Hotel Impero

This hotel is just a short walk from the Rome Termini and is in a perfect location to get to the major attractions. The front desk will order a cab for you to take you to places like the Vatican, which is a bit far to walk.

The room we had was tight but comfortable, as was the bathroom and shower. These are very typical of the room sizes that we have found all over Italy. There was a lovely sitting area on the 1st floor that made for a nice place to sit and relax.

The front desk staff were very nice and all spoke both Italian and English.

Charming hotel a short walking distance to Rome’s main attractions and the train station. Excellent front desk service, they remember who you are and greet you each time you walk in. The rooms are kept very clean and the air conditioning works wonderfully. The shower was small but otherwise everything was great. There’s a small fridge in the room as well. Great centrally located hotel, would absolutely recommend staying here on your travels to Rome.

Nice place to stay. I had a late flight and it appeared that not all hotel is Rome has 24h checkin desk, but at Impero they do have.
Nice and friendly staff, ready to help.
The room was not too small as I expected, everything was clean and fresh.
I tried breakfast only once, it was fine, nothing special.
Near the hotel there are a lot of good restaurants.
Termini station and metro are very close, it’s very convenient for tourists.

The hotel's staff was super friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot.
Our room was very pretty, spacious and it had a great view.
The only thing is that the hairdrier in the room worked badly and there was a bit of dust on the floors.
All in all a great experience, I would come back for the location and especially for the guy at the front desk that made us feel really at home!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Kind staff let us keep our luggage here when checked out to enjoy our last day of travel in Rome. Very close and practical location an 8 minute walk away from Rome termini. Me and my boyfriend have been traveling Europe for a month now and hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far 100% recommend and will be returning if we ever come to Rome again😁

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Impero! Its central location made it incredibly convenient to explore all the city's attractions on foot. Just a 2-minute walk from one of the main streets with shops and a beautiful square, and the train station is also nearby. The abundance of excellent restaurants around added to the overall charm. Despite being reasonably priced, the hotel offered exceptional comfort.

The daily room cleaning, towel replacement, and bed preparation made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

With a special shout-out to Manuel at the reception who went above and beyond. His welcoming demeanor and genuine eagerness to assist created a warm and inviting atmosphere. His professionalism and friendliness stood out. It's evident that he takes pride in ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

The rooftop terrace was a delightful surprise, providing a breathtaking view that everyone can savor. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, comfort, and the fantastic experience it offers.

I'd like to add another positive note to our experience at the hotel. During our check-out, the receptionist was very helpful by assisting us with our flight tickets and finding the terminal we fly from. His welcoming and friendly manner added a delightful touch to the end of our stay. Although we missed getting his name, we want to extend a big thank you to him for the excellent service.

Moreover, the airport transfer provided by the hotel was remarkably comfortable and swift, contributing to an overall perfect stay.
