Hotel Orazia

It's a bit of a walk from Roma Termini Station.
I recommend it if you want to feel the old building.
I arrived in the evening, rang the doorbell, and was guided.
The facilities are just so-so.

10-15min walk from Roma Termini, not particularly pleasant area, but people who know Rome, know about that. 50m from metro station who lead to most of Rome landmarks (Spanish Steps, Vatican, di Trevi etc), 15-20min walk from Colosseum.
The hotel is on the floor 5 in building. There is small elevator or if you want you can climb (a long walk :)).
The room I was staying definitely need some renovation, but was not so bad, the bed was ok, shower space in the bathroom was really tight. Aircon work, fridge work too. I received clean sheets everyday, my room was cleaned regularly. Breakfast was... OK, but you can't expect different meal, every day was the same.
The hotel is 3 stars, but I think that it's not deserve them, and it's overpriced. Can recommend only if your occupation requires from you to be in that area.
