They were very helpful, assisting me with my luggage before check-in and again after check-out. Everything was very clean, the service was excellent, and I felt very comfortable during my stay.

The counter staff were really friendly and the best! But the towels smelled... the bedding smelled... I think the laundry staff needs to be replaced.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, initially we booked a hotel with parking, the hotel coped with this task by 5. It takes 20-26 minutes to get to the metro at a fast pace, 6-7 stops to the center without transfers, but you walk to the metro along a very narrow, dirty path along the road. At first glance, the hotel is clean, but we were apparently unlucky with room 108, it is on the first floor near the reception, an additional door does not protect from listening to the conversations of the staff, it is also impossible to open it, the reception workers and guests like to talk on the phone for hours in the shade under the windows. The bedside lamp in the room did not work - we fixed it ourselves, on one side the bed just groans when using it, the door to the bathroom does not close from the side of the room, the toilet flush button is broken, because of which you need to make an effort to stop the flow of water, the shower is leaking, we forgot to put the water in, as well as replenish cosmetics, when checking in, the towels were terribly old. Breakfast is sufficient, there is a nice terrace and a lady at the reception.

We had a great experience at the Raganelli Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful especially the lady on the front desk, Paula.
As there was no fridge in the room, Paula provided us with small buckets of ice for our drinks, nothing was too much trouble for her. Air-con kept us cool at night we also was able to borrow an extra fan from the man on reception. The only down side was the location, which we knew about before hand but travelling on the bus and train in Rome in July heat was not an option for us which resulted in us using a lot of taxis. We don’t think the location would be too much of an issue when the wether is cooler.

I would recommend this hotel due to the lovely staff.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel which is close to many of the attractions for Rome. Easy bus and Metro access nearby as well as many restaurants and grocery stores.

The room was spacious with a king bed and large bathroom by European standards.

My only feedback for improvement would be to have some kind of fan in the room, especially on warm summer days as the mini split isn't able to keep up with the hot temperatures of the outdoors of Rome.

Parking problematic with only 6 usable spots in front of the hotel. Had to park in the street and walk about 6 minutes to the hotel.

The mattresses are uncomfortable very hard.

The shower has no towel racks. Towelb racks were too far from shower/tub. No towel hooks anywhere.

Had to use teeth to unwrap the round soap bar. Impossible to open by hand.

The heavy bathroom window's top hinge was broken. Split unit AC does not respond to remote commands but that happens at most Italian hotels.

Breakfast reference the hotel: it was good with a lot of choices including many types of cereal, oatmeal, soy milk, boiled and scrabbled eggs, yogurt, slided cheese ,, wheat sliced bread and wheat rolls, Cappucino,v espresso, latte... machine, 4 excellent jams, honey, bananas, mozzarella balls, etc.

Please fix the little issues and make it better. We'll keep coming back to Italy. This is our third year in a row despite the hotel imperfections anywhere we stay.

We had a great stay here during our two-night stay in Rome!
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, leaving nothing to be desired. The breakfast is also fantastic, as the hotel had plenty of options for everyone and by far the best coffee we had on our tour of Europe.
While the location is far from the main city center, calling a taxi via the front desk could not be easier and made getting around simple.
I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Rome.

The hotel is very comfortable, well maintained and serviced by friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. It was well priced for the facilities (the roof terrace was a lovely place to spend an evening). The downside for us (a family of 4 including myself, my wife and two teenagers), was the location. It was our first visit to Rome and we didn't really know the lay of the land, the hotel was about a kilometre away from the nearest metro. It was a long walk down a busy road on very very narrow (occasionally non-existent) paths. There are a couple of regular bus services accessible within a couple of minutes of the hotel reception. So, a lovely place in a difficult location.

Staff were friendly and helpful with a smart reception area. Our double room was comfortable, but some of the fixings such as socket covers were missing, the towel rail was hanging off by a screw. Some finishing/ updating works are needed. Location is outside the Rome centre, but by catching a bus to get to a nearby metro station, you can then take the metro into the heart of Rome. Stayed 2 nights and slept poorly on the first night- due to people that seemed to be talking right outside our bedroom door into early hours. Second night was a restful sleep. Overall good value, but next time visiting Rome, I will pay a bit more to stay closer to the shops or main monuments.
