First, the location.......
We came to Rome for a 6 day family break to see the sights and the location of this hotel was perfect. Its so close to many of the popular attractions and only a short cab ride away from others.
Second, the service.......
WOW! This was by far, some of the best service we have experienced in a hotel. All the staff take pride in their job and are genuinely passionate about making sure your stay is as perfect as possible. Special mention go to Dario, one of the managers and Mario, cocktail maker extraordinaire. We went to the bar every night before dinner and enjoyed entrusting Mario with a suitable choice of cocktail - they were all delicious!
Dario also works really hard to ensure guests are happy and feel cared for.
Third, the rooms.......
Rooms are clean, functional and spacious. The beds are excellent and the air conditioning was much needed in 38 degree heat!
In summary, the service at this hotel has set a new standard for us. If we come back to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.
Over used
I will not repeat it again
- the air conditioning system wasn’t quite able to keep up with the hot summer temps.
- shower pressure 5/10
- no extractor fan in the bathroom, (there seemed to be a fan on the wall but didn’t see how to turn it on
Otherwise I do recommend this Hotel. The daily breakfast is very comprehensive. My only recommendation there would be to change a few of the food offerings each day, as after day 3 or 4 we were looking for something different.
Concierge Roberto was friendly and willing to
help with restaurant recommendations.
The breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste was good. The hotel has complete facilities, a gym and a swimming pool, which are very convenient for leisure and entertainment.
Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, which is very suitable for both family trips and business trips. I will choose here again next time!
