Our experience here was fantastic. The suite was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the Vatican and right next to the train station, which made getting around the city so easy. The area felt safe and central, with everything we needed nearby. Our host, Peppe, was amazing—so warm, kind, and communicative. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome. Highly recommend San Pietro Roma Suites for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a genuinely welcoming host!

I had a great time staying here. I've been meaning to post this review. A couple months ago I had a nightmare travel experience and they were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and I enjoyed that it was on a quiet street but close to all the action and train station. Didn't think I could sleep that well in a major city lol. The building is basically a beautiful historic residential building. Antique elevator. I found it charming.

absolutely no complaints, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. there are only a handful of rooms so it’s quite private, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. you‘re right next to the vatican and a train station where you have great access to trains and busses.

We booked this accommodation in Rome, is very conveniently located just few blocks from Vatican City and in a very quiet area, room are extremely clean and the staff very helpful, definitely I will come back

Run!!! If you show up even one minute late, they will deny you entry, cancel your reservation without any refund, and won’t hesitate to threaten to call the police if you ask for your money back. They only communicate via WhatsApp, but as soon as you request a refund, they block you without any explanation and threat you to sue you for stalking. Avoid at all costs! Unfortunately booking has no power over that, even though in our case they’re the reason why we arrive late to the hotel…(they communicate the wrong adresses to the taxi driver we reserved from booking itself)

We had a wonderful time staying in this guest house. Our room was clean and spacious, plus we had a balcony with a get view of the vatican. There are many restaurants and shop near by. Also, the St. Pietro train station is really close, which makes it easy to catch a local train or bus from there. Guest house is located on the 3rd floor, so get ready to go up some stairs. This isn't a hotel, so dont expect there to be someone in reception. Overall, it was a great experience.

New, clean, perfect hotel. The host Luca and his sister welcomed me to the facility and were super nice and helpful! Very easy and convenient self check-in! Perfect location, in front of the San Pietro stop and a stone's throw from St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. Super recommended!!!

We stayed at San Pietro Suites for 3 nights and everything about our room was absolutely perfect. Luca and Martina were very kind, welcoming and great at giving us clear instructions. Everything we wanted to see in Rome was walking distance and it’s in a great, safe place, 3-4 minutes walk away from the nearest train station. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a place to stay in Rome. Spacious, clean and well looked after rooms!

The San Pietro suites is the ideal base for a fabulous stay in Rome, very convenient to the Vatican, served by bus, train and even taxi, within walking distance there are good places for breakfast and excellent trattorias for a quiet dinner. And what to say about the structure: as soon as you enter, the cleanliness and care of all the rooms is evident, and in fact, in addition to the entrance, the room also turned out to be a jewel, worthy of a high category hotel, like the services, with large shower and blue lights. It's clear that whoever takes care of it loves this place. Thanks to the guys at the reception, always smiling and ready to give advice for visiting the city. Well done, keep it up!
