Hotel Gregoriana

Clean and stylish rooms in a convenient, central location. We walked everywhere from here. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. I would return here in a heartbeat!

Stayed here back in March 2023. It's a small but lovely hotel. Good location. So close to Spanish Steps and designer shopping. My minor gripe is that there isn't many solid dining options nearby. Very nice breakfast provided. Staff is courteous and helpful and rooms well maintained and clean. Stayed at 2 other hotels in Rome but this was my favorite!

Everyone at Hotel Gregoriana was professional and friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping. We were within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, as well as many great places to eat. The whole experience has been topnotch.

Located just a short distance from the Spanish Steps, this small hotel is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Rome along a quiet side street and is a nice base from which to explore the city, with easy access to taxi services and quick routes down into the shopping areas around the Spanish Steps. The staff is friendly and always on call and available for any needs. The rooms are wonderful, although the showers are a bit small by American standards, a removable shower head helps in alleviating the space issue. Overall this place is a great option for those looking to stay in a little neighborhood close to the hustle and bustle without being in the middle of everything.

Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. The room was always refreshed when I came back from exploring the city at the end of the day. The decor felt like staying at your rich nonna’s house and she treats you like a princess every time you come over but also isn’t too overbearing and lets you do your own thing lol. Front desk coordinated well with me for my check out since I had to leave before their usual times. I really appreciated that!

Room size is quite spacious for Roman tiny hotel standards and includes a good sized double bed, bathroom and bath tub for relaxing.

Service was great, convenient 24 hours front desk and room cleaning daily. Coffee and tea with a kettle and cups and a selection of breads can be requested for your room.

The rooms were peaceful for a good nights rest with good temperature and the streets outside are fairly quiet.

Recommend staying here for a short or medium stay in Rome!

Elevator can be slow and a bit scary shakey for those new to the place but not too bad!

The bed in my room was quite small but I could use it without problems. The staffs were really friendly and attentive - especially the man in the breakfast room. + Super close to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain

Lovely quiet little hotel in the midst of everything by the Spanish steps. Clean rooms, immaculate room service, friendly and accomodating staff with a fantastic breakfast menu. It made everyday of our 2 week stay a more enjoyable experience in Rome. I recommend it highly.

Rooms typical city centre. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Good choice at breakfast. A few minutes walk from Spanish Steps and Barberini. Large terrace on rooftop, well furnished, with indoor heated area for colder nights.

The room had a gorgeous view and we enjoyed eating breakfast each morning in their courtyard. The location was terrific. Easy walking distance and close to the Spanish steps.
