Giuturna Boutique Hotel

This has to be in my top 5 places to stay. The website does nothing to express the charm and comfort of the rooms. I thought we would have open living and bed shared space, instead I was greeted with a lovely private bedroom with a window onto the square below. The traffic never stopped on the street below but it didn't matter because the windows are sound proof! The exterior shutters block a good deal of light but the interior shutters stop all noise and light. It was blissful sleep when I stopped Site seeing long enough to rest. I tried to eat my way through Rome in 4 days. The restaurant below the hotel (same owner) gave me 2 of my 3 favorite meals.
The location is perfect. It was perfect for me and my husband, in our 50's and for our daughter and her boyfriend, in their early 20's. I cannot say enough about how this hotel, restaurant, and staff made my first time in Italy absolutely perfect!

Hotel had good location near some of the sights. Breakfast was good. No lift or elevator, but our room was only on the 2nd floor. When we checked out after the time that someone was supposed to be at front desk, no one was there yet which was worrisome about us correctly checking out. Other than that, would recommend.

After visiting Trevi Fountain on a very busy afternoon, we were trying to find a taxi to get back to our hotel near Rome Central Park. Every taxi we approached declined our request.
We decided to wander into the hotel to see if they could order a taxi for us. If you've traveled in Europe before, you know that most places are not very receptive unless you are spending money with them. When we walked in an elderly gentleman managing the front desk asked us if we were staying there. We said no we were not, however we needed help getting a taxi. He then asked us again if we were staying there and we told him no but we really needed help getting a taxi. He proceeded to get online and look around on the app to find a taxi. It took him quite a while but eventually he did get a cab for us. He was very gracious and thoughtful. Next time we visit Rome we would definitely consider staying at this hotel just because of this gentleman's friendly act.

We had a wonderful time at GH. The terrace apartment was amazing with wonderful views. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple and delicious. Location is perfect for walking to all the major attractions in the city. When we come back, we will stay here again.

We stayed here recently for two weeks and for us, the location, room comfort and the staff made this a great choice. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to almost all the main sites, access to transportation and of course... all the amazing restaurants. The room was good size, clean and comfortable and the shower had very warm water with good pressure. All staff encountered were welcoming, pleasant and helped us with any questions or requests we may have had. A nice starter breakfast was available (fee) to begin the day.

The only cons were
1. There are no coffee makers or water kettles in the room. Minor really, but we like having the option.
2. Noise might be a issue for some. Between the activity on the street and restaurant next door it can be a bit noisy until late. Noise reduction windows would help greatly. :)

That said, it did not spoil our stay and we look forward to stay here again next time!

Nice small hotel, just in the beginning of Rome's pedestrian walk (aka cultural paradise). Just behind 'that's amore' restaurant
The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast area was also small but had enough items to start your day happy! Staff was alsi very helpful and polite.
We were travelling with two young children (1 stroller) and were worried about not having an elevator. However, this was not an issue as we were storing it at the ground floor.
Overall a great option.
One we would revisit.

Fantastic hotel, clean modern rooms and really friendly staff.
We also rented the apartment that is above the hotel and it was perfect for our stay in rome with an amazing terrace

Great hotel. So clean, comfortable and well presented. Perfect location for the classic Rome sights and easy access to Vatican City.
