Location and view is magnificent. Optional superb breakfast buffet has a large selection of hot foods, cold cuts and cheeses, fruit, cereals, breads, juices, and any kind of coffee and tea. Restaurant is reasonably priced, has great view and good food. Staff were helpful across the board. Hotel is very reasonably priced. Parking is easy though there is a daily cost.

The hotel faces the House of Parliament and the Danube river which provides a stunning view at night when the bridges and the Parliament are all lit up. The Front desk staff are professional, very nice, and actually helped us book our return shuttle. The room is compact but the beds, the toilet and bathroom are more than sufficient compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The bathroom has a shower, and bathtub, and there's a sound system built into the bathroom. There's a separate toilet and as a suggestion, it would be nice to have a sink in the toilet.

It’s value for money. We stayed in a room looking across the Danube towards the Hungarian parliamentary building. Absolutely the best view at night when it’s all lit up. The hotel is very convenient to tram, bus and train. I’d recommend it for an affordable stay.

When we enter room it’s beautiful but I went to shower haven’t got body wash. I asked Reception and they informed to room service but until we checked out they didn’t replace. Need to get more training.
Breakfast table setup not happy every single staff don’t no how to give service. They want to clean quickly, when I going to get more things from breakfast table staff already clean the table. Need to give more training to staff how to do proper service.

Room was a bit worn out and dated. Carpet with stains needs to be replaced. But the room (440) was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had some issues to be addressed. The drainage of both the sink and the shower was bad and water hardly got away. The water pressure is very low with only a trickle coming out of the shower and having to flush two or three times in the toilet to get the big business away. Older building, so poor insolation and some noise issues. Staff at the front desk was a bit distant, but professional. The staff in the restaurant was friendly. The location is excellent close to a metro station to take you to the more interesting parts of Budapest. Price paid is a bit high for a hotel that needs a major renovation or upgrade to get it into the 21st century.

The hotel is really well located. We were able to walk on most days to where we wanted to go but also benefitted from having a metro station within five minutes walk of the hotel allowing us to make longer journeys with ease. The breakfast buffet had a good range and was generally quite nice, though the cooked meats were a bit overly greasy. Service was always polite. The room met our needs though would have benefitted from just a little bit more room to accommodate our suitcase more easily.

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff and the reception is very welcoming, smiling and attentative.
We also tried the restaurant and that was a perfect choice. It has a really nice atmosphere and all dishes was really delicious.
Highly recommended for a stay in Budapest.

The hotel rooms offer stunning views of the Parliament and Danube River. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, exceptional customer service, and an excellent breakfast. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious dishes and is just a 5-minute walk from the metro and a 15-minute walk from Fisherman's Bastion. Luggage storage is available after check-out. We had an outstanding stay. Bravo!

Trafalgar Tours booked our stay here. It’s a nice hotel next to the Danube River, opposite the Parliament House and walking distance to Chain Bridge and Margaret Bridge. Which make it easy for taking photos of the night scene.
The room is quiet, clean and pillows are so comfortable. Fantastic location and good breakfast too 😋. You can look across at the Parliament House while enjoying breakfast.

This is a wonderful hotel with respect to location, proximity to train, tram, bus stops, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff and quick services.
We stayed 3 days here and had the best experience. The morning breakfast was fulfilling and had a lot of variety, staff was always helpful and supporting. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done daily.
We even had Dinner on the last day and it was great too!
It was all smiles and happiness around! Thank you!
