Location is great and close to all the sights. Staff is very pleasant. It is an old hotel and seems it is time for a renovation but it has its charm. It would be useful to have a bit more variety for breakfast. However, when you compare the prices with some other hotels nearby, value for money ratio seems quite good.

The hotel had its own unique atmosphere — you could feel its soul. Of course, this comes with a somewhat outdated interior, but that’s a matter of personal taste. It’s in a great location for exploring the city, right next to metro, bus, and train lines. Excellent service, especially at the reception! We’d be happy to come back!

Old style Romantic, roomy but needs attention to details, for example it could be old but walls are dirty and some pieces falling apart. Staff needs more charm. Breakfast is very good.

Overall a nice stay in Rome, close to many restaurants and the main train station.

Lovely location for most things we wanted to see. The Trevi fountain is 20 minutes away and likewise with the other attraction.
The metro and main train station are a few minutes up the road.
Breakfast was okay.
Lady at reception Monica is lovely and most helpful.

Not the worst hotel stay, however, the hotel staff were not very pleasant, the king size bed was two twin sized beds pushed together, there was what appeared to be pubic hair in the bathtub upon arrival, the bathtub drain was stuck so water kept accumulating during the shower, and the shower door could not contain the water from spilling onto the floor. On a more positive note, breakfast was great, close location to the train station, and was affordable. This was just our personal experience and we just needed a place to rest our heads at night.

Great location and the staff were just amazing.
Breakfast had a good selection and was delicious.
The roof top bar area was great and a perfect place for a drink and snack while watching the sunset.
My room was comfortable, very clean on arrival and serviced each day.
My only suggestion would to have a choice of pillow height and softness.
Overall a lovely Hotel and I would highly recommend.
