Loved the hotel. The room and staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The garden rooftop gave great views . I would rate higher, but our shuttle to the airport was very late. They kept making excuses. We ended up getting a cab, which was cheaper.

The perfect hotel in an amazing city! Staff were all so kind and welcoming, breakfast was tasty and plentiful options and the rooftop terrace is stunning. Our room was spacious, clean and very pretty to boot. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Great hotel! Central location. Clean rooms. Fantastic rooftop. Very nice breakfast. We also left some articles in our room by accident. The hotel notified us immediately and arranged a courier to send the articles to us. Above and beyond customer service! Special thank you to Stefano.

We had a wonderful corner room on the 4th floor. Everything was perfect, especially the service. My wishes would be for decent internet (very slow), and a plusher mattress, but I know these were typical of European hotels. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet quiet.

In February, we had a perfect stay in one of the executive suits. Although the facilities in the room felt a bit lived in, everything was working fine. The rooftop terrace has a wonderful view of the city. The breakfast buffet has everything you would want and all the food is fresh and plenty and even has an egg station.
In the evenings the rooftop bar is the perfect place to be and enjoy one of the many drinks and cocktails. The service up there is extraordinary with the friendliest waiters bringing snacks and fruits without end.
All major sights are in walking distance but bus and metro stations are located nearby.
On our last day when we had to leave before the breakfast buffet opened, we received breakfast to go in a huge bag including a sandwich, fruit, yoghurt, orange juice and water.

Great hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. Very good breakfast spread and rooftop is amazing for drinks. The walls can be a little thin, but you're not in a loud part of town, most things close walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Rome. Rooms were clean and staff was super friendly. Great breakfast selection as well. Close to the Vatican and within walking distance of other ancient Roman sites.

Stayed here recently for a city break to Rome - excellent location, staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and spotless. The breakfast is fantastic and served on the rooftop restaurant/bar, which is also open for drinks in the evenings with views over St Peter's. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay in Rome.

Great place to stay while in Rome. Location is perfect with plenty of good restaurants around. It's an easy walk to the collesium, about 45 minutes. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is really good with many options. The best part is the hotel bar with the bartender Willy. He is amazing and makes the whole experience so much fun. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Rome.

We stayed at Hotel Isa for 4 nights, and had an average stay. Overall the hotel felt dated, and service was inconsistent, especially for the price. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There was no iron in the room, and we had to use a shared iron in a storage closet each time which was inconvenient. I noticed many guests asking to switch rooms as some seemed more modern than others. Also, the hotel only has 1 small elevator which only travels in one direction (basically if someone is already in it, it won’t stop on another floor for you). Breakfast was average, we only tried the coffee/pastries. We had problems with a loud air conditioner and one staff member wasn’t very helpful, saying to just turn it off. The hotel is about a 15-20 min walk from some main attractions. Staying closer to the city center would have been better.
