Check-in was smooth; we received our room key and Wi-Fi password. However, we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, despite the staff informing us that a technician would arrive at 7 a.m. the following day to resolve the issue. Interestingly, the Wi-Fi connection in the lobby was strong, but it was unreliable in our room. As far as i know the technician never showed up.
Upon entering our Junior Suite, I noticed dust around the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, forming what appeared to be a white film. The mirrors had a sticky substance on them. My husband moved a rug in the middle of the room to avoid tripping, only to find that a section of the floor was missing beneath it.
I approached the front desk and they apologized and provided us with a different room. Despite the move, we still could not access the internet. Additionally, it’s worth noting that Junior Suites are located near the garbage area, which resulted in significant noise around 11 p.m., making it difficult to sleep until the garbage was collected.
Location is ok but based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for alternative accommodations specially if you want a clean room and reliable internet.
The staff was outstanding — warm, professional, and always ready with great tips. One evening they suggested we visit Makai Tiki Bar on Via Braccio da Montone 3 to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. What a fantastic idea! The cocktails were incredible, the atmosphere was pure fun, and it felt like being on a tropical getaway right in the middle of Rome.
Highly recommend this hotel for top-notch comfort, service, and an extra touch of local magic! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
