Very friendly service. The receptionists were always helpful. The room was nice and clean, with no complaints. The street next door is quite busy, but you can't hear anything at night. It's very peaceful and quiet. Easy access and a good location, close to the Borghese Gallery and a beautiful park.

One of the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I raised concerns about the unclean rooms (especially the dirty bed), she outright denied the issue and refused to assist. The actual hotel condition is far worse than the advertised photos—think stained linens and questionable hygiene.
If you don’t mind rolling the dice with bed bugs or indifferent service, go ahead and book.

Great experience, particularly for the relatively low asking price. Even the cheapest single room (which I stayed in) had AC and was spotless, while the receptionist was really friendly and allowed me to leave my bag there for a few hours even after checking out.
The location isn't stellar, but the neighbourhood is safe and the wider Porta Pia area has good bus connections to the centre of Rome.

Natalia at the front desk was so nice and helpful. They were extremely accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will come back!

Such a fabulous hotel! Natalia was unbelievably helpful, allowing us to upgrade with minimal cost to a private bathroom and check in 3 hours early. The bus is down the road and takes you to major attractions in less than 20 minutes. The room was awesome. I definitely would recommend

I had an excellent stay at MF Rome Hotel! The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The size of the room was reasonable, and the bathroom was great –
everything from the hot water to the AC worked perfectly.
A special thanks to Natalia at reception for her outstanding assistance. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything and make sure my stay was smooth. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

This is a few apartments that were converted into rooms with private bathrooms, except it's an epic fail!
The shower is small, there's very little water pressure. They have an air freshener in the room (next to the door) that's extremely strong. I unplugged it and found out why, there is a horrible putrid sewer smell in the bathroom. This is because they've created all these new bathrooms with the same plumbing system designed for an independent apartment. Breakfast is shameful and had days old items & only includes one coffee. Walls are paper thin. I have NO idea how this hotel is supposedly a three star hotel. Stay away!

This hotel is perfect in serving and location. The room was very clean, the AC was working very well. The receptionist Natalia was very helpful. I definitely recommend the MF hotel which makes our visit to Rome comfortable.

Can confirm that room A1 HAS BED BUGS! I now have bites all over the left side of my body and face and found some in my luggage once I left.
The rooms and amenities are not consistent with a 3 star hotel.
I would not only not recommend this place, but I would also avoid it at all cost.

The hotel is in an old building but well conserved.
The extra large double room with air conditioning is the best option for summer due to the high humidity in Rome. The summer is so hot and you need air conditioning if you want to rest at nigh withour sweating.
The WC is well, althouth the shower is old. The hotel provides you a tiny soap for the shower. The location of the hotel is so good if you use the Train station Termini from the Airport. But also the hotel is near to a bus net, where you can pick up the buses 490/495/83/62.
On the other hand the Hotel is near to a very good and recommended restaurant for Lunch and Dinner (closed at 00.00) "Al Forno della Soffitta".
The clerks of the hotel are so kind, specially the girl in the morning.
The breakfast in the Hotel is good and cheap for 6€ (in the street you can pay 4,5 for a coffee). It is not a large breakfast buffet, but it is good with Coffee, Milk, Orange juice, sweets, jambon, bread, Yogur...
