We were very impressed with this hotel. Ideally located for us as we needed to get to and from Termini easily. The design is really interesting and carried through down to the honey scented toiletries. Lovely roof top cafe. Rooms were comfortable and quiet...ours was onto an internal courtyard. All of the staff we met were
lovely and very kind. Special thanks to Marco on the front desk. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good location for our purposes, spacious and elegant rooms, nice bathroom with well working hairdryer. Fantastically fast Internet connection. Breakfast with many options. Very kind staff both at the reception and in the restaurant.
Two small issues which we had, one was weird, stale smell in the bathroom, don't know what it was, maybe from plumbing. Another was somewhat odd AC control, even when set to 21C, the room was still too hot, we had to switch off heating completely, but it was restarting every time we left the room.

the best hotel in the world!
We had to cancel our stay and we didn’t have a free cancellation and dispite that, the hotel’s staff was very kind and helped us to reschedule our stay without additional payment.
Our stay was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was rich and tasty. We tried the spa and it was amazing. The hotel is new and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay so much, and hopefully will come back soon.

This is a 3 star hotel. The rooms and rugs are out dated. Rugs actually coming up from the floor. The bathroom water in the shower goes from scolding hot to ice cold, back and forth, without even touching it.
The amenities are great. The staff is kind.
But this is not 4 star, it’s 3 star at best.
Breakfast is gross but dinner is tasty yet over priced.
I wouldn’t stay here again. Find something for $200 per night and save the money for the same quality.

Fabulous hotel! Clean, comfortable and luxurious while remaining affordable. The food was delicious, both the breakfast and rooftop dining. The staff very friendly, which is always appreciated after a long flight. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic, modern hotel in the heart of Rome. A short walk from the train station and central to all the main tourist spots. The hotel offered brilliant amenities, a wonderful rooftop restaurant, underground spa facilities and clean spacious rooms. Plus all the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.

This was a perfect hotel!
It's 4star but the service is amazing and gives you a great higher standard feeling!
Rooms were spacious and outstanding location!
One small note were the showers where the water came either very hot or mild/cold no in between but hey it was pretty hot in the city so can't take many points!
I highly recommend the hotel as it's close to a major station, amenities around and plenty of hotspots within walkable distance!

We LOVE Hive Hotel!! After our train out of Roma Termini was cancelled, the Hive allowed us to book a room last minute. The staff was so kind and generous that they upgraded us to a beautiful large suite (free of charge) as consolation for our stressful day. We are so grateful! Special thank you to Alessandra.

Absolutely fantastic stay - was delayed traveling because of a flight cancellation, I called to let them know and were super understanding and made sure my room was available for when I arrived. Front desk staff were all super friendly and really helpful. Room was very comfortable and quiet and the location just close enough to both Rome Termini and the main tourist attractions without being right in the heart of everything. Absolutely would stay here again!

We had a really nice stay here in May 2024. The rooms are updated very nicely, is spacious, and was clean. The staff was very helpful. The location is in walking distance from the train station, metro stops, and we were able to walk to all major attractions. I also felt like this hotel offered excellent value. Next time I return to Rome, I absolutely will stay here again..
