Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk from the centre and in a very safe area

Unfortunately, the view from the room I got was overlooking the inner courtyard, but that didn't bother me. As bathroom accessories, there were soap, clean towels, slippers and the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub

A modern hotel with a great vibe and super location with access to both metro and trams virtually on the doorstep. The staff were great and the breakfast with its hot and cold selection was a fantastic bonus

The hotel is very well placed on a street with little traffic, it is a 2-minute walk to the main boulevard where there are many restaurants with Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish and many others

In front of the hotel is a beautiful park which in winter is decorated with many lights and next to the park there is a market, and behind the hotel is a grocery store

A great bathroom with a shower and a bath. A sauna and gym is available at no extra cost. I personally would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is in a strategic position to get around the city both on foot and by public transport (including the 100E bus to the airport). It is very clean, with particular attention to the bathrooms in the rooms

The plan included breakfast every day. It was just the right amount and both my husband and I were satisfied. It's just a few minutes walk from the tram and subway, so it's very convenient for going anywhere

The welcome drink was also appreciated and the convenience of having the restaurant in the building which you can use if necessary! In the room you can prepare an Italian coffee 😉! What can I say

The hotel is clean and tidy, with plenty of food in the small refrigerator. The location is convenient and the transportation is close to the subway station. You can walk to nearby attractions

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. Perfect location in Budapest, huge rooms and bathrooms (it’s worth the upgrade for the city room with balcony), and excellent cafe / restaurant options

The Anantara is exceedingly elegant, but not pompous. Our room was spacious and the king mattress was memory foam and very comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and gracious, tending to every need

The lobby and spa are stunning. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the best neighborhoods / nightlife in Pest. It’s also ideal for families given all the amenities and food options nearby

We wanted to try the café but the line was very long so my friend and I decided to sit in the bar. We were lucky to catch the bar opening ceremony and were served a yummy complimentary cocktail

The live music at dinner was fun and entertaining too. As for the location, the Anantara was convenient to everything you could want to see or visit

We initially planned to have some tea which they graciously served us in the bar (jasmine pearls - so good!) and were also given some honey nuts

We had an issue with one of the bedside lamps on the first day and reported it to reception. It still hasn’t been fixed the next day so we reported it again

By this time the second bedside lamp had given up to and again we reported it. This time it was fixed promptly. I guess it just depends on which staff are on reception

Personally, I would’ve rather of had a proper shower as it was a bit tricky for me to stand in the bath and wash my hair, but having said that it was fine

Location is perfect - can’t find a better location than this as a tourist. Breakfast was amazing too. Rooms are little on the smaller side - even for only two people in the room.

You could hardly be in a more well located hotel! However, we were given a ron on the first floor, with a windows to a busy and noisy street

They acknowledged it is very hot and the only way to sleep is leave the window crack open which we did from 2nd night. I doubt they have switched on the central air conditioning and blame it on the technical issue

Outstanding Gold Standard Hotel. We stayed five nights in the hotel, and from the time we arrived, we enjoyed the most outstanding professional and welcoming hospitality of the hotel staff

Everything in the room was of high standard, and having stayed at many hotels around the world, we could say without hesitation that the soundproofing in the room was Gold Standard

For the first time, we were not disturbed by any external noise from the hotel or from traffic noise from outside the hoìtel. This made our stay enjoyable and memorable

It's very clean and friendly staff, they help to get us check in earlier and convinence. Also, the location is great, just a 1 min walk to tram and underground. And fisherman just 10 walk distance.

The room is compact but the beds, the toilet and bathroom are more than sufficient compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The bathroom has a shower, and bathtub, and there's a sound system built into the bathroom

Location and view is magnificent. Optional superb breakfast buffet has a large selection of hot foods, cold cuts and cheeses, fruit, cereals, breads, juices, and any kind of coffee and tea

Restaurant is reasonably priced, has great view and good food. Staff were helpful across the board. Hotel is very reasonably priced. Parking is easy though there is a daily cost

The hotel faces the House of Parliament and the Danube river which provides a stunning view at night when the bridges and the Parliament are all lit up

What the Exe Centre is good for is location. However, there are some very specific things which are not so great. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible (this includes superior rooms and junior suites)

The wooden furniture gives a slightly dated feeling, and the lighting in the room wasn’t very bright, but it was still cozy and comfortable. Overall, it’s great value for money and I was totally happy with my stay! 💕

and they let me check in early, which was amazing! They speak good English, though the housekeeping staff don’t — but that’s totally fine since everything was handled smoothly with the receptionist

I asked for an extra blanket and got it right away. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was great — there were three mirrors, including one big one (love that!)

There was only one working coffee machine for a few days of our 7 day stay, which meant waiting in line for a half cup of coffee. The machine doesn't do full cups. The apple juice was so watered down it was tasteless

Men will have trouble shaving and women will struggle with makeup. There are only 2 lifts, and when demand is high the only option is the stairs

Very nice hotel right at the Danube river. If you're lucky, you can get a aroom with a view across to river to the parliament building. Rooms are well kept and large enough, staff is friendly and speaks good english

The Carlton Hotel Buda Castle is in a very good location. It is on the Buda side of Budapest, a 3-minute walk from the Szechenyi Chain Bridge and very convenient to the Fisherman's Bastion

Since it has been renovated, it provides facilities and conveniences (capsule coffee, bottled water, chocolate, city maps, etc. When making an airport pickup reservation, you should provide the Trip

I do early check-in, and the staff is very nice and Reservation is excellent and easy. The room is clean and comfortable the food is good. AND THE LOCATIONS IS AMAZING Sawsan.

Excellent central location, you can walk to all the city attractions easily, restaurant streets just 5 minutes walk. Breakfast selection is very good. Roof top bar run by another company, good but no shade from the sun

We headed to our room, ours didn't have an out side view but had a window regardless looking out on the hallway/foyer which had a skylight. The roof bar has some stunning views, I believe you can eat up there too

They have a restaurant on the ground floor and breakfast in the basement. The breakfast was a buffet style offering hot and cold, toaster took forever

Excellent hotel, superbly placed on the edge of the main city, location is amazing, staff super friendly and efficient, room was well set out apart from the positioning of the TV though being in Budapest didn't need it, also no cups/glasses for the bathroom (used our own), Nice idea with the little lockers rather than drawers and wardrobes etc

Had an amazing view from the balcony (would be nice to have chairs there but can see the issues that would cause), also having a communal kitchen was handy on the last day to make up sandwiches for the journey home but it has 2 ranges and ovens plus a fridge and all pots and pants etc plus stickers to label your food supplied

It is an old building, nice a week-end in Budapest cause it is close to Center city and you can travel fast), but (we had 2 rooms booked) not so clean (windows dust) and the breakfast had a little variety to offer ( instant coffee - not nice)

This hotel is close to restaurants and other attractions. We stayed in the Sissi Suite. One of the very best rooms we have ever stayed in. The photos don’t convey the attention to detail. Amazing location for breakfast.

In situations like this, you'd typically expect a hotel of this caliber to offer an upgrade, an apology gesture, or at least some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but none of that happened

A Disappointing Stay at Áurea Ana Palace Hotel – Beautiful Building, But Far From a Luxury Experience! We had mixed feelings about our stay at Áurea Ana Palace Hotel

Great central place to visited Budapest in all its glory however the beds were a bit harsh on ya but it wasn’t that bad Would recommend it for just place wise and looks Penthouse is a real nice choice with a group if you are close together to save money

The room is large in size and equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware, a coffee machine, a sofa bed and a TV. The room is clean and smell-free. There is an oversized refrigerator

However, please note that when checking out, please clean up the garbage in the room by yourself and take it to the first floor

I’m so amazed by the quality I get for such a low price. The staff replied quickly to my questions

The virtual service for check-in may not be suitable for every customer due to an issue of pairing with the electronic door locker. It takes time to get assistance and resolve the issue

Located at the prime location,everything is perfect. Atms,cafes,eateries are surrounding. Metro station is just around the corner. Walkable to Vaci Street/Central Hall Market. Staff are helpful and welcoming

I booked a twin single room and did not expect i get extra bed for my daughter. We were 2 adult and 1 child and i really appreciate that. Stayed for 4 days 3 nights and the sound from the street never bother us at all
