I had an absolutely wonderful stay at B&B Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

We stayed at B&B Hotel properties in Como Italy and Rome Italy. Both hotels were clean and modern. Breakfasts had a wide selection and were delicious. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and fluent in multiple languages. I will recommend B&B Hotels to my friends, and I will look for B&B Hotels first, the next time I travel to Europe.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! Michel helped us throughout our entire stay and was very accommodating and friendly. He gave us information about Rome and how to best explore the ancient city. He was awesome!
The hotel is right in front of the tram and just a few minutes walk to the Trastevere train station. That made our week long trip in Italy super convenient. Lots of restaurants and cafes all around the hotel. There’s even a few pharmacies and grocery stores nearby.
Our room was facing the street on the first floor but noise was never an issue. A/C was functioning. Room was super clean and good size for 2 people. Beds were comfy. I never felt unsafe inside or outside the hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast but the buffet they had looked yummy!
Overall, our stay was very satisfactory!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the exquisite breakfast each morning. The hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I recently stayed at B&B and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I look forward to returning in the future

I went to B&B with my study abroad group and they accommodated our entire class. The service was very responsive to the needs of our large group and we all got to our rooms shortly. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options to get your day started. The rooms were very clean and were pleasant to return to after a long day of exploring the city. I wouldn't staying at B&B my next time in room.

It was fine but there were a few issues. Shower wasn’t very hot and pressure was poor. Could have done with better lighting. The end of the bed was about 20 cm from the bathroom door which made it hard to get past. I was also quite cold in the room as there were some days of poor weather, the desk told me it was illegal to use heating in hotels in Rome between April and September. Not sure if this is true but seems like an oddly inflexible policy and if so they need to provide some blankets.
It’s fine if you’re not super fussed, bed was comfy enough and tram stop right outside. Breakfast was a bit sad but filling enough.

Great stay, super convenient location and the staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. If you are looking for a place to stay before a cruise i highly recommend.

The only issue was, despite staying for 9 days, the staff was unable to get the room safe working, unable to get the light above the entry door working, unable to get the business center connected to the internet, unable to get the ground floor ice machine working. The light was mentioned to four different employees. The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet though!
