1, There is no air conditioning in the room with sealed window! You feel like staying in a box cannot breathing! After you take shower (with no fan working), you feel like living in a steam room. There is no air in and out 2, if you have no computer, you have to pay ¥100 ($1.3) per 10 minutes to use their slow PC on the lobby. I changed my review from 2 to 4 starts because we got another nicer room...
Hotel and restaurants are quite beautiful. Rooms are average quality but are larger than a usual business hotel. Smoking and non smoking rooms available. Staff is very friendly.

Lovely hotel with exceptionally accommodating staff. Most visitors are from rural Japan, not international; made for a great experience as an American. Awesome top floor bar. Cleaning staff works tirelessly. 5 stars.
Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The room in the 21st is the premium rooms. Newly renovated. It smells and feels like a 4 to 5 star hotel. Toilets still feels slightly dated. The rooms have no air conditioning but heaters. During winter this is alright. Fancy restaurant at the bottom floor. Staff helpful and courteous
Although renovation is a little out date but this is a proper large scale hotel. Rooms are quite reasonably size, breakfast is good. U can choose buffet if u wake up early enough or American breakfast if u wake up late. They are actually the same thing, personally I would go for the American breakfast as it is freshly made. Or u can have a traditional Japanese breakfast on a separate area. Hotel is...
The interior of the room quite old. But good point is, the cleanliness level is superb! And located 5 minutes walking distance to the subway which is convenient. There were also many 24 hours convenient stores available at surrounding of the hotel. But the downside, the breakfast buffet that they served not suitable for a muslim because the pork was served together with other dishes. Have quite a number...
The rooms were great and the staff were very helpful. It was pretty central to everything we wanted to see. It was easy to get to the metro as well.
Our room was great! We had 3 beds for 3 adults. The staff is very curtious and the food at the Cattleya Restaurant & Cafe is great in taste and presentation! ?

My wife and our 15 year old twins stayed in two rooms here in December. The rooms were outstanding. Spacious, with great bathrooms, and amenities. I enjoyed the steam shower, and liked how the toilet was tucked away separately. The main lobby of the hotel is a mid-century gem. We loved our meal at Sazanka. Breakfast less so, but it was fine. Staff were friendly. Our kids said it was one of their favorite...
Very large, stylish, modern, and luxurious room. Exceptionally good and professional service. Amazing views on 40th floor. One of the best hotels I have every stayed in. They have a pool and hot tub with an amazing view, a steam room, sauna, and Japanese style bath. The western breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try the Japanese style breakfast. The bar on the...
Descent hotel with great service You'll get special cake for your birthday if you joined their one harmony program It has been renovation construction for a long time and finally opened 2 years ago New look still retain it's traditional Japanese design and very stylish
Perfectly located in the business district. Super friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms. I was upgraded to a suite because they were out of vacancy. Which was awesome, nice view of Tokyo! The breakfast buffet is delicious! Pricey but not too much for what you get.
You know, I was debating whether I'd like the atmosphere here because I knew it was an older hotel that hadn't been renovated in ages. But it had this old school Japanese charm that feels like it's actually cool. The teppenyaki restaurant was excellent and the scotch bar was a throwback. I really enjoyed the stay here.
The Okura hotel is well-known in Japan and its place in history cemented. It's a shame the main tower gas been torn down and hopefully the replacement will be as iconic. The south wing remains at the moment and it's very comfortable. However, the hotel must understand tgat non-smoking guests don't want to be placed on a smoking corridor, even if the room has been specially cleaned. The Camellia restaurant...

I love it..a memorable place with my lovely wife
Close to subway station. Within walking distance to the seafood market. Rooms are clean.
lovely professional staff well organized clean convenient a choice for any sort of travelers
Rooms are small but location is excellent. Subway stations are steps away from hotel. Bus stops are in front of the hotel. Good restaurants in the neighborhood from traditional sushi restaurant to steak house.
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and had all the required amenities, the toilet though small was very functional and had all the required toiletries. The morning breakfast brunch was worth its value and all items were tasty. We had booked a half day tour and told the front desk about it, the girl attending on us took the details contacted the tour agency tied up our pick up...
The name is considerably more grand than the reality. The accommodation is relatively modest. The car access needs a bit of work, esp. if you are visiting from abroad and rented a car from the airport. Location is fine - longish walk, but walkable, to a number of interesting locations such as the fish market and main Ginza shopping.

Nice hotel, close to kanda station , just one station to Tokyo. Hotel staff very nice. Clean room, nice experience. Not expensive, compared with last experience. They are doing promotion, room include buffet breakfast around 600 HKD. Good for business trip, cheap food nearby
Great hotel just 5 mins walking distance from Kanda station and within easy reach to most places in Kyoto by public transport. The rooms are small as other places in Japan but modern and clean. The small double bed is just barely enough for two people. There is a buffet breakfast in the annexed restaurant downstairs that is a decent price but very disappointing.
The room was very clean and neat. Not far from Kanda subway and JR station
Good location, 5 mins from Kanda Station. Breakfasts served in a restaurant downstairs were a bit disappointing for Japanese standards...
Perfectly acceptable hotel, small rooms but fairly standard for Tokyo, very clean and quiet. 5 minutes from Kaneda station and walking distance to the financial district so perfect for work. Close to Akihabara and a short tube to Ueno for more lively evening activities. Would stay again.
Lovely business hotel near Tokyo St and Kanda St. Surrounded by cheap eats, the hotel is clean and comfy, the staff are very thoughtful. The mackerel in breakfast buffet is amazing!!

I didn't expect such an inexpensive property to be so clean, modern, and have excellent service! Upon check-in, the front desk agents spoke enough English to help us smoothly check in. Once we went to our room, we were blown away by how simple, but practical it was. Large sink area, wide windows, comfortable beds, and a bath/shower room separate from the toilet were the key features. There was even...
Nice and cozy hotel in Harumi island. Great hotel for transit add it is not far from Narita International airport. Yes room a bit small but... cmon this is Japan guys.. when it come on standard New Cities hotel in reclaimed area. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Super clean conditions. Practical and served great breakfast here. Hotel with no gym but it's great and safe for jogging around that...
The room is value for money, clean and comfortable but is too small to add an additional bed for the 2-person room. The WiFi is reliable throughout the hotel. Staff are very courteous, helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet is served. Great spread! It is located close to the Metro station.
Hotel staff is friendly and willing to help make reservations for certain tourist attractions for you. My only real complaint is the lack of actual pillows in the rooms. They are a small piece of memory foam . other than that I really enjoyed my stay

We stayed here for 9 days - Dec 22-30, 2019. The rooms are small but the service is great! There is a cafe at the ground floor where the food is great and another restaurant at the other side of the building. We had no problems when we stayed there, the only rule that we did not like is non-guest of the hotel cannot go up the room, even if they are your relatives.
For the price, this hotel is an absolute 5 stars. The staff is courteous and room is adequate.
The room is a bit on the small side but it is good enough for the time that your staying here. The train station is literally a block and half away. Very convenient for traveling to Tokyo. There is washer and dryer in the building
Very good connection to city by subway and easy connection with Narita airport.

Room is very clean. Staffs are very kind and supportive. They have a shuttle bus to Haneda Airport port. Also train station near by.
Room was small, but adequate for a quick stay near the airport. Staff was pleasant.
Very nice and comfortable hotel airport. If you are unable to wait for the free shuttle (varied pick up time depending on your terminal), you can take the train, 2 stops, and about 5 min walk from the station. The whole hotel is very clean. The reception at the front desk was also refreshing. The room is also clean. What was particularly good was that the room I stayed in had 4 locations and many outlets just for USB charging, so it was very easy to use. I'm a little worried about the sound of the car outside.
The room is clean and comfortable. The wallpaper also matched well with the white and gray colors and was calm. There are multiple AC outlets, and it is easy to use. In addition to the AC outlet, there are multiple USB outlets, one on the wall of the table and two on the bedside, all of which have a capacity of 2.4A, so it was useful for quick charging of smartphones and charging of tablets. There...
The bath was comfortable. It was very easy to use because there were many USB and outlets. The size of the room was just right. The futon was comfortable. I stayed for a few days and it was very helpful to refill the towels. Thank you very much. I still want to use it.
Both hardware and software were the best. Hard was modern and functional because of the new hotel. In particular, it was nice to have a large bath and a ranger, and it was great to be able to do free mirroring on a large TV. Also, I felt that it was not just a new room, but a room that was insanely well designed, such as the location of equipment and outlets. As for the software, the customer service...
Arrived at APA Hotel tonight. This time I will challenge the application check-in. I couldn't do it well last night At APA Hotel Try as you told me. I did it, one success! !! Non-contact and smooth check-in without lining up. Check-in without contact under the corona vortex, avoiding the Three Cs. I am grateful and inspiring to the APA Hotel for its excellent system.
As of this posting, there are two Ai Hotels. This one is Kamata Ekimae, NOT Kamata. Careful if you’re hailing a taxi. As for the hotel, the value trumps all. Hotel is quite average, but the price is unbeatable. Would stay here again.

I stayed here in November of 2018. It was small, but clean and affordable. The service was friendly enough and the staff spoke English. The one thing I did not like was that I ended up getting a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room. Yeah, I know, first world problems. It stank, but I survived. The location was not far from the station, but it took a few laps of area to find without...
As a budget hotel, APA is not bad. Rooms are small but clean. Staff are friendly too. JR station is far from the hotel that you have to walk 8 to 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is considered as “quiet” in Tokyo.
Simple, clean, no frills hotel close to JR Kamata station. I was kind of disappointed that it doesn't have a "sento" communal bathing area like the APA hotel at Shinjukugyoen.
I can’t tell it’s worthy with this price or not, since I’m not familiar with Tokyo’s hotels. However, the hot water is very not stable!

This room is quite good. It is less than three minutes away from Kinshicho and is not difficult to find. The space is just right for you to stay in. It is quite cozy and I recommend it to friends who travel alone.
The location of the hotel is very close to the JR station, which is very convenient. There are many choices in restaurants and shopping malls, but the large public bath is relatively small and the breakfast options in the hotel are relatively limited.
It's very close to the station and convenient. There's a convenience store nearby too. The room is a little small, but it's enough for sleeping. There's a small refrigerator, which was convenient. I was glad that breakfast was included. There was rice, bread, curry, and several kinds of side dishes. There was also coffee, so I think it was enough. So peaceful and host is very nice
For the price I paid, it was an excellent for your buck. There was a japanese public bath included in the price, less than 10 minutes of walk there was a bunch of restaurants. Beds were confy, I had a desk, everything needed to make tea, a mini fridge. Only problem I had was some people knocking on my door early in the morning but I guess that's not the hotel's fault.

pleasant stay, clean & tidy, comfortable bed. the complimentary breakfast of croissant & coffee was enough to start the day.
They were really helpful, my staying was comfortable and it's basically in a central location.
The staff doesn't speak english that well, but they'll do their best to understand you. Rooms are standard-sized, with all sort of amenities as you'd expect from a fancy hotel. Room was furnished as advertised, clean, quiet, the rooftop has a decent view and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The one issue was spotty and poor wifi, which seemed peculiar given how many networks they have. It's a bit out of the way from train lines, but easy to access via bus.
I picked this place as the reviews were positive. Didn’t disappoint. I got the modern room which I accidentally booked a smoking room. As they didn’t have any non smoking available they went and deodorised the room for me before I arrived. It didn’t smell at all of smoke which was fantastic.
As others have noted, this hotel could do with a bit of a tidy-up (really just a lick of paint and a few fresh cushion covers!). However, it is easy to look past this as it has tons of character and is a charming place to stay.

Nice hotel with interestingly designed rooms. For a 4 star residence at the price being charged there was a fair bit missing.....little details like a hair dryer that didn't work, sometimes a language barrier with reception staff, noisy air con, noisy automated toilet in room and could hear next door's toilet as well. Great location great price family staff no complaints! 🙏💗
The staff was friendly and helpful. English was available. The room was average Japanese Hotel size and clean. There were no non-smoking rooms available - the whole floor smelled of cigarettes in the morning. Amenities were as expected, but soaps were a little too floral for my taste. Breakfast is available - western style or Japanese - we had western - eggs, franks and salad.
Rooms are bigger than the usual (for the japanese standards) but everything is a bit old, from the furniture to the bathroom No sponge or body wash included, just the soap, shampoo, conditioner, razor and toothbrush The bed is good enough to sleep well after a day of walking around Tokyo

I enjoy to stay in this hotel. It was really small (as everything in Japan is ?) but for the price and location was really worth it. The pillows were a bit hard but no too bad. Ofuro was alright, just like a regular bathtub in USA. What I think it was the best was service, love it, love it.
The rooms are comfy and very relaxing. After a day's worth of travelling, I could lie down on the futon and and immediately fall asleep. It's not a hotel with grand amenities, but it's a hotel where you can always look forward to when it comes to just snuggling up in a futon to rest. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I did.
Was super nice, got the double bed room. Nice hot water, futon, fridge, and bathroom. There was an air conditioner in the room with instructions which was neat.

It's difficult for me to be objective when my stay was made excellent by so many different things, but I'll try. The staff speak enough English to help you settle in. Their attitude towards foreigners is also really nice. You can't expect to have an in-depth conversation about movies, but you can expect to be treated with respect and valued as a guest. You will not be made to feel stupid for not knowing...
Kind staffs. One of them are fluently speaking English. I think I got what they called Western-styled bedroom. It got two beds, which makes the room quite small. But I don't really care about the spaces since all I did in here is sleeping and when I woke up I back looking around Japan, lol. It also has a private bathroom. Small, but I think it's still okay. There's a shower, bathtub, normal toilet...
Cheep and cheerful, the traditional bedding is warm and comfortable enough and a good experience for a tourist. Minimal services in the room, and Very little space as is to be expected. No smoking rooms offered. Clean, interesting and central location with a temple, amusement park, and stations in easy walking
Nice hotel. Was clean and taken care of. Good for a place to crash for few nights. Only downside is that in some rooms theres no place to unpack your luggage, youd have to do it all on the matres. English lvl of staff is poor.
Perfect place. You can go to Sensoji temple by walk about 5-10 minutes and Asakusa Subway Station for 30 minutes. The crew is very friendly and understand english. But the bathroom is so small and not so clean.
