Little gem in Tokyo. The location is great and we did not except such a luxurious hotel for that low amount of money we spent. It was just a getaway but turned out to be a solid premium experience. Rooms are well decorated, quiet, solid and comfortable. Including enough water for coffee/tea, amenities and nice shower. Also good view. We enjoyed it.
My 2 month stay at the Akasaka Yoko Hotel was amazing. The entire staff are extremely well mannered and they make it their duty for you to enjoy your stay. However Rabin Thakuri (who I would now call a good friend) went beyond his duties to make me feel at home during my long stay. A genuinely great guy, that made my stay in Japan and at the Akasaka Hotel that much better. This is my 3rd time being...
An older hotel but on the more spacious side for a business hotel plus my room had unusually high ceilings. Try to avoid rooms ending in 18 as the hotel is in a L shape and you can look directly into the neighboring room. I stayed in an older non-renovated room which was designated as non-smoking but this definitely was a smoking room previously... if you are sensitive you will smell cigarette smoke...
Its a very small room fir 3 people. Its close to a subway. You need to take a US$30 bus trip to another hotel and then walk to the hotel. A taxi ride is U$250 so nothing is cheap. I do not think it is value for money as the bedroom is in the living room and no bigger than a normak bedroom. Almost zero storgae in your room and no english channels. The internet is good if that helps. Food areas areas...
Courteous and professional staff. Great location near bars and restaurants (gotta try the curry shop down the street). Couldn’t stand up all the way in the shower...but that made it more fun?
Cheap rooms, convenient location, guest staff speak English. I was able to extend my reservation for another week at a good rate even though it was booked out online. For that I give it 5 stars.

Staff were English speaking. Property is close to the train station hence its really accessible. Plus there’s 24 hours eateries nearby with a Lawson mart below so its really a great option to stay at. Hot water also works which is essential for Winter
Small, but big for Tokyo. In party district so expect clubs outside with people trying to get you in there (worth it for its location though) all round good with the only negative being the bed is quite firm, which would be alright if not for the rock hard pillows.
Not bad location. Relatively good amount of space that you can have your suitcase open probably, which is not always the case at some Tokyo hotels.
Great place to stay! The staff were extremely helpful! Rooms are clean and has all amenities you would need! Location is right above a Lawson which is super convenient. It is a bit of a red light district, watch out for street hawkers.
This hotel is in the best location possible for Shinjuku - near the best food/bars, close to the station etc. And walking distance to everywhere you'd need. Hotel itself has small but functional rooms, friendly staff and great service.
Good, clean, well located hotel. Buffet breakfast ok, but probably worth exploring the area for more selection. Room size little above average in Tokyo, but small. Couldn't be more 'central' in Shinjuku. Everything just down the street. Easily walk to anything, including stations.

Tokyo, 1-1-1, Otemachi Park Building 22F - 29F 🧭 Map
I stayed at Ascott Marunouchi for over 10 months. First and foremost, it is designed as a serviced residence -- there is a restaurant, but there is no “hotel” bar. There is a very nicely equipped and spacious gym, a tiny pool (think large public bath - sento - tub size), but no spa. That is perfectly fine for a place which is meant for people to stay for an extended period, but it does not have the...
I stayed Sunday-Monday for 23000yen ish. It’s close to Tokyo station (closest station is otemachi), has the gym and the swimming pool. You have to reserve the pool to use it as private pool( is the only way you can use the pool) and you can use it per hour. It was open from 9:30to 7 or something , if you want to use it it’s better you book your time when you book the room too. Gym open 8 to 9 ? Not...

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful stay here. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the staff and services are all excellent. Highly recommended!!
A truly fabulous stay option right in the heart of downtown Tokyo. The property is very new, having just celebrated its first anniversary in early 2018. The rooms are luxurious, well appointed and very quiet, and a good night's sleep is pretty much guaranteed. Stayed here for 4 nights on a recent visit to Tokyo and the experience was really outstanding with great service. The breakfast buffet was...
So modern and high end, very quiet with great service. THE VIEW! We we're on the top floor facing the imperial gardens. Having a kitchen is so nice so make quick ramen meals and I had green tea several times a day. The soak tub is great for relaxing from sightseeing all day. Free yoga class once a week.

Location location location! It's literally 30 seconds by foot from Tokyo Station Yaesu-kita Exit with easy access to many restaurants in the Yaesu area. There's even a convenience store (Lawson) at the ground level. High-end materials, appliances and furniture are used throughout the place and the guest rooms are very clean and quiet. This was almost a perfect stay. The location was good for us, but might be a bit far from some locations for people looking to be near Shinjuku (it’s about 15 min walk). Most importantly, this was an apartment that had been turned into multiple room hotel room, and was perfect with kids. It smelled a little like somebody used to smoke in the room a lot (and there were air purifiers around), but it...
I'd keep this place in my pocket secretly 🤫 It was really cosy and wide enough ! If my friends or family visit Tokyo, I will book a room here without any hesitation.
Pros: Big rooms Big bathtub Big TV Fast WiFi Comfy bed Super good value Cons: Room smells musty Poor sound proofing No bathroom exhaust fan I want to love this hotel, but the poor sound proofing is a death-knell for a light sleeper like me. You can here people walking around in the room above you like it’s an old apartment building. If it weren’t for that this would easily be a 4.5 star hotel.
Not a bad hotel, however pricey for what you get. The rooms are typically small, however, their laundry facilities are a fantastic change from having a huge pile of dirty laundry.... The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The atmosphere in the lobby is nice, and the rooms are OK.

An excellent choice for a family with many young kids. Very good location, close to TCAT terminal where the airport limousine buses stop. We had a number of luggage when we arrived but the walk to the hotel was easy. Amenities and food aplenty nearby and easy to get onto the Tokyo Metro to reach other attractions. Best part is the family room we booked. Very clean, spacious, well designed and functional...
Great little hotel just minutes away from the T Cat terminal and few stations away from Tokyo and Ginza district. Great place to stay at if you're planning to explore East Tokyo, think Tsukiji, Ginza, Odaiba, Disney Resort, Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara. There's a few convenience stores nearby; 7-Eleven and Lawson. The room is big for Tokyo standard and is equipped from microwave, stove to a laundry....
Pleasure to stay, room is unique and well explained via instruction manual, convenient access to transit and stores, and very cozy!
Clean, very well equipped rooms (bit small, like most hotel rooms in Japan) in a modern, new hotel. Kind efficient staff. Access to public transport could not be better.
Enjoyed our stay here. Lovely clean room, everything looks brand new. Close to Suitengemae station and T-Cat bus terminal.

I reaaly liked all the attention the whole team of Oakwood Residence Aoyama gave us the entire time we stayed there. The reservation personal, attendants at front desk, the cleaning service, nothing to say but praisng the experience. Thank you very much for all of you!
Very good service. The apartments are clean and the service staff do a very professional job. When we were moving out after 1 month stay, the staff provided excellent service to transfer our luggage.
Nice and clean apartment in one of the most vibrant areas of Tokyo. I've spent more than one month here and it's been a wonderful experience. Excellent, careful and timely service. All the good stuff for cooking is available in the kitchen. Friendly people. Great experience.
My wife and I stayed here for 2 months. They have a great staff that is always helpful and friendly. It is close to many shops and restaurants. A couple that we enjoyed are Maisen, and a standing only Soba restaurant. One tip, if you order from amazon or other places they will accept packages and bring them to your apartment.
The location is fantastic and staff are so nice! It’s located in the central Tokyo so you can pretty much go anywhere in 10-40 mins. There are so many restaurant options around the area and everything is great.
Frighteningly expensive and slightly dated but good quality serviced apartments kept to a very high standard. This location is perfect.

A hotel with a dining room, a kitchen, and a Japanese-style room where you can spend your time as if you were living. Convenient because there are supermarkets and convenience stores around. It's been a year since it opened, so it's beautiful.
The correspondence of the front desk was polite. There were 2 supermarkets and 1 convenience store nearby. It was before check-in, but I was able to go to the room. The room was equipped with kitchen utensils, including a washer / dryer, and I was able to prepare my own meals. There are also cheap seasonings that are not enough, and game consoles (Switch etc. were also rented).
It was very good. The rooms are large and clean, equipped with a washing machine, air conditioner, TV, etc. Speaking of force ・ I thought it would be nice if the tableware was washed a little more cleanly. ・ The garbage bag was placed in the place where it hits when the front door of the room was opened, so I felt that I could consider it a little more. A foreign male staff member who was in charge...
As of 2021, the facility is new and clean. It takes about 1 minute to reach the station and there are 2 supermarkets in front of you. We stayed (2 people) in Minn Machiya hotel for 8 nights and it was actually very nice. Very affordable place, but the quality is very good in relation to this price. Quiet, easy accessible by train, metro or bus and clean as well. Moreover, check in and out process was very easy. We would recommend it and we enjoyed a stay.
Location is acceptable for us; 5 minutes walk from the train station. Lots of local shops and restaurants. Hotel condition is fine, does not have 5 star amenities but not what we need. Have a mini kitchen, dinning table for 4. Two full size queen bed, sofa, shower and bathtub, best of all is cloth washer and a private balcony to dry.
The staff are very friendly, very accomodating. The room, bathroom and toilet is very clean. Slippers, towels are provided for 5 of us. They have washing machine in the bathroom with detergent that we were able to do laundry. Actually, everything is well provided. Kudos to this hotel. Thank you for making our stay a happy and comforting one.😊
Love it. It's very recommended for those who travel to Japan with friends or family or even alone. You can cook and wash your clothes since they have kitchen and washing machine. It's very spacious with very affordable price. The staffs are very helpful and kind and they speak English very well. Recommended!
Great place for great price! Two double beds with another two futons available to set up. I connected to the customer service from the device at the front desk. They couldn't find my reservation and took so much time to figure out it was the wrong location.
The hotel is very close to the subway, the room is very big, there is a kitchen, washing machine, and the picture on the website are the same, there is a supermarket near the hotel, very good to buy, even stay 5 days feel very happy! Upsides: -Staff are friendly and helpful. After negotiation, we were allowed to store our luggages for 2 nights in between 2 stays. -2-min walk to a local supermarket that opens till 10pm. Downsides: -Occasionally at 2am-3am there were very noisy street washer runnings back and forth. New built apartment hotel, grand opened on 2/15. Front staff was very friendly, and willing to guide you not only hotel equipment but also trip advise. well-designed room with big and cozy bed, kitchen, and bathroom. the most amazing point is the noise prevention equipment, the wall is thick so you can sleep well at night in a quiet room. I will definitely stay again in the near future.
Take care with her. She loves cooking, and is impressed by the stove. This time it was a night, but there is a washing machine and a refrigerator, so it may be good for a long time. With seasonings it was perfect. It is safer to stay at a supermarket nearby.

My son will be performing live in Ryogoku, so I found this on the internet and was taken care of 🎵 It seems that the price for one night is OK for up to 3 people in the room fee ... 🎶 ... It was cheap and comfortable.

I liked that the toilet and bathroom were separate. There is also a washing machine with a dryer, so I was able to do all the laundry during my trip, and it was easy after returning. It's a little small for a variety of items.
The location, cleanliness, room size, facilities, and service are excellent. The only disappointment was the lack of hot water. It's nice in summer, but it's pretty hot in winter. The quality of slippers is not good, so if you want to wear slippers, we recommend you bring your own.
It was clean and comfortable! It was helpful because there were various facilities such as a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine.
It was easy to spend at a stay-type hotel. The lack of food at the hotel was lonely for us arriving late.
If you are staying with your family, cospa is good. I walk a little from Hamamatsucho station, but the room is clean and not a unit bath, so it's good! It is also equipped with a washing machine and is comfortable.
