H10 Palazzo Galla

This hotel was fantastic, location was great, (views from rooftop bar were amazing!). Staff were so attentive to detail and couldn’t have been more helpful. This trip was for a birthday and they left a bottle of fizz with compliments in our room, breakfast time was great no waiting about and seated straight away, overall

This was our favorite hotel of our entire Italy trip, out of a total of 5 hotels. We felt welcomed from the second we walked in. A complimentary bottle of champagne was even delivered to our room the first night! I enjoy how they come during dinner hours while you’re out to put chocolates on the pillows and make sure all is well.

Perfect location for a hotel too, right near everything. Furthest walk for us was the Vatican which was around 35 minutes. Walking distance to the Roma termini train station as well.

I drink a lot of water and I really enjoyed the fact that one of Rome’s free always running water fountains is right outside the hotel. I was able to top off my water before heading in each night.

The views from the room were absolutely stunning as well. You can actually see a little of the colosseum out of one of the windows! (not pictured)

Definitely will be coming back here when I’m in Rome next, and I heard H10 is a chain so I will be keeping my eye out for them in other cities as well!

This location is amazing and very central. Just mins away from all the great sites like the pantheon, Spanish steps and the Colosseum. The service was great and very helpful in showing us places and restaurants to go. The rooms were spacious and comfy and best of all air conditioning! We will be sure to stay here again when we return.

We stayed here in mid April. As soon as we arrived the doorman was very friendly and could not help us enough. Check in was very easy and we were shown to our room which was stunning and extremely clean. We were very impressed. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice on offer. I would just like to say how lovely the staff are, they really are fabulous! All the sights and attractions are within walking distance so you really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. My partner had his birthday while we were here and the staff made it extra special for him (we didn’t even mention this to them but they still went out of their way) one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we will definitely be back one day. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel for a few days while in Rome. Right away they offered complimentary water and champagne upon arrival and customer service was prompt and consistent the entire stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and had nice high ceilings making he stay comfortable and contemporary. They also provided sweet surprises for our birthdays during our stay including a bottle of champagne and cake. Would definitely return to this hotel if I find myself in Rome again.

We had a great experience staying here. So many amazing things to do within walking distance. Our room was very clean and modern. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially our son’s favorite new friend, Edwin.

This is one of the nicest, if not the nicest, hotels we've ever stayed at (including 5-stars). From the minute we walked in the door, the hotel staff were so friendly and so attentive, and especially kind to my little one. The check-in did take 10-15 minutes as there was only one person working, but in light of that they offered some refreshments and a relaxing space which was so appreciated. The room are spotless and smelled clean - that might sound weird, but some rooms at other hotels are sprayed with a scent that makes them seem as though they are clean, whereas this hotel was truly spotless. We stayed in a room (I think it was the Venezia Terrace) and the view was breathtaking from our balcony, which was large and very clean. It was also a welcome surprise that the blinds actually blacked out the room. It made for a very comfortable sleep (especially for parents sharing a room with a baby, the dark is essential). The bathroom was well lit and beautiful, and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect - central to many sites and great for walking or catching a taxi if needed. There is no other location we would stay at when we come back to Rome!

We stayed there for 2 nights around mid February. We reserved Superior Queen Room, and our stay was wonderful. The check in staff were nice and accommodating. The man who helped us with our luggage was smiling and greeting us warmly. The room was also very comfortable and clean with lovely style and warm colors. The room's space was adequate, and the washroom had great space with huge mirror in the sink area with LED lights. They had also provided luxury products for soaps and shampoo with beautiful smell. Also, everyday they put new complimentary bottle of water, which was generous. The gym area was also great and clean with sufficient equipment. Finally, the location is within walking distance to many main areas. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. You cannot beat this location. Room 102 was a corner junior suite and was very nice. It was on the noisy side of the building (street noise) but I don’t mind that. I wasn’t a huge fan of the shower in our room-all open on one side so a good portion of the bathroom was wet after the shower. But go up to the rooftop bar and you will not be disappointed. We will stay here again.
