We recently stayed at B&B Hotel Roma Trastevere and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to Lorenzo, the concierge, whose assistance was invaluable. His restaurant recommendation were spot-on, leading us to some of the best dining experience we’ve ever had. Lorenzo’s knowledge of the local area and his willingness to help us navigate the town made our trip even more enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and professionalism truly set him apart.

The hotel’s location is great and we walked to all sites we wanted to visit. Although, we encountered the following issues that made our stay less enjoyable, even considering the hotel’s stars rating.
1. They mention they have parking, but it was disgracefully hard to find, specially during the night and in Rome.
2. The toilet flush was broken and doing water noises during the entire stay, and didn’t get fixed.
Other than that, a decent stay overall.

The hotel is in a good location, with restaurants and cafes nearby. However, the staff is not at the reception all the time. I arrive with my bags and I have to call until someone shows up. This happened to me and other guests, so it is not a one-off thing.
Another detail is regarding parking for those who have a car. The hotel does not have its own parking. The closest one is 200 meters away and is not in the hotel. When we booked, there was no review about this, so I will leave it for future guests to know.

We stayed in 4 different places during our trip and this was by far the best (read: most American). Every other bed we slept on was a thing hard slab, but this one was much thicker and provided nice cushion. This room was the quietest we stayed in on our trip as well; the other places had paper thin walls where everything could be heard. A smart TV made relaxing and putting on whatever we wanted to unwind with so nice as we were almost two weeks into our trip and needed some chill time. The breakfast was a nice touch as well. The proximity to the station made getting to and from the airport very easy.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at B&B Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

We stayed at B&B Hotel properties in Como Italy and Rome Italy. Both hotels were clean and modern. Breakfasts had a wide selection and were delicious. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and fluent in multiple languages. I will recommend B&B Hotels to my friends, and I will look for B&B Hotels first, the next time I travel to Europe.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! Michel helped us throughout our entire stay and was very accommodating and friendly. He gave us information about Rome and how to best explore the ancient city. He was awesome!
The hotel is right in front of the tram and just a few minutes walk to the Trastevere train station. That made our week long trip in Italy super convenient. Lots of restaurants and cafes all around the hotel. There’s even a few pharmacies and grocery stores nearby.
Our room was facing the street on the first floor but noise was never an issue. A/C was functioning. Room was super clean and good size for 2 people. Beds were comfy. I never felt unsafe inside or outside the hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast but the buffet they had looked yummy!
Overall, our stay was very satisfactory!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the exquisite breakfast each morning. The hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, a fantastic experience and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at B&B and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I look forward to returning in the future

I went to B&B with my study abroad group and they accommodated our entire class. The service was very responsive to the needs of our large group and we all got to our rooms shortly. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options to get your day started. The rooms were very clean and were pleasant to return to after a long day of exploring the city. I wouldn't staying at B&B my next time in room.
