Reviews
Amazing location! Centered to everything. The staff is amazing as well. Especially the morning kitchen staff. Ali, EJ & Christina were super amazing and made sure we were taken care of.
Room service was super clean as well. Not sure who was assigned to our room but we had room 415 & whoever did the housekeeping was 10/10 as well.
The front desk staff was very helpful and made sure to answer all the questions we had.
If you are looking for super convenient & stress free stay, this is it! Hotel Mozart won’t disappoint you at all.
We arrived at the hotel around 8 pm, only to be told by the concierge that there was no room available for us despite our confirmed 3-night reservation. We were informed that if we chose to stay for the full duration, we would need to switch rooms during our stay. This was incredibly inconvenient and not what we expected. As a result, we decided to reduce our stay to just one night.
While the concierge did upgrade us to a larger room, the issues continued: the shower did not work, the toilet would not flush, and one of the windows didn’t open properly. We paid $390 for a single night, which is far from justifiable given the poor condition of the room.
It’s disappointing to say that the best aspects of this hotel are its location and the friendliness of the staff. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues for the less-than-acceptable experience we had.
The accommodations are compact, comparable in size to Japanese hotel rooms. However, the amenities are satisfactory, including fully functional air conditioning.
[Service]
The staff is accommodating and responsive.
[Location]
The location is exceptionally convenient, situated in the heart of Rome's city center.
The location of Hotel Mozart is nothing short of exceptional, offering effortless access to the vibrant lifeblood of the city, where culture, cuisine, and history converge. This strategic positioning allowed for an enriching exploration of the locale, making every venture an adventure in its own right.
Service at Hotel Mozart was a seamless orchestration of efficiency and grace. Every interaction, every service rendered, was imbued with a level of attention and care that elevated the entire experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, the team worked in unison to ensure that every aspect of my stay was not just satisfactory, but memorable.
In conclusion, Hotel Mozart stands as a beacon of hospitality, delivering a guest experience that is as flawless as it is enchanting. It’s with enthusiasm and confidence that I recommend Hotel Mozart to anyone seeking not just a place to stay, but a haven of comfort and excellence in the midst of the city’s dynamism.
Negative: We made a reservation and got put into a separate sister property…. Which was run down. There was broken woods and the place was 3 mins walk through the hotel into a sketchy looking alleyway.
Room was similar to a motel room, dated furniture and scratches on floor. Bed was spring and had dust on it.
We tried to change the room considering the $400/night price but got told to pay additional €90 per night if we wanted a room in main property. We actually ended up changing hotels and not staying there, but the hotel continued to refuse a refund.
Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend.
My sister and I decided to take a trip to Italy together for the first time. At first we were really enjoying our stay, however in the room we noticed our safe wasn’t working. As we had a very tightly booked itinerary, we did not have time to inquire about the safe being fixed, so instead we requested that no one enter our room, including the maids, as we had passports, money, and other valuables inside. When we requested this, the concierge said that no one would enter so we carried on with our day. Upon returning to the room, we saw that the room had indeed been cleaned, there was a water bottle that wasn’t ours, and that some of our items had been moved. We immediately checked our valuables and found that nothing was missing, except for 200 euros. This was our first day in the country, we itemized all money that had been spent thus far. We even carried extremely limited money outside of the hotel, because we had been warned of pickpocketing, so it is not possible that it was lost or stolen outside of the hotel. When we inquired about our concern, the staff was extremely rude, however promised a follow up. They said “our maids have been working here for seven years and it is impossible that they would do that,” (basically insinuating that we were lying). Days later, never received the promised follow up, and were hung up on by the concierge when we tried to call to follow up ourselves. Again, staff invalidating our concern, being outwardly rude on the phone, and providing no solution. Never staying here again and I hope that you won’t too.
The bedroom was small but acceptable, however the bathroom was tiny and the shower one of the smallest I've encountered, as a 6ft 1 guy I couldn't shower without touching the shower curtain or the wall.
The general decoration and presentation of the hotel needs an update and I am not sure about the cleanliness of some areas.
I asked to move to the Vivaldi as the rooms there are nicer and showers normally sized, but was told it was full.
The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location is great, which is why the hotel is getting more than 2 stars.
