Hotel Okura Bay
Tokyo, Maihama 1-8 🧭 Map
This was a lovely hotel. Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home. Overall just a great five-star experience.
Clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel. Stayed here the night before my trip to DisneySea and will definitely stay here again.
Got here on a Sunday afternoon to find that it was pretty deserted. With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of.
The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me...
Great hotel, the rooms are huge and have great views. The hotel restaurant is also Oishi. Highly recommend.
Amazing experience, one fo the top hotels in Tokyo
Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.
Gorgeous hotel and very generous staff. Our room was exceptional, every little detail was thought about and accommodated.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa-Bay Ariake Hotel
Tokyo, Koto-ku Ariake 3-6-6 🧭 Map
Good place to live
Cheap and quite
A really good budget hotel! Definitely worth the visit!
1st time here. Work in the hotel industry. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are really good for a 3 star. Breakfast was great. Has it's own little supermarket "brilliant !"
Had good time during New year at Sotetsu Grand Fresa...
It was nice stay with reasonable price tag with all facilities, easy transportation and nice view from Hotel room.
felt very good place to refresh....
Great hotel for the value. Large rooms which is good for a family outing.
Not too bad for what is on offer. As with most hotels, there is a convenience shop either close by or within the premises. The rooms are considered spacious compared to some other hotels within the same tier and all the amenities are available. The air con is a common complain and I do see why. There seems to be erratic temperature fluctuations even though there is a thermostat. Dun expect the same...

Grand Nikko Daiba Hotel
Tokyo, Minato-ku Daiba 2-6-1 🧭 Map
Room was excellent. Breakfast as well. Location wise, you are on a smaller subway line which is very close, but you will need more time getting to Tokyo proper area. Subway is closer to HND but further away from NRT with multiple transitions required, so safer to use the limo bus(~20/pp) which comes to the hotel if possible as number of times for departure is reduced vs subway. Otherwise arrange for...
I had a wonderful three-night stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Odaiba. The hotel's prime location offered spectacular views of Tokyo Bay, creating a serene atmosphere. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. Staff were courteous and attentive, consistently going the extra mile to assist. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a diverse and tasty selection. Grand Nikko Tokyo Odaiba...
Very pleasant stay. Provided lots of bath amenities. Near 3 shopping centre. All walkable with 5-10 mins. Lots of children activities at the 3 malls. Beside mrt but not noisy at all. Very pretty views at night
We loved our stay at Grand Nikko Odaiba. We had a free room upgrade, wch made things better! Thank you so much for everything!
Like a hotel very much, very comfortable beds , pillows, nespresso capsules, variety of tea, super nice breakfast buffet , also a traditional Japanese and European, lots of fruits. A view at the rainbow gate and Statue of Liberty is fascinating (22F) . Mall Diver-City is 5 min walk. Monorail is coming every 5 min, 15 min and you’re on Shimbashi station, also an airport limousine bus departs straight...
Very spacious hotel, not just the rooms. But also the hotel lobby, car park and gym. It even has an art gallery. Staff has good English. They are helpful and sincere. Worth to stay again next time.

Shinjuku Granbell Hotel
Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku Kabukicho 2-14-5 🧭 Map
Good hotel and strategis place
Location was in heart of Shinjuku, however it is still quite a walk to the station. That said , Shinjuku station is very big. The room is not that spacious, but given Tokyo hotels are v small, the size is quite ok, there was a small table and chair cosy enough for 2 people. Small space to open luggage and walk around but it's ok. Need to check in ourselves which was not so convient. Check in at 11...
I am already a repeat guest 👍👍
Beautiful, well-run hotel with great amenities. Loved our loft room, which felt spacious and had plenty of natural light. Location was great! Highly recommended.
Rooms are really small, for two people standard one it’s not comfortable at all. If you’ve claustrophobia try to find another one. I’m totally disappointed with this place.
Service was great! Our original room had a weird smell that wouldn’t go away - reception staff promptly checked it out and moved us to a different room. Rooms are small but standard for Japan - we could open and pack 2 large suitcases (although quite tight). Location was good although we didn’t realise it was in the *** ***** ******** when booking.

HOTEL MYSTAYS Kameido
Tokyo, Koto-ku Kameido 6-32-1 🧭 Map
The hotel a little bit far from the station. We stayed at the annex of the hotel and the room seemed a little bit old.
A budget-friendly stay in a quiet Tokyo neighborhood. Rooms are small but clean and well-equipped with everything you need, including a mini fridge and microwave. Close to Kameido Station, so getting around is easy. Great for travelers who want a simple, comfortable base without breaking the bank.
We stayed 6 nights here. It is overall like Airbnb. There is no room cleaning unless for extra fee. You may borrow vacuum at front desk if needed. Towels and bedsheets can be exchange for new linens at front desk. There is a nearby mall (Kameido Clock) which has many stores and restaurants.
Calm , convenient and clean . Perfect . Will come back here next time .
Not impressed by the room compared to the pictures. They shoved two bed into a single room. No space to move. The shower was so small that you banged knees on sinks when getting in and out of the bathroom. No space to keep luggage. Having to organise suitcases in the bed and they don’t clean the rooms daily. Not the place to stay. Other my stays are much better so avoid this one.
A decent hotel with all necessary amenities but a bit small for couple. Love the shopping mall that is just a stone's throw from it, which makes it very convenient. The train station is also a walking distance from the Mall.

The staff was super nice and accommodating.
The interior and the view are breathtaking. I took like a million photos 😂
It was perfect afternoon. I want to come again.
The service was top notch. The staff are from all different walks of life and have different talents. One played a bit of piano in my room upon check-in. My room had a balcony overlooking Hamarikyu Garden and Tokyo Bay! The amenities, bar, and restaurant are amazing. Mesm wants you to experience the hotel with your 5 senses, and did a thorough job in applying that. Thank you so much for your hospitality...

Simply amazing. The attention to detail was just next level. My suite had a breath taking view of Tokyo Bay and the staff was very accommodating and very conversational. I highly recommend staying here whether it's for special occasions or simple leisure.
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. During our stay for two nights at Conrad Tokyo, we were treated with warmth and hospitality. Special thanks to the staffs at Twenty Eight Bar & Lounge, you were the best!
Amazing as always. Hotel staffs are always friendly and making stay as comfortable as possible. My favorite hotel in Japan and I can recommend it to anyone :)
This was a very good hotel, with services far better than I expected. The staff are super nice and the rooms are extremely neat, the hotel also has a easy transport system, with fast and efficient elevators that take you anywhere you need to go, there is also a pool as well as a bottom floor where you can easily order a taxi. It’s near a supermarket as well!
Sakura Afternoon Tea
- A wide variety of herbal and fruit teas, coffee and juice - all you can drink - for 2h
- different pastries with strawberry flavours (super sweet! lot of sugar!)
- breathtaking view
My favourite hotel so far. Great friendly staff and beautiful rooms. From the modern stark Street entrance to the 28th floor reception and lounge this place is stunning. The bathrooms are as big as any room in any other hotel. Blackout blinds and utter silence made for one of my best nights of sleep. The breakfast package was a lifesaver! Loved it!

NOHGA HOTEL UENO

Location, room size, firm but comfortable mattress..
Very clean and nice hotel near Ueno station. Very convenient location for everything.
Had one of the best staycations! Friendly staff and beautiful room! Thank you for the early check in!
Ate lunch at the Bistro restaurant and it was fabulous.
Nice location an exit with elevator, so it’s important for one has massive luggage since elevator is not usually found at every exit in Japan.
Friendly staff always trying to help, and a tasty bistro at 1st floor.
I would love to stay here next time.
This is a great hotel and of the 4 places we stayed in japan was the best overall. The mattress was very firm and perfect for sleeping. The bed was king size and the room layout was well thought out. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The breakfast was delicious but expensive, accordingly we only ate breakfast once while we stayed there.

Location not far from shinjuku and yotsuya station.
More quiet than stay in shinjuku

Location is close to Yotsuya train station around 300m, so just a couple of minutes walk away, but quite far away from most tourism spots in Tokyo. There is a convenience store located next door which was handy for any late night snacks!
The room was quite small, but the comfortable bed and pillows made up for it. The room came equipped with a washing machine, kettle, microwave, hot plate and hair...
The room is spacious in Tokyo standard and the is friendly and professional
very bad front desk experience
arrogant impoite female Japanese staff
The room is clean but smaller than what I expected as I booked a Residential double room. The washing machine is a big help the reason being I booked this hotel. Not walkable to Shinjuko as it's located a bit out of the city but easy access to the train line. WARNING!!! They have pay per view PORN movies in the room and it's disappointing (unless you want to watch porn of course), TV is old school...
The facility of the hotel is liitle bit old and the air condtioner has some weird sounds. You should make your own breakfast based on the recipe the hotel gives. But the price is reasonable and the location of hotel is close to train station

The room is pretty small and no cleaning but still comfortable.
The room was alright.. they don't offer room cleaning, just towel changing throughout the stay. I am okay with that. We were supposed to stay 8 nights, but changed hotels after 3. The bathroom was giving off musky/moldy smell and it was old and dirty
Need a place near to Shinjuku station area but i can't find anything with reasonable pricing.
This place seems ok, not too far, about 2 station away from Shinjuku station, so i book it.
The room is "NORMAL" size in Tokyo, 13m. So for larger size people or with more then 1 big luggage good luck to you.
you have to sort out where should your luggage be and where should you be or how to move around. ...
The location is perfect. Close to train station and a lot of restaurant nearby.
Overall is good. But location is 2 train stops away from main Shinjuku

I thought the room was incredibly clean, the staff very accommodating, the overall feel and atmosphere chic, classy, warm, inviting, cozy. We found the location ideal, just steps to a Metro entrance AND short walk to a JR Rail station. I found the Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby elegant and nostalgic!
Modern design, sufficient space in the rooms for a Tokyo hotel. There’s a tub in the bathroom. Conveniently located by the train stations (3 lines). Just a bit tough to find by car, there is no official drop off point for cars.
Great location! I absolutely love this hotel. The lobby is very impressive with a tall Christmas tree. The staff is very friendly and polite. It has eveththing you need. Pajamas, bathroom amenities, slippers, water& coffee, etc. The room is super clean and quiet. I will definitely stay there again!

Staying at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is like a boxer practicing butterfly steps—light on its feet, balanced, but never too flashy. The location is great: central, convenient, close to the action. Not all rooms come with a washing machine, which feels like a missed beat for a hotel that brands itself on long...
Nice staffs and great services, convenient location, easy access to restaurants and subways
Clean and very good location. Staff are friendly too. The rooms are smaller than Tokyu stay in Osaka.
The location is phenomenal. Having a washer & dryer + hanging space for clothes that cannot be tumble dried. Rooms are small, but nothing we’d ever complain about; it’s Tokyo! Good value, decent price. Nothing won't with it
Nice rooms, though small. Comes with a small fridge and the buttons for turning off room lights at the bed are convenient. The features in the bathroom were pretty cool!
The breakfast buffet isn't too big but has a decent enough selection. The food is tasty.
The hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants, little shops and convenience stores close by. Kanda station is a very short walk away
Generic budgetary business hotels. The room is small, but it's a good place if you need a place to stay for the night. The room comes with free complementary buffet breakfast in morning. Furthermore, the place is about 10 min walk away from the JR Kanda station and has plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, great place to stay if you are on budget.
Small rooms, but functional and clean. Everything you'll need is provided-toiletries, heat/ac, humidifier, TV. Bed and pillows were more on the firmer side. Excellent Japanese breakfast daily-soup, rice, salad, bread/pastries, cereals, sausage, eggs, juice and coffee. Close to convenience stores and metro stations. Walking distance to restaurants but mostly for locals (not all have English menus)....
Nice and cozy rooms, although would love it to be a bit more spacious. Very well maintained, with amenities and night clothes exchanged every day. A wide array of items served in breakfast.
Free WiFi.

Low budget hotel with friendly staff. It is fine if one only needs a place to sleep and shower. One has to pick up towels and toilet paper from reception. At first floor there are washing machines and dryers.
Do not try the Indian restaurant at the base as it is a rip off with bad service.
On the other side of the street however is a nice local ramen joint.
And as for breakfast coffee, try Sunshine...
The room is a bit dirty but the location is good & the staff are helpful
Tiny rooms. No closet space in our room aside from a small wardrobe that could barely hold 2 jackets. Barely even any space to put down your suitcases without blocking the way. Bathroom door is just a thin folding door. Shower with tiny tub. Staff is friendly, but I am convinced they are actually robots (I found they lack the warmth you see everywhere else in Japanese service industry). Bed is small...

A bit old and very stuffy, staff wasn't super friendly, but it was safe and secure
Good for 3 days or so good location by shopping and there's a subway entrance right in front of building. It is not close to the jr shinkansen station though.
I like how there's a washer and dryer in the room and PJs. It was a great location as the Asakusa line is like steps away, and the Yamanote line is across the street. 7/11 right downstairs too. The pillow was too flat, but everything else is perfect. 10 mins to Harajuku station/area by train.
Yes it is.. it’s an apartment service hotel precisely... they dont clean the room unless you stay for a week.. and they clean 1 time - or you have to pay ¥790
convinient location.. asakusa line - exit on A6 and you arrived in front of the hotel :)
it looks conventional management hotel, sometimes no one at the lobby ;P’
i think the room smaller than it should.. well just a thought...
if you take...
Price adjusted, this place is fine.
Rooms are VERY small (and I got one of the larger ones with washer/dryer and stove). They are also clean, and they give you fresh towels everyday (where you want them or not - I put up my do not disturb after the first night so they stopped replacing towels and just put them in a bag on my door handle instead).
The bed was nicely firm, you have slippers to wear...
