Great location! Everything was perfect during the saty!

Booked 2 rooms but only 1 bottle of drinking water per room, that is very less

Since, it’s a 5 star premium hotel I would be brutal to rate it’s facilities. The amenities weren’t great, room was decent size but room doesn’t have decent setup, sofas, chairs, TV to bed distance all messed up. Everyday house keeping was horrible, they didn’t change the bidet towel, bedsheets without asking, didn’t filled tea-coffee etc. need to do lot of detail improvement because you are 5 star.

I had an amazing stay here, the location is very good! The hotel is very nice, but the best part about my stay was the staff! Especially Giusi and Claudio made sure i felt very welcome and did everything to make sure i was happy. They treated me like a real princess

Overall, a nice hotel in Roma center. Pros:
Right next to Termini. Spare you the pain to further transport to the hotel. It may be a walk to tourist attractions but mostly still within 10-40 minutes walk, good to walk off the pasta! We only use subway when going straight to Vatican. A part of Servian wall is inside the hotel premise. A nice view when having breakfast or a drink on the ground floor balcony. We were lucky to be on top floor. A nice view and very quiet. The room is in good size. Bathroom is a good size too including the shower. Good water pressure . Comfortable bed and bedding
Love love ❤️ the pillows. They do give you a free bottle of water every day. With us ordering water during the meals, a bottle  is the right amount.

Not Cons but room to improve:
The cups in the room can be cleaner. It's not too bad but I can see some residue, not sure what, so I re-wash them. The light is a bit too dark, it would be nice if there are more settings which I can choose to bright light. The breakfast was OK, but in Italy, I definitely have tasted better ones. Particularly when there was a tour, like Viking embarking date , it was chaos and even coffee runs out. You really should be prepared for that. And staff either don't take your plates, or they arrange dirty plates including yours right in front of you,  meaning on your table! Really? In a four or five star hotel? That was weird to me. 5 Star hotel usually have turn down service at the evening. But it should not just remake your bed. Some basic ones should be included as well, such as take out the trash and replenish the coffee pods. They also need to fix the check out process. I waited for 15 minutes during checkout then they over charge me as they mess up the bill. It is resolved now but would be better if I don't have an issue to resolve.
