Reviews
Good: Location is good. Near to bus station and train station. Easily access to any tourist attractions. And the cleaning staff did their job, the room is clean and towels are changed.
Average: Breakfast was quite normal without much selection to choose from. Same food for the buffet.
Bad: The internet is unusable or pretty slow. The lift broke down and only 1 lift is available for 9 floors.
The hotel in need of major revamp to catch up with times. They have a nice location but unfortunately, the facilities are in the 90s.
the showering unit is on the smaller side.
do note that you have to carry the luggages up a long flight of stairs
breakfast is good.
Staff was not very helpful with the attractions
- Location wise is really convenient, 3 minutes to Termini
- Cleanliness is great not seeing any dents
- Service is great as well greetings and welcoming guest from the first minute til we check out.
- breakfast wasn't top notch but suits a 4 - star rate
- lots of restaurants nearby
Cons
- As it's too near to the main rail station, it gets really noisy all day.
- need to pay for drinking water
- too little plug for charging and don't have one near the bed
I loved everything
Plenty of sights in walkable distance as well, even walked all the way to the colosseum and back in a day. Tho I am from NYC so maybe that's not as "walkable" to most people. ;)
