Danube - 490 m
The location is good, walkable distance to the Liberty bridge (c. 10 minutes).
My room was located in a quiet area of the hotel, far from the lifts. However, my room was very basic with no kettle which could have been a plus for me.
Excellent location, lots of restaurant around the hotel. Attractions are within walking distance ( 5mins - 1hr). Hotel is quite neat and exactly thesame as advertised on the app.
Limited space even for a twin room, also, no kettle or hot water provided in the middle of the night. But good for those exploring Budapest as stopover point.
A reasonably priced hotel right at the hub of transportation at Kalvin Tur which offers options of Airport bus, Metro, Trams and Buses. It is also a walkable distance into the city centre with some good places to eat locally as well as 2 Aldi supermarkets and the Central Market Hall.
Check in was straight forward. I went with a friend and we were checked in individually which speeded up the process...
The hotel is located right in the center and next to the airport busses, shopping, bridge, restaurants and subway. Everything was accessible by walking from there.
Hotel standard was as expected - clean and exactly what you expect of an ibis chain.
We would stay here again in the future if we go back to Budapest.
Only missing part was the soap and tissues in the bathroom was not restocked when they...
Impressive stay! Close to lots of restaurants, cafes and the hotel was immaculate. One of the best ibis hotels I’ve stayed in. The room temperate was well adjustable and was overall very comfortable. Staff were excellent. Will definitely try and stay here on my next trip!

Its lovely clean and modern Hotel. Rooms small but does the job. Nothing was a problem. Staff are lovely and cleaning lady was superb!
I am very impressed with the excellent customer service at Nexto Dormero Hotel in Budapest. Samuel Miller, one of the staff members, was exceptionally friendly and helpful — he truly goes above and beyond the call of duty and is a great asset to the hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a complimentary mini bar that was a nice touch. I also appreciated the lemon water and regular water available...
This hotel can be described as an average place to stay – not really high standard, but not the worst either. It’s basically just a place to sleep with very minimal facilities.
There is no basic equipment like a kettle for tea or coffee in the rooms. If you ask at reception, they will only provide one if you leave a €10 deposit. There is no microwave available, not even in the lobby. Breakfast is...
The receptionists are friendly and professional. Unfortunately when we arrived, all the people had to check in at the hotel next door and it became a long line. Still the service is fine.
They offer drinks on the reception - quite sweet.
Drinks in the fridge are also free.
The money value ratio is quite acceptable.
Centrally located. Perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Rooms are neat and comfortable. But no kettle, no water, no tea/coffee. TV is rubbish - a couple of news channels and the rest is Hungarian. Breakfast is passable. Not much choice. No fresh fruit. Fridge doesn't work.
Nice room, but the lighting is pretty bad. Lightbulbs are small (maximum 10 Lumens) and 2/3 are working.
Rennovations are taking place at the hotel. It's noisy from 8am in the morning up to 6-7pm

Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind.
Beds are nice and not too soft, the breakfast is alright too. A big plus is the free coffee by the reception haha.
I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect. Special thanks to Emma at the reception during the night shift, she was very friendly, professional, and made my late check-in feel extra welcoming. Great service overall, would happily stay here again.
Great three star hotel, perfectly placed near metro line number 4 which is taking you to the city center. Decent breakfast, rooms nice and clean, very friendly stuff. Daily parking is one of the cheapest in Budapest, 10€ per day.
Hotel was great.
We enjoyed staying there. The breakfast was good.
Nice place to stay. Very close to metro, buses and train station. Tasty breakfast.
Good size room and bathroom. No fridge and hot water kettle. I love the modern design and wall papers. Small breakfast room, only good for 50 seatings. Breakfast selections are good.
Take note that they will ask for your passport for identification and scanning. Its an odd requirement before they give youe room keys. Too narrow entrance and exit gates for bus.

the staff were extremely accomodating , and helped in every way possible to make our stay memorable.
Not ideal
Size of the room was good but different from photos in website.
Not very clean also very used mattress and pillows.
Very friendly receptionist
The hotel is 500 meters from the bus station. It is an old-fashioned hotel. The shower head is like this. I can't take a shower. I didn't eat breakfast, so I don't know if it's delicious. It's OK in Budapest.
Good
A bit of old but very comfy, easy to get around with Budapest metro and trams.
The hotel was decent and clean, with all the basic amenities well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable. Overall, it's a good option for a simple and hassle-free stay

Good hotel, facilities are ok, cleaning needed to be improved. Good for short stay.
There is no doubt that the hotel is outdated, but it is super clean and the food is very nice and tasty. Service at the diner is half of the RB hotel price. Even if the hotel was stuck in the 80s, you would have a good time. The only downside is that with Freya Hotel, you do not get access to Thermal World.
The location is great! The hotel is kind of old fashion but very clean, the staff is very helpfull and ready to offer you a good experience.
Even if the furniture is old, the matress and the sheets were clean and allergen free (that is my final test in a hotel 😅).
On the ground floor they have a very big playroom for kids also a playgroundin front of the hotel.
The restaurant was huge and the quality...
Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, bathroom and toilet especially clean and not covered in mold as in some more expensive places. Food is not bad but not very outstanding eighter. In case of allergies they tailor your own menu, which is awesome. They have no wellness services on site AT ALL, but you get a free pass to the Zalakaros bath for the duration of your stay. Everything was perfect: dining (breakfast and dinner), you can easily reach the thermsl spa of Zalakaros via subway under the road. Each room has a balcony, if you are lucky, you get a room with a view to the hills. You can bring your pet with you.

It is a place where care is taken to make you feel at home. The staff is caring and friendly, they do their best to ensure that you do not experience any negative situations. My accommodation experience was generally good and it is a reliable and helpful business that I would like to stay when I come back.
Rooms:
The cleaning was very successful, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were large...
I had to do an emergency check in late last night as my airbnb was horrible. Kristy at the front desk was amazing and so helpful and nice. The hotel itself was clean and quiet in a good location as well. But I can not say enough good things about how helpful Kristy was. Just awesome
This unassuming hotel is absolutely fantastic, especially when comparing price to quality. Based conveniently near Keleti railway station, with easy access to metro lines, buses and trolley-buses or trams. Nearby, convenient stores (usual as well as 24/7), pharmacy, delis, restaurants and fast-food, if in e desperate need of sth. Services is 24/7 with exceptional, young staff that’s speaks decent English...
The hotel is in a good area, a bit far from the centre but there are trolley and bus stops nearby.
We got a spacious room which was very nice, the only thing is the shower looks a bit old with stains, it seems that they tried to fix it and paint over it. Water pressure in the shower head was abysmal, otherwise the room is clean
The bed is comfortable, and a great advantage that the pillows are not...
Very kind staff. Near bus station and east main train station. Good breakfast considering room price. The room is clean and equipped with a refrigerator. It has 2 elevators. Safe luggage storage.
Only minus is no air-conditioned and not walking distance to the center. Overall, it is worth staying if you arrive near the Keliti station or looking for breakfast.

We spent 3 nights with my Family there. The Hotel is very retro style but the room were renovated. Room size is normal, but a bit inconvenient for 4 people. (2 adults and 2 small children). I choosed this hotel because is in the middle of the forest, and gave me the possibility for short walks even in this very warm weather. I stayed two nights, the rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the restaureóant is excellent.
Not fancy, but a nice, clean place to stay, with a very helpful staff. Buffet breakfasts and lunches were very good, and there was good cappuccino, pizza, etc., at the snack bar. Restful locations on the edge of town and on the edge of a lovely state forest hillside. I'd be happy to return.
We have juat visited this hotel with my family, 2 adults, 2 children; family room ! Okay, hotel, or at least the room we stayed is totaly retro, BUT, the food was great, superb, grandma style cooking, fresh, we had buffet dinner, not a single word of bad I can say, very friendly staaf; we even tried the lunch menu, it was great, plus child menu, served quickly and fresh, absolute value for money ....
First impression was horible, because they were changing windows. Halve of hotel has old and first two floors new ones. I considered to cancel my staying there, but at first I took for a walk at surrounding after I decided to stay Finally I was satisfied not just with the nature around but the half board service as well the swiming oportunity included in hotel service in Tómalom and Lover strand...

It was almost good the staff was not so cooperative
The rooms are what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel. They are clean and spacious, but in need of a face-lift , no tea, and coffee making facilities .
The staff were pleasant and helpful. There's a restaurant and bar, can't review the food, we didn't eat there but the the alcohol is cheap ,
Location, about 5 minutes walk from the city park, and hero square, about 30 minutes walk to the elizibeth...
Good breakfast.
Close to a sight seeing tour pickup location.
The service and food is very good. The room looks a bit "tired" but still very nice. The bathroom is nice too. The location is excellent because its not far from Heroes' Square or Andrassy ut or the Museum of Ethnography. Overall a very nice hotel.
We stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel was close to the metro and bus stations, which was very convenient.
The room was clean and spacious, but the furniture was a bit out dated.
We got a complimentary upgrade to our room, which was very much appreciated.
The only negative thing there was that the hotel hallways and entrance were always dirty and needed more attention. Other than that, everything...
It is a prima hotel to stay. Nothing fancy but good enough. There is a quality difference between the new and the old ward. In the old ward, the beds are less comfortable, and the bathroom is quite old, but it still does its function, and it is still clean. The new ward is much better. Overall, it is a nice place and I really loved the staff. I am satisfied with the price-quality, and the breakfast...
The location is beautiful and quite. Breakfasts are good: Scrambled eggs, pasta, sausages, three types of cereals, multiple types of cheese, ham and cottage cheese, toasts, hummus, yoghurt, fresh vegetables and salads, seasonal fruit, pastry. The hotel is very clean in general. Staff is very friendly and willing to help.
There is not enough possibilities to charge your mobile phone or whatever you need to charge, not in the room and even not it the lobby. It could be quite a frustrating situation.

The hotel is well located next to public transport and amenities, the room was quite big, clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast had a great selection which was perfect before heading put to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful I will be back to budapest in the future and will be staying again. Highly recommend staying if your travelling solo.
Definitely pros and cons to this hotel:
Pros: good location, big room, fairly comfortable, good breakfast
Cons: staff very unwelcoming, noise from room above which we told reception about and they either chose to ignore it or tried to interve with no joy. Plus not enough pillows in the room to actually get comfortable, our son ended up sleeping on the sofa due to this.
In summary, great location, breakfast...
Extremely cozy place! Stayed here just for one night before our flight, the place is clean, quiet, staff is so friendly and nice.
Breakfast included and the variety is cool as well. There are options for gluten free diet.
Saving this place for our future trips for sure.
The hotel is a bit old. The front desk treats Chinese people differently. If foreigners check in at the same time, if foreigners have rooms, we have to wait until three in the afternoon to give them rooms. It is not friendly to Chinese people.
Very nice and clean hotel. It is in the center so everything is very close. Staff is very polite. Rooms are small but clean which is most important thing to me. Breakfast was very good. Coffee from the machine was also great which is not always the case. There is a lot of things to choose for breakfast so everybody can find something for themselves. I was thrilled with gluten free products.
I and family we had an excellent stay at the Corvin Hotel (Wing) We had a very comfortable triple room, the bathroom had an additional separate space, which was an advantage. Very good breakfast, spacious restaurant, a plus it is the garden as outdoor space. The location of the hotel is aprox 200 m from the Danube river , with nearby connections for the tramways and metro. Exactly what a tourist needs...

We stayed for one night, the room was on the second floor. We really liked it. The only thing is that the shower is only overhead, and there were no shower caps, which is uncomfortable for guests with long hair.
Very comfortable and central 3 star hotel. Check in time is fairly strictly adhered to in summer although they gave us our room half an hour early and were happy to store luggage. A good basic breakfast buffet.
One night stay, simple room, but comfortable and very close to the lake which is the reason for our visit. Very nice breakfast. Restaurant available on premises which was great for dinner. The town is sweet, I wish we stayed longer.
Nice hotel center of Heviz Breakfast buffet with a great range of different food thanks to all of the people who work there, we had a very good holiday Very polite staff I'm determent to go back to that hotel next yer
Nice and clean apartments in the center of Heviz, short walking distance to the thermal lake. Reasonable price.
Hotel was very nice, sauna was exceptionally good and hotel staff friendly and helpfull. But restaurant was below all expectations. In normal day, it was 1/3 full and it took 1h 20min to get food from daily menu. Tenderloin steak was first way over cooked to rubber, second try was well done+ despite specific request for medium. An old hotel very close to the city center. It's an older style hotel (rooms have physical keys and not key cards), but they are clean and overall OK. The staff was nice, the on-site restaurant offers quite a good variety of things at a reasonable price.
I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. Everyone decides if that's much or not. But how the foods looked was gorgeous, as you can see on the pictures
Greta but ac in room as off but all other was ok
Nice place. Like in movie. Definitely more than we expected for this price.
The internet in the room is poor, the elevator is very small, the roof of the third floor is slanted, like a loft, the most interesting thing is that the door lock is keyed
A nice hotel with a good location. Very close to the city centre. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Very little noise from the street/other guests. Breakfast was okay with a couple of different options. The sauna was nice too, although the floor was a bit dirty. Be aware that the sauna is not only for hotel guests, though. I cannot find any flaw to the Hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is competitive and polite. Highly recommend
No flexible dates, travelling for business you need a hotel that can provide flexible dates. Not good for business travels.
Excellent friendly, competent service, client oriented. Parking in front of the hotel which is a huge plus. Cosy room with large balcony and nice view over the city. Inside door to separate the room from the hall door, which helps a lot with the noise. Good water for shower, hangers in the wardrobe, clean & fresh towels and linen. We enjoyed everything.
Very nice hotel, staff, and clealiness but a bit off the beaten path. There's almost nowhere to go in walking distane and the sign says bar and restaurant but they only have breakfast. For the price it was still excellent.

Great location in city. Close by to all the touristy locations & the Xmas markets. Rooms were good, comfortable bed. Not a big fan of the breakfast (but i'm not a huge fan of Continental European breakfasts anyway). No lift in the building.
Such a good location in the city, we stayed for 4 nights on a room only basis, so can't comment on the restaurant or food.
