Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Tokyo, Minato-ku, Takanawa 4-10-30 🧭 Map
Another very good stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel! Location: very convenient as it’s just by the station and even if it’s raining we can go to few shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and seven eleven! Room: very small but we had everything we need for our stay
The hotel is also serviced by the Airport shuttle service right at the front entrance so it is extremely convenient. Overall, Shinagawa Prince is definitely one of the best location for a stay in Tokyo
This hotel is located at the center of Sinagawa. And we can reach the subway station within 10 minutes by walking. They cleared my room every day. Highly recommended.
location is great. hotel is older. you will queue up for breakfast, which is a mass processing operation.
A comfortable and lovely stay at hotel. Located conveniently opposite the Shinagawa train station. Lots of eateries in the station. Easy to move around Tokyo.
It’s always full of tourists at the hotel When we were staying we could hear voice of next room which was quite noisy and they were chatting quite late with loud voice so this was the only disappointment that we experienced this time

This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes)
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Location is good, near a park and station. Staff can't communicate in English well and some are snobbish. Toilet deodareriser is not working. Some electric plugs are not working neither
Stylish, modern and spacious rooms. Very quiet, great views from the top floors. There are several restaurants downstairs and a little convenient store for your late night snacks
The hustle and bustle area (think izakayas and sushi) is a 5 minute walk nearby. If you can afford it, I highly recommend staying here, great for couples
What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips

The location, however, was perfect. Further, the concierge desk was extremely helpful in making reservations for dinner as we were dealing with a food allergy and do not speak Japanese
On June 10, 2024, my family checked into Hotel New Otani Tokyo the Main. Shortly after midnight on June 13, my daughter suffered a sudden and severe asthma attack that left her struggling to breathe
Because she had never experienced asthma before, we had no medication on hand. As visitors from the United States with no knowledge of Japan’s medical system, we felt utterly helpless
I hurried to the lobby in search of assistance and was fortunate to meet the night‑shift manager, Mr. He welcomed me with genuine concern and immediately began phoning nearby hospitals
Because it was already past midnight, many facilities were no longer accepting patients, yet Mr.  IINO persisted—calling repeatedly for nearly an hour—until he located a hospital willing to receive us
IINO’s warmth and dedication brought us immeasurable comfort. Words cannot fully convey how grateful we are for his assistance; his actions will remain with us always

A decent hotel located in Chiyoda Area. A fair price for what you get. The staff is kind and always trying to help you. The taxis are outside lining up or Uber cars are around the area. 15 mins walk to the Old Tokyo.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Japan. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent—close to everything we needed. Highly recommended!
Very clean and nice hotel. Location is not super central but nice. Skip the breakfast
The room is generally clean and tidy. The room size is not very small, compared to other hotels in Tokyo.
It is within walking distance to metro and JR stations, and a family mart is just right across the hotel for us to catch a late night snack/ drink
Such pettiness is disgusting - especially considering that this is a four-star (not 5 stars), expensive hotel. The air conditioner in the room sometimes started to "growl" - we had to turn it off at night

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. The beds are cozy, the staff are nice and the location is very great. One thing I always love about the hotel is the view from the top floor while eating breakfast
The accommodations were a little small but pretty typical for Tokyo. My partner found the bed to be uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping. Additionally the breakfast was just so-so
Hotel was easy to reach via Airport Limousine bus service. There were quite a few people checking when we arrived so it took us a while but made it to our room
A pretty nice place at this price point but not that luxurious
The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku Station. It’s so convenient to get the airport limousine bus from Narita airport, which stops right in front of the hotel
Good experience, direct shuttle from Narita airport, good service

This is my most frequent stayed hotel in Tokyo. Location is perfect, just a few mins walk from the Shinagawa Station
Good location just few mins walk to Shinagawa train station, can see Tokyo Tower if you get the room facing that direction
The room is very dated. They need to renovate. The garden is nice and balcony is nice. Location is also very good and near the subway station
I particularly like the private Japanese garden of the Hotel, it is very rare in hotels in Tokyo where land prices are high. Room size is also big (comparatively as most hotel rooms are smaller in Tokyo)
For this twin room, the room is big in Tokyo area with a small balcony. There is a working table and a small sofa for you to rest. Room is clean and hotel provided a lot of daily used stuff for us
The hotel lobby is grand with nice design and details. We went during cherry blossom peak season and Shinagawa area hotel seems more affordable compare with those in the heart of the city

This is one of the good hotel if you are Disneyland lover. Very Convenient to Disneyland. Good breakfast, good welcoming and the rest of the services
Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 right directly across the street from Bayside Disney railway stop. One downside: no convenience store. We walked 7 minutes in the rain, to the Hilton
The Hilton has a huge Lawson supermarket in the first floor. I still give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because the first floor of Sheraton has Tostina, cafe which had delicious juices, salads, sandwiches and rice dishes to go
Situated just next to the bayside station. Yet shuttle bus is still available. Didn’t felt it was needed till we visited Disney, the shuttle was awesome after a 20k+ step day at Disney
I love everything about the hotel apart from the location. It's quite far
For a cheaper meal, there’s always the hotel convenience stall. Rooms was very big, kids were happy with the size. To have 4 beds, one for each of us was welcomed when in Japan

It completely deserves the reputation as the elegant 5-star Japanese hotel with a tradition of over a century. The Japanese detailed-minded and dedicated services provided by every member of the staff are impressive
The staff member whose surname is 茨木 (Ibaragi?) accompanied me to the guestroom and made neat and helpful introduction to the facilities of the room as well as the hotel as a whole
The service is top notch. The room is clean and well equipped. The style may not be trendy but furnitures are well made and high quality.
They are always more than helpful. My luggage was already handled by the bellboy before I got into the entrance
Very nice stay, recommended we all very satisfy

Amazing hotel, great location, amenities were great. Great luggage storage if you’re out and about, was really close to the station, I couldn’t have been more happy.
The Best hotel ever! Room was excellent and had a super comfortable stay! Will come back for sure.
Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. Liked lounge at 35 floor with a great view over citi and afternoon tea and cocktails
Very great location as it is very near shibuya station. Just need to head down and there are many restaurants and shopping malls already. View at top floor is superb. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.
we have been staying in this hotel quite several times, although the interior may start to age, the service and the view is flawless and the location is only getting better with 2 new malls (Shibuya scramble square and Shibuya Hikarie) only 5-10mins walk through the flyover
Great location in the heart of Shibuya, with a room size that is much larger than typical hotels in Shibuya. The hotel also has a 20m lap pool, which is quite rare in Tokyo city center.

The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to everything on this side of the city
The room was clean, spacious (especially by Tokyo standards), and had a stunning view of the skyline. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the air purifier and the in-room fridge
Overall, Tokyo Dome Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s perfect for families, business travelers, and anyone who wants a comfortable and well-connected base in Tokyo. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with spoke English and was eager to help with directions and recommendations. Breakfast at Rilassa was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options
There's also a Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel, which was really handy. It can get a bit busy during events at Tokyo Dome, but the hotel is well-organized and manages the crowds efficiently
The room was great, clean, big, good aircon, international plugs. Great services, breakfast was very nice. Very well placed, 200m aways from the subway station. And of course amazing views of Tokyo

We were very happy about our Tsuki Suite, and the cocktails at the lounge Recommend
These small things really made all the difference, thank you! The hotel itself also excellent and my room was refurbished. It was expensive as I booked at the last minute during the holidays, but still worth it!
Great location and right next to metro station. Beth convenient for going to all the major attractions.
After experiencing poor service in other hotels in Japan, Intercon was a breath of fresh air. They deliver exactly the level of service you expect. Helpful staff, punctual making up of the room

Stayed at this hotel for the second time and had another fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and the location couldn’t be more convenient.
It's a little far from the subway station, but it is located right by Sunshine City. There is also a convenience store located in the Hotel
Location was great and room was big. Service was great with airport bus below which added to convenience. Will stay again!
room wall is thin, can hear next room guest conversation clearly. Poor sound insulation. Good location.
The hotel is directly connected to the mall, like just a door away, which in turn connects to train stations so you get the option to walk in indoor areas to walk to and from station and your hotel room
Great svs esp Ms 陳 helped me to contact the courier company to redirect my parcel to Sunshine City Prince Hotel and received the next day. Thank you so much. Keep up the good works

The hotel is located in south Tokyo. It is 1 min walk from the station, which makes it easy to reach the city centre. The room we were provided, was neat and clean. We had a superb view of the odaiba area
Location wise, you are on a smaller subway line which is very close, but you will need more time getting to Tokyo proper area
I had a wonderful three-night stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Odaiba. The hotel's prime location offered spectacular views of Tokyo Bay, creating a serene atmosphere
Subway is closer to HND but further away from NRT with multiple transitions required, so safer to use the limo bus(~20/pp) which comes to the hotel if possible as number of times for departure is reduced vs subway
Monorail is coming every 5 min, 15 min and you’re on Shimbashi station, also an airport limousine bus departs straight from the hotel (15 min to HND T2) I think it’s better to live in 5star Daiba hotel for the similar money rather then Tokyo business hotels with 12m2 room where you can’t even open the suitcases, especially if you’re with the kids
Very pleasant stay. Provided lots of bath amenities. Near 3 shopping centre. All walkable with 5-10 mins. Lots of children activities at the 3 malls. Beside mrt but not noisy at all. Very pretty views at night

Nice, clean, conveniently located hotel with excellent service. There's some outstanding restaurants in the hotel and hotel is close to several metropolitan areas of Tokyo with great restaurants
Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.
The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive
Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other
Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.
Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it

It was a very enjoyable stay with good service from the staff. The location is very convenient. The only downside was delay in luggage pick up during check out and it was difficult alone with 3 pieces of luggage
Good location near Tochomae station so 1 stop from Shinjuku station. Not as busy as Shinjuku, but close enough to walk and experience that area.
There’s a 7/11 and Lawson located in the same building. Subway station conveniently also in the same building!

Probably tied for first on my list of favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel is super clean, quiet, accommodating, and friendly. Great location with wonderful views
Very clean rooms. Nice comfortable bed and room is big and bright. However, the construction can be loud. Restaurants are good but not great. Location is perfect, close to everything.
They were very helpful with all of our requests. Large club lounge that was often busy, but had great views, good food and nice service. Something to note: pool required calling front desk to make appointment
Had the privilege to access the Executive Lounge and it was something to behold. Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast in the lounge was full of enough pastry and savory foods without seeming wasteful
Next morning I couldn’t find it and although the Front desk head staff was a bit slow. The other lady at the front was super nice and brought it up to the room. Yuki Morning buffet is like a eating fest
すごく素晴らしいホテルですね。 Definitely has one of the most spacious lounges on the top floor. Rooms were clean and lots of room for Tokyo standards. Hilton absolutely delivers on good space and room design

I don’t like to stay in the metropolitan area so this is a perfect location for us. They have lockers for early arrivals and also has a McDonalds attach to the hotel with convenient store
Room service was excellent until the last night when they forgot to leave a night dress. The location is excellent, very close to the station and surrounded by shops
Tiny cozy and clean room in a premium location in Odaiba. Easy check in and friendly staff.

Nice building, walkways connecting the hotel to other buildings and train station makes it easily accessible. Room is spacious and there was a good city view from my room window
Clean rooms, convenient location near several train stations/lines. Also, 15 min walk to Tsukiji Market, which was very convenient if like us, you like fresh sushi, or looking to go for the tuna auction.
We got an amazing hot rate on hotwire for this hotel. The check in was great, the staff are super nice and had great English
we have to wipe the counter ourselves because there are dusts on it, carpet looks dated. The reception told us we have an updated room but doubted it. Overall, not a happy room but location is good
They said they had free wine and a massage service in the evening though we didn't try them out. The room was pretty small but we didn't mind it. The shower didn't get particularly hot but it was good enough
