The H'All Tailor Suite Roma Hotel

When we left the hotel. I informed the front desk person Daneil that the housekeeper inappropriately touch my underwear. I told him that it made me felt uncomfortable, violated and inappropriate.

He proceeded to shrugged his shoulders and dismissed me completely. This response in itself is the reason why I am writing a negative review. The front desk staff made me feel worse after feeling violated already.

I have traveled all over the world and never had a cleaner touch any of my underwear.

Instead of taking in my complaint, Daniel chose to make me feel worse for answering his question “how did you like your stay?”.
He responded with “oh he was just cleaning the room.”

In case, he gave me the wrong name if you’re the manager reading this, it’s 10/16 at 6:50 am is when I had this terrible interaction.

Wife and I booked a time here for our vacation in June. I could not have imagined a more unpleasant experience.

Cleanliness: The room was filthy. There was mold and mildew in the shower and bathroom. When I spilled some water on the floor I wiped it up and the rag came back a disgusting brown. There were stains on our bedding that appeared to be urine. Supposedly they had just redone this room and it was their best. If it had been renovated, they didn't clean afterwards.

Utilities: The air conditioner kept shutting off even when you were in the room with the key in the room slot. Rome was under a record heatwave, so this was less than pleasant. Half the time I came back to the room I had to get it rekeyed, My key wouldn't open the door. The shower head barely functioned and just kind of leaked out water.

Bedding: I'm pretty sure this is what the Olympic village beds feel like, you know the ones made out of cardboard boxes. Zero padding. After just one mostly sleepless night both my wife and I woke up with a lot of back pain.

Customer service: My wife and I worked for hours trying to get a hold of a manager and working through our credit card company (we had booked through the CC travel site) to get something resolved. The hotel went out of their way to be unresponsive. Refusing to talk to the CC travel agent. Not answering the phone. Lying and saying the manager wasn't there when he was. It was so bad that the CC company wanted us out of the hotel. When I finally got a manager as we were checking out, he was argumentative and combative, refusing to acknowledge any of the issues with the hotel, and claimed that we had made no attempt to let them resolve the situation. This was a blatant lie as we had spent hours trying to fix the situation. I ended up booking at another hotel for our next two nights (Best decision I made on the trip). Since then I have been working to get reimbursed for the two nights that we did not stay and the management again has been unresponsive and avoiding our calls.

Horrible experience. Room was allegedly just renovated but it was dirty and poorly constructed. The bed was as hard as a rock, there was mildew in the bathroom, and the floors were absolutely filthy. The AC kept shutting off as well, which was miserable in the middle of a record heat-wave. My husband and I only spent one night here before finding another place to stay. We are not picky people, but it was that bad of an experience we had to leave.

The hotel management was awful. We attempted to see if we could switch rooms for a softer bed and better AC. The manager was evasive. Once we did get ahold of him, he was very combative, getting upset with us when we were trying to fix the problem. Once it became clear they were unwilling to fix the situation, we contacted the credit card company we had booked the room through to try to get a refund for the additional nights we had booked. Once again, the hotel management was evasive and refused to speak with the credit card company. They were so difficult even the credit card company wanted us out of the hotel!

Don't stay here unless you want a painful night of sleep and a headache from trying to reason with the most unprofessional hotel management I've ever experienced. I've had better stays at budget hotels in developing nations than here.

This egregious oversight not only compromises the health and safety of guests but also calls into question the hotel's adherence to basic hygiene standards.

I have documented these concerns with photographic evidence and strongly recommend a thorough inspection of The H’all Tailor Suite Hotel to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Until these issues are addressed in a comprehensive manner, I cannot in good faith endorse this establishment to discerning travelers seeking a pleasant and hygienic accommodation experience in Rome.
