Great hotel, lovely people, great location! Would totally recommend the Hotel Sol Levante. Nice clean room with air con, breakfast was excellent (and eaten in the room, which was nice). Location is superb - very near to Rome Termini and lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Would recommend. Thank you Hotel Sol Levante 😊!

Ideal for Termini Very clean and linen and toweĺs changed daily Breakfast in room plentiful and varied Noise didnt bother us and we slept with window open Bed big but uncomfortable Good wardrobe space and fridge inside No safety deposit box available All in all a pleasant stay

This should not be considered a hotel!It was an unpleasant stay.Very rude behaviour, not helpful. When we checked in we did not find the baby coat they agreed (by booking app message) to put in the room for our baby.They also asked us 30 euros to clean the bed cover because our 8 years old son was sick and vomited on it.No service at all.Almost all the day nobody was at the reception.When we checked out nobody was at the reception even though we had informed them for the time.They ask 10 euros per day for air conditioning so we paid another 30 euros for 3 nights.Avoid to stay there!

Good location and very nice staff. The bed was harder than anything I've ever had to sleep on, including the ground. For the cost, I expected a good bed. The room was a bit small for the price but the ensuite was very good.

Hotel personal ignored my ask to reschedule booking, because of new covid restrictions. Will never come again to this hotel. Personal can not speak english with me. I have paid for all, and told them that i could not come 8 days before my planned visit. I dont understand this kind of services, i sure that this is really unfair, and part of my money should be refunded.

Great value for the price. Rooms are small but enough for a short stay. It's equipped with kettle and fridge. We've got good italian style breakfast every day which is not very common in the hotels in Rome at this price range. We were leaving early and got breakfast prepared for us also. Sometimes it can be noisy, because walls are thin(you can hear some noises from neighbourbathroom/room), but was not a big problem during our stay.
Staff was responding quickly to our request and sorted our question effectively. Overall it has been really good stay and for sure I can recommend it.

By the time of arrival in the hotel no one was in the reception besides the fact of notification for the time of arrival.
Breakfast was ok. Bedsheets changed once for 4 night stay. One night there was no hot water for shower but after comminicating with the reception they fixxed it. Was quite clean. Soap for the shower was the same soap they use for washing the hands.

I really liked the fact that the rooms were very, very clean. The cleaning lady was cleaning the rooms every morning. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They helped us with everything we needed and with all the necessary informations. I also liked the fact that the hotel is very close to the Termini station (like 1 or 2 minutes walk). From there you can take any means of transport in Rome or abroad (taxi, metro, bus, train).
The quality/price ratio is very good, considering that the hotel is located near the center and the Termini station. We had all the conditions (tv, private bathroom, bidet, hairdryer, fridge, air conditioning, wifi and more, everything that we need).
I really liked everything and i’ll definitely come back!

It is a small but cheap and clean "pensión" near termini station. Old and basic place just for sleep and have a shower after a long day walking Rome. The bed is not the best nor the worst. The internet is slow. The air conditioning is not included and It cost 10€ per night. The breakfast is not included either and cost 4 euros, cant say if its good, we didnt order It. Staff was correct.

Hotel Sol Levante is near Roma Termini, the main station, about a 10 minute walk away. The location is good and there's an elevator to get to it, but the rooms are a bit small and can get too warm in the summer months.
