Location is the best for us as is close enough to the main attractions but not soo busy area. The rooms are not modern but they are cosy and in our opinion comfortable enough, the heater works fantastic and the room service was excellent, so if you are looking for a nice place to go do not hesitate. Breakfast was great true that they do not change much what is available but the food was good and plentiful perfect to start your days.

Love the place and the service. We could take a bus to go anywhere we wished to. Our sleep was comfortable and nice. Breakfasts are plentiful and tasty. The view from the top terrace is unique. We had sunny days with no rain. We hope to go back for holidays again.

If you’re considering a stay at this Hotel do yourself a favor and don’t. Everything about it was absolutely ridiculous: freezing rooms, inedible food, and service so rude it could be studied in psychology courses on hostility.

Let’s start with the room. Stepping inside was like entering a walk-in freeze. The heater appeared to be purely decorative. I wore two layers of clothes and socks and I was still freezing.
Also the bathroom was full of mold and the blankets had more hair than I do.The offered shampoos had the texture of slime. Finally, under the beds there was also hair and dust everywhere.

Next, the culinary offerings. The so-called "amazing breakfast" looked like it had been pilfered from a vending machine in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. The scrambled eggs had the texture of packing foam, and the orange juice tasted like gasoline. For dinner, we got a chicken that was somehow both overcooked and raw. They also served us carbonara which had no flavor and was cold.

As for the service, it was refreshingly unprofessional. The front desk staff acted as though every interaction with a guest was a personal affront.

In conclusion, if you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll freeze, starve, and feel entirely unwelcome, this is the place to be. For everyone else, I’d suggest staying anywhere—literally anywhere—else. Even a park bench would offer warmer vibes.

Been here with my school at December of 2024. It was super cold, when we told them to turn on the heat the third day of our accommodation they told me that the technician will come in 4 days while the next day we were leaving. There was lot of dirt and the towels were smelly. The beds had a blanket and we had only two sheets. They wanted to take the 20€ insurance from some of us for "being loud" at night while the doors were as thin as paper and we were being heard only from the hallway not from other rooms...they didn't notify us for how loud we were and we randomly found out that they were going to keep our insurance. There was holes in the walls and poor light in the room. The only good thing was that we had a lot of space.

If you are accustomed and biased to high-end luxury hotels, this isn't the place for you. The rooms are very basic, descent, and seemingly clean (maybe as clean as they can be). It's probably a step up from Motel 6 or Super 8 (for Americans). The staff is friendly and accommodating. They will call a taxi for you. It doesn't appear to be located in a residential community, some distance from the tourist attractions or "hot spots." Not great for walking out the front door to simply wander and find something to do. It can be a 15 to 20 Euro taxi ride (one way) to get out and see the city. There is complimentary breakfast served from 7am to 9pm. It's too bad, depending on your pallette. The pool or rooftop bar is cool for relaxing. Overall, it's not worse and far from the I've stayed in. It is good a night or two if you are just passing through and looking for a more affordable option.

Very close and within walking distance from the Vatican and restaurants. Clean overall and staff do speak English which is a bonus. Decent prices but their rooms need upgrading with more comfortable mattreses and pillows. Also, make sure to ask for slippers as the floor is tiled and if you didn't pack, you step around with cold feet.
Pool area open during the summer with access for guests. Also parking available on site.

Lovely hotel, basic but very clean. Only had breakfast at the hotel, was typically continental and something for everyone. Located 30 minute walk from Vatican City but more a pain to get to the other side of Rome and taxi drivers do not always drop you where you want.

Few restaurants and supermarkets short walking distance. Restaurants not great but we did find an excellent steak restaurant (Joseph) 20 minutes away, it gets very busy with locals and it cheap for Rome.

Rooftop views and jacuzzi’s are worth a visit. I would book this hotel again.

Although the building looks somewhat old, all the necessary facilities were properly functional. On the second day of our stay I witnessed a check in the quality of the pool water by the relevant authorities. Don't know the results of course but there is appropriate quality control, apparently.

The employees are very helpful and friendly.

The only issue (perhaps) is that there are no private balconies. This of course depends on your perspective. If you like to socialize with the neighbors, it might even be a benefit.

When we went to eat the night we got to the hotel we were met with stressed servers and had to wait a long time to get acknowledged even though they saw us at the doorway. We eventually got a table and were told to hurry up because we didn’t reserve a table, even though there was no more people waiting or that even came later (they also had 2 tables for 4 free). We ordered wine but got no bread, salt or pepper on the table. There was a lot of running past our table since they had some sort of table in the back with bread, oils, cutlery and such. It took a long time to get the food and it was kind of little food. The only time we got a smile was when we payed for dinner.

The rooms looked okay, but there is absolutely no sound proofing I could hear the room next to us talking. The double bed glides apart during the night. The cleaning was good.

Breakfast is very disappointing, the food is mediocre, the bacon is either burnt or almost raw, the yoghurt is kind of warm and the pizza slices tastes weird. The music is not calm its remixes, stuff to expect on a slow club. I don’t know if it’s a regular thing or just for the two days we were there that they use plastic cups and paper mugs instead of regular ones.

The pool was good, it looked a little old on the edges but it was clean and plenty of chairs and big towels there.

The location is pretty good, it’s a bit too far to walk to the locations depending on how hot it is, but there is buss stops close by and it’s not too expensive to take a Uber/taxi to Colosseum for example.

Beautiful clean hotel with a comfortable bed and roomy shower/ tub. Just a short drive to the Vatican and close to top sites in Rome. The breakfast buffet had a lot of yummy food and coffee beverages. The rooftop bar offered beautiful views including the dome of the Vatican.
