I had a very bad experience with the staff a woman called Valeria. When I arrived there she was having her lunch at the desk. It’s like I was disturbing her. She was very aggressive and rude to me. I have been there almost all the week before and she saw me many time before. My wife was not with me and I wanted a big room which was the same price as a small room. She did not want to give it to me pretexting my wife was not with me and she needed her paper. I said my wife was on the way and she will show her as soon as she arrives. Two days before we were sleeping there me and my wife and she knows us very well . She tried to call the police to scare me I said to her. I was happy for the police to come as I have nothing to be worried or scared about . When she saw I was not scared she gave me a small room for 70 euros the price of a big one and my wife could not come with me later in the night . I was so upset and left Italy the next day very upset. All the staff there are very good only this person made me left this hotel for good.

Hotel is clean, functional and quite. Breakfast good but not wholemeal or gluten free options. Bed too hard for my taste.

Great hotel, bed is good, shower is quite small (in 2 person room). Staff is friendly. Breakfast which was included was good and had a lot of fresh produce. Only disappointment was the coffee... Instant coffee in Italy in a good hotel is a real bummer.

Modern and clean hotel easy to find coming from Malpensa Airport and good location if you want to move between Milano center and assago but most part of the room are small and the breakfast is not to good
