Heating the room was a bit complicated as well, the AC unit made a very loud noise, and the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear almost everything happening around you. One thing to keep in mind is that you must leave your room key at reception every time you go out.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was genuinely very good with a nice selection of food.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the rooms definitely need improvements.

If you’re looking for a crash pad in a good area then stay here.
The staff couldn’t care less if you’re staying there. They don’t even bother with a greeting, let alone a smile. It’s quite bemusing as I live in Europe and travel a lot, especially to Italy.
The breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the lemon cake and Kiwi juice!
The staff were pleasant and helpful- the cleaners were especially polite and jovial!
The tram and bus stops are a one minute walk from the hotel. Tickets for these can be bought from the Tabachiere opposite or online using ‘Drop Ticket’ app. Using 100 minutes at a time seemed to be the cheapest option.

Watch out for dodgy taxi though back to airports, we booked through reception for ciampano airport, but taxi driver decided to take us to fumilargo? We spotted the signs and he turned round and took us to the other airport trying to charge us more we refused, he gave in.
Make sure when you board you clearly state your airport and fixed price. Don't let them turn on there meter.
The views were stunning like something out of a movie.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in the day time.
Be aware, there is no shower in the junior suite only a Tub. But
