H10 Palazzo Galla Hotel

Very nice, clean and hip hotel. The location is convenient to reach most tourist spots by foot. The view from the rooftop is amazing. They offer complimentary bottles (enough for everyone sharing the room) each day. The bed is very comfortable too.

The only con is that it's a bit expensive even with breakfast not included, and breakfast is too expensive; better find an authentic Roman cafe nearby.

Had 4 nights here. Free welcome drinks at the rooftop bar with magnificent view. Gifted with soaps and fridge magnets. Best part is the birthday Prosecco surprise for me ! Thank you !!

Very central location to all tourists attractions. Modernised design, with lots of lights. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and again !

Best hotel in Rome. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Bottled water is replaced every day. All major sightseeing sites are very close by hotel, 15-20 min walking distance. Breakfast have good options and tasteful.
The hotel has a very good terrace with a spectacular view where you can have drinks. We very much enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again and recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

I had the pleasure of staying at the H10 Palazzo Galla in Rome, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The stunning, modern décor is a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, and every detail is clearly designed to offer guests a luxurious stay.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail—the plush bedding, the well-stocked minibar, and even the complimentary toiletries were all top-notch. Plus, the views of the city from the rooms and common areas are breathtaking!

The staff at H10 Palazzo Galla go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. From the warm greetings at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local dining and activities, they were always attentive, friendly, and professional. We felt well cared for throughout our stay.

One of the highlights of our experience was the hotel’s rooftop terrace. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with panoramic views over Rome that are simply magical. Enjoying a drink at sunset with that view was a memory we’ll cherish.

Overall, I can’t recommend H10 Palazzo Galla enough. It combines the charm of Rome with modern luxury and impeccable service, creating a perfect retreat in the Eternal City. Whether you're visiting for romance, relaxation, or sightseeing, this hotel is an excellent choice.

We stayed in this hotel for only two nights but we had an amazing time! Staff is very friendly and helpful, welcome drink and the way we were treated immediately after we entered the hotel pleasantly surprised us. Room had everything we need except electric kettle and tea. We asked for kettle and it was brought to us really fast with cups and everything we needed. Hotel is close to all must-visit places, very convenient location. But the best thing about our stay was watching the sunset from hotel's rooftop bar. View is incredible and sunset was incredible that day as well. Breakfast is delicious as well.

This hotel was fantastic, location was great, (views from rooftop bar were amazing!). Staff were so attentive to detail and couldn’t have been more helpful. This trip was for a birthday and they left a bottle of fizz with compliments in our room, breakfast time was great no waiting about and seated straight away, overall

This was our favorite hotel of our entire Italy trip, out of a total of 5 hotels. We felt welcomed from the second we walked in. A complimentary bottle of champagne was even delivered to our room the first night! I enjoy how they come during dinner hours while you’re out to put chocolates on the pillows and make sure all is well.

Perfect location for a hotel too, right near everything. Furthest walk for us was the Vatican which was around 35 minutes. Walking distance to the Roma termini train station as well.

I drink a lot of water and I really enjoyed the fact that one of Rome’s free always running water fountains is right outside the hotel. I was able to top off my water before heading in each night.

The views from the room were absolutely stunning as well. You can actually see a little of the colosseum out of one of the windows! (not pictured)

Definitely will be coming back here when I’m in Rome next, and I heard H10 is a chain so I will be keeping my eye out for them in other cities as well!

This location is amazing and very central. Just mins away from all the great sites like the pantheon, Spanish steps and the Colosseum. The service was great and very helpful in showing us places and restaurants to go. The rooms were spacious and comfy and best of all air conditioning! We will be sure to stay here again when we return.

We stayed here in mid April. As soon as we arrived the doorman was very friendly and could not help us enough. Check in was very easy and we were shown to our room which was stunning and extremely clean. We were very impressed. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice on offer. I would just like to say how lovely the staff are, they really are fabulous! All the sights and attractions are within walking distance so you really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. My partner had his birthday while we were here and the staff made it extra special for him (we didn’t even mention this to them but they still went out of their way) one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we will definitely be back one day. Thank you!
