idea if possible to have an outside gym to help burn those calories from the great food your serve

Staff very helpful and friendly, entertainment during the day for children and adults. Evening entertainment very good, Benny, head of entertainment does an excellent job at entertaining everyone

The most relaxing, wonderful family holiday

Lovely people our parents stayed at this hotel and due to a travel agent messing up we ended up in a hotel further down the road which is vile the cosmopolitan have been extremely helpful and aloud us to buy a all inclusive band to there hotel even though we was staying some were else as the food at the hotel we was staying in was disgusting so this now means we have access to all the cosmopolitan...

We have almost come to the end of our seven night holiday and I can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had. All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

Nice hotel, not far away from the airport and close to the old town of Rhodes. The hotel has 2 pools for adults and 2 pools for children. The pool area is very nice and gardens too

A high rate of cleanliness in the hotel and pools. The hotel has its own beach, access with a very short walk through a tunnel under the road directly from the hotel

What an amazing place to go with your family. The staff are wonderful ,we experienced very good service throughout our stay. Food was varied enough , fresh and tasty. The pools are great ,always get a sunbed

The selection of food and drink was excellent, and as observed in other reviews, the pizza from the pool bar was amazing. The pool was clean, but chilly (ok once you're submerged!)

In general, the rest at the hotel is calm, with a bias towards relaxation, the audience is polite, quiet, except for children

All life is in full swing on a small patch around the pool and bar - at the moment it is almost the entire territory, but the hotel is developing and expanding and soon the owners plan to build a large pool on a wasteland between the buildings, as well as open a second restaurant (see diagram)

It seems small (although this is not entirely true), cozy, almost family-like, and the staff does their best to maintain this atmosphere

fabulous entertainment from the animation team, keeping our 12 year old entertained when it's not cool to hang with mum and dad and too old for kids club

Avra beach resort is an excellent hotel. Staff are all brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are always very nice and you can get food all day long with plenty of choice even from the snack bar

The hotel put on a comprehensive programme for children including animation activities in the afternoon and a great Halloween display and food. Food was available all day till midnight

The kids club had a few different activities on for the kids to choose from, the staff was helpful. There was snacks available all day and night and the whole inclusive drinks were great

Some of the staff was great here, the place was very well kept, clean. I loved that they have their own beach and very comfy sunbeds

The soft drinks were makes and not just cheap and tasteless. Some of the cleaning staff were great and very helpful

These places are what they are, hotels for the masses and the multicultural International. The Belair is clean and the staff very friendly. The food is plentiful but same old same old every day

I can't stand the "towel on the sunbed" gang, and this hotel has them by the dozen, mainly British clowns! Plenty to do around the hotel if you don't fancy being stuck to the "All inclusive"

Rhodes Town is really nice and a trip to Symi and or Lindos is recommended

This is a wonderful hotel on the beach. It us quiet , relaxing with lovely staff. The bungalows are light and spacious with a lovely terrace to sit in the evening to enjoy some Rodos wine.

Will travel here again some time

It seems to be not bad, but what are cockroaches! His wife and children were afraid to go into the bathroom while I examined her for their absence

Pools: 3 swimming pools (2 for adults from 0. 85 to 2 meters depth, 1 for kids 45 cm deep). Plus the backyard water slide. The animators - a fun, energetic, friendly

The place is good. Would come again. Staff great and helpful. Food plentiful and varied. Only thing that holds it back from a good 5 star is that our room was tired and dated although perfectly serviceable.

Good hotel for a family holiday. Spacious one bedroom apartment with kitchen. The proximity of the sea.

Log into the sea is better in Slippers - even pebbles and round, but the legs hit. The sea - Aegean, permanently wind and waves, but it's just his personality. So basically bathe in the pools

As a family of four we went to Kalithea Horizon Hotel last year which was more of a resort and kept us all entertained. We have found ourselves bored and going to bed early in the evenings

The hotel was lovely, right across from the beach. Our room was great we had a mountain view overlooking the pool. The food and drinks were good lots to choose from

If you have kids, there is not a lot here for them to do at the hotel, other than the pool and a ping pong table

It's a nice hotel but for a 4 star hotel, the rooms are ok and the all inclusive food is tasteless and cold

Great hotel with fab amenities. Clean and welcoming on arrival. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Very easy check in with detailed information for your room and about the hotels restaurant and other services

Plenty of sun loungers around the pool but like every holiday you need to get out early (8am) to get a good spot
