Everything was simply perfect :
The best location . Close to everything by foot.
The room was very big and perfectly planned for maximum functionality. Very clean and beautiful. The bed was so good that I slept very well.
The staff was absolutely the best that I ever met. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy.
The spa is fabulous .
Also, the breakfast, the restaurant, and the bar were perfect.
Highly recommend hotel !!! and I'm a frequent traveler. I've been to so many places, but Kampinski is one of the best

Lovely hotel- staff is very friendly and the included breakfast is AMAZING!! Huge spread with a variety of options. Great location(we were able to walk to almost everything) would highly recommend for business or pleasure

waiter Benjamin, in the breakfast area, was a delight! His service was exceptional. His attention to detail was profound. Compliments to him and you for hiring him. He’s a great asset to your hotel. if I return to Budapest, I will definitely come to this hotel and look for Benjamin.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights this week. The small things make the difference between a 4- and 5-stars hotel. And all these things are made by people. Very good services, very nice rooms, nice pillows (you can choose) and bed, temperature in the room very good, every 2 days the linen are changed (very good quality).
Food was amazing, with taste and also traditional Hungarian but at the same time international. Good Indian food (they have a special chef for this). Included the breakfast is very very good. They have gluten free products or free lactose products and for the first time I saw gem for diabetics.
The people are so dedicated, the chef was at dinner and lunch with us to see if everything is ok, every night the bed was prepared for night in a very special mode. Was for the first time when I saw a such service. So this hotel is very very good so I have the impression that the bad reviews are not so correct. Indeed, in the neighborhood there is some works but it is not under hotel control to speed up or to stop the process. It is a pleasure to stay in this hotel. We had also, an event manager so present at the meeting room. Also, the young boys from technical department were so good. I hope to come back some day.

This hotel is top notch! It's incredibly beautiful inside and out. Our room was spacious and gorgeous. Bathroom was also well appointed and included everything one could forget (for me it was a nail file). The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was impressive. Location, location, location - this hotel was in a prime spot. Highly recommend !

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for tourists as it is right in the heart of the city next to important sights like St. Stephen's basilica and shopping areas. There are plenty of decent restaurants within easy walking distance.

Our experience was easy from the start of the booking process. We wanted connecting rooms and were able to contact the hotel, which responded quickly to confirm availability and to provide an offer for various options.

The hotel concierge contacted us ahead of the visit to check our preferences and needs for our stay, which was appreciated. They even arranged for bespoke pillow selections in our rooms.

The team at the hotel were courteous and attentive at every interaction, from the porters, to front desk, waiting staff and even housekeeping. Everyone we talked to spoke good English.

The breakfast was extremely good with a massive array of choices including an omelette chef.

The rooms were well appointed with decent beds. The mattresses were a little hard, but this is a personal preference, not a criticism. There were an array of pillows to choose from. The bathrooms were good, including the rain showers. We had no noise problems.

Overall, we were delighted with our stay and will definitely use this brand again. Well done to everyone involved. We understand how difficult it can be to achieve this level of consistent service from everyone in the team.

Exceptional hotel! We stayed here, Marriott and Intercontinental but Kempinski set the bar very high! It’s elegant and so welcoming you get the feeling the team love their jobs which is an attribute to the management!

The room was clean and sleek and spacious!

Breakfast was great quality and the coffee mmm tasty…

The spa is beautiful I had a treatment, katy was my therapist and she gave a brilliant massage and facial and I’ve had a few but she loved which she did makes all the difference thanks!

The receptionist team was so welcoming. Even seeing my boy being a bit older found the kimpinski fox teddy which he had name fluffy and has been his best friend!

The overall stay is just a brilliant experience which if you are staying in Budapest I couldn’t recommend more!!!

amazing location!amazingly friendly staff...very clean... our rooms were cleaned twice a day to our surprise and everyone always greeted us with a welcoming smile! great choice of breakfast!there's nothing negative I can think of!

Wonderful weekend in Budapest! The Kempinski hotel is beautiful and all members of the staff are incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean with a wonderful view of the ferris wheel. Great location and centrally located to many historical sites. Highly recommend! Also, great breakfast buffet on site that is top notch.

Great location. Food was excellent. At breakfast you are greeted with a selection juice shots which I thought was a very nice touch. Unfortunately lost some points for extreme drilling noise from another room. I was not feeling well and taking a nap, it was loud enough to wake me up. Also I could not work in the room with such noise which was inconvenient and really there is no excuse for it.

Overall a lovely hotel though.
