absolutely terrible hotel.
no heated floors
heater does not work
elevator is slow and overcrowded
breakfast is decent but many hotel guests
loud chatter can be heard in the night when trying to sleep. hotel staff does little to manage the noise
bathroom has no door, resulting in very chilly conditions after shower in the winter, especially since windows are open as the air conditioning is switched off.
location is very out of the way.
room lighting is inadequate
shower area floors are poorly cleaned, would recommend showering with slippers to minimise catching anything.
hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful.

I stayed 6 nights on a business trip, I packed light. The hotel is modern, rooms are clean and spacious, location is fine. But for a mid-range 4 stars hotel, the lack of basic amenities is unacceptable: no bottled water, no shampoo, no shower gel, only a tiny bar of soap. Strangely, they provide a sewing kit and shoe polish(???), which is absurd when basic toiletries are missing. At checkout I was told there was a wall dispenser, but it was completely empty and looked like something from a hostel, so I didn’t realize that was meant to replace proper products. No ironing board either, very inconvenient for a business trip. The shaving plug didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my toothbrush. Laundry service unclear, I left the bag with the form on the bed but it was ignored; later told I should have brought it down, though no instructions were given. Staff were polite but unreactive. Clean rooms, but wrong priorities, missing basics, and poor attention to detail made the stay frustrating. I do not recommend this hotel.
