NH Collection Roma Centro

We just returned from Rome in December. We were there for the Christmas holidays. We had a great experience at the NH Hotel. We stayed at the Central hotel. It was quiet at night and a safe area. The breakfast was lovely each morning with delicious breads, cheese, meats of different kinds, juice, sweet yogurt, eggs and more. Our room was clean and we had a wonderful stay. Rooms are very small, can't open closet without moving out of the way. Hotel is very nice. Incredible breakfast spread, very accommodating for Celiac disease. Loved the bar, Daniel took great care of us and was so friendly at the bar.

Where do I even begin? My husband and I got married in Rome October 20th, 2024 and Stefania ,along with her team, in this hotel gave us an amazing experience. From the moment we met in touring hotels, to the moment we arrived for our wedding celebrations everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Every day we were surprised by little details for us, the bride and groom, and it truly warmed our hearts. The memories we made here, we will cherish forever. Thank you x a million!!

This trip was my husband's birthday celebration, and I'm beyond happy that I booked this hotel! Giorgia and the team helped me arrange a surprise for my husband, and they exceeded my expectations! We got a free room upgrade, and the room was beautifully decorated, and he got lovely gifts, greeting cards, and a dessert!! A huge thanks goes out to the team, you made our trip memorable!

The hotel is tastefully modern-designed (quite rare in Rome), rooms were spotless and absolutely beautiful! The location was 20min walk to most attractions, but the neighbourhood itself is nice as well with many resturants, bars, and shops around! Highly recommend staying here, we will return!

Quiet! Nice modern rooms, extremely comfortable beds, 6 choices of pillows which i loved! the bathroom was a little tight with not enough shelf space for toiletries the breakfast here is absolutely amazing with a massive selection the restaurant had great food and good service although it is a small one. My biggest issue here is the air conditioning on nite 1 it was painfully uncomfortable and we couldn't even sleep because it was 80 26c degrees although set on 18c apparently this is a common practice around Europe with hotels to turn off the air conditioning right at night when you need it the most when you are in your room I would rather they turn it off during the day. Even better how about be at the level of most hotels around the world where the guest can control the temperature? They give you the illusion of control just like most governments give you the illusion of freedom. There are controls in your room but apparently everything is really controlled by a computer by the front desk. The second night we requested that it be cooler and not turned off and lo and behold that's what happened and it was super comfortable. As a result our stay exhausted us the first night but then the second night we slept great.

I recently had the immense pleasure of staying here, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most exceptional experiences I've ever had at a hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire stay.

Staff & Service:
The staff here are nothing short of extraordinary. Every single person I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Special shoutout to Elena, the events manager, who was an absolute star. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to accommodate every request made our stay not just comfortable, but truly special. The bartenders were also top-notch, crafting the most delicious cocktails (especially the spritz) with a friendly smile and making the evenings at the hotel bar an absolute delight.

Facilities:
The facilities here are world-class. The rooms are impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Dining:
The food here is simply divine. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a spread that catered to every taste. The fresh pastries, perfectly brewed coffee, and a variety of hot and cold options were all prepared with the utmost care. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of culinary perfection. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and presented beautifully.

Location & Guidance:
The hotel’s location is ideal, providing easy access to all the major attractions. But what truly set it apart was the way the staff, especially Elena, helped us navigate Rome. Their recommendations for local spots, hidden gems, and must-see attractions were spot on, and they even helped arrange seamless transportation. It felt like having a personal tour guide and concierge all in one!

Overall Experience:
I would recommend this hotel to every single person traveling to Rome, without hesitation. Whether you’re in Rome for business or leisure, this hotel offers an experience that is unparalleled. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious facilities, and the genuine warmth of the staff makes it a true gem. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

We stayed here for our wedding, and we could not have been happier! The staff (especially the event manager Elena) was wonderful and really going the extra mile. The food was excellent, not only was there so much choices for breakfast, but we also had lunch, dinner and room service in the hotel and were really satisfied with the dishes. The rooms were large and clean. We had a maisonette suite with a beautiful view over the entire city of Rome. It was a perfect stay in a perfect wedding week!

Everything about this hotel was top notch! We booked our travel through Costco Travel, and they arranged everything. Our flight, transportation, hotel, etc. We received a special welcome beverage and appetizer snack, which were excellent! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, our room was cleaned daily. The location was perfect. Not in the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There's also a bus stop and Metro station very close by. I have no complaints, I would stay there again, and I would recommend to a friend!
