Hotels with sauna in Tokyo

Everything went well except for an issue with our luggage and snowboard, which we sent from the hotel to Narita Airport via Yamato. (黑貓宅急便）Unfortunately, the luggage was damaged beyond repair and is no longer usable

The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!

The customer service and commitment to quality always leave an outstanding impression when at the New Otani. And, membership in the New Otani Club just adds to the enjoyment. Staff are attentive and caring

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk for two different underground stations - but not difficult to get too. Staff arranged a cab to the airport for us

Additionally, one of the Yamato staff in the airport  had a very poor attitude  We were not satisfied with how they handled the situation

The best things about it are: the gorgeous Japanese garden - just lovely. A newspaper was delivered every morning , which was a treat

There are shops and a bunch of restaurants in the hotel building. Awesome view from the restaurant on the top floor. The rooms are clean, compact, but everything is there. Good location.

Hotel was easy to reach via Airport Limousine bus service. There were quite a few people checking when we arrived so it took us a while but made it to our room

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. The beds are cozy, the staff are nice and the location is very great. One thing I always love about the hotel is the view from the top floor while eating breakfast

The accommodations were a little small but pretty typical for Tokyo. My partner found the bed to be uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping. Additionally the breakfast was just so-so

In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished

It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained

Recently, there are many places that do not clean even if you stay for a long time, so I was grateful to have the room cleaned despite the price

It seems that there is also a Japanese-style room, so I would like to use it next time. This hotel is suitable for business and sightseeing

Bathroom is very small. Room is a bit small. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is not variety. Close to train station.

The only reason i gave it a 4 star for facilities is that this hotel is not tailored for children, the swimming pool are for adults only. However, who wants to stay in the hotel while this is the centre of Shibuya

Very great location as it is very near shibuya station. Just need to head down and there are many restaurants and shopping malls already. View at top floor is superb. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

we have been staying in this hotel quite several times, although the interior may start to age, the service and the view is flawless and the location is only getting better with 2 new malls (Shibuya scramble square and Shibuya Hikarie) only 5-10mins walk through the flyover

The staff was very warmth and welcoming from the entry to the reception and even room service. The room was tidy and clean with all necessities available for use in the room

I was very thankful for the 2nd stay I was allowed for an early check in with my room ready that really help to make my whole day or itinerary smooth

For a cheaper meal, there’s always the hotel convenience stall. Rooms was very big, kids were happy with the size. To have 4 beds, one for each of us was welcomed when in Japan

Had buffet dinner on my first night, it’s nothing to wow about, but everything was quite yummy. Selection was okay, we had our fills. Not the cheapest meal for sure

Beds were nice and softer, the smaller ones for the kids were harder, which was actually better for adults. Water pressure in the bathroom was also awesome

Hotel for Disney land trip. Stayed 3 days. Good that there are bus to station. Few restaurants but seldom try except breakfast.

Sheraton Tokyo bay is a great hotel, especially for those visiting Disneyland. The location is very convenient, with easy check in and check out. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful

The staff member whose surname is 茨木 (Ibaragi?) accompanied me to the guestroom and made neat and helpful introduction to the facilities of the room as well as the hotel as a whole

Stay there for business trip. Good value for money and very big hotel. Required a bit of walking like 5-10mins from JR station up hill. Awesome garden inside is a must to visit during your stay!

We really loved our stay here with spacious room, balcony and kind stuffs! Whole hotel is specious so we didn’t feel crowded at all since lobby is also spacious with beautiful interior

There are many restaurants and cafes too so it’s very convenient. Even if it’s rainy day we can just spend time inside the hotel which was very good

The room is comfortable. The washroom is big. Very convenient.

Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it

Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.

Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.

The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive

Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks

After experiencing poor service in other hotels in Japan, Intercon was a breath of fresh air. They deliver exactly the level of service you expect. Helpful staff, punctual making up of the room

Perfect location to stay in Japan. Near such beautiful scenery - the rainbow bridge, the sea, the Statue of Liberty… it’s such a relaxing place to stay

Location wise, you are on a smaller subway line which is very close, but you will need more time getting to Tokyo proper area

Monorail is coming every 5 min, 15 min and you’re on Shimbashi station, also an airport limousine bus departs straight from the hotel (15 min to HND T2) I think it’s better to live in 5star Daiba hotel for the similar money rather then Tokyo business hotels with 12m2 room where you can’t even open the suitcases, especially if you’re with the kids

Subway is closer to HND but further away from NRT with multiple transitions required, so safer to use the limo bus(~20/pp) which comes to the hotel if possible as number of times for departure is reduced vs subway

Very pleasant stay. Provided lots of bath amenities. Near 3 shopping centre. All walkable with 5-10 mins. Lots of children activities at the 3 malls. Beside mrt but not noisy at all. Very pretty views at night

Very spacious hotel, not just the rooms. But also the hotel lobby, car park and gym. It even has an art gallery. Staff has good English. They are helpful and sincere. Worth to stay again next time.

We chose to stay here after a day of Disney. They have a buffet and dine in restaurant open for dinner for people like us, who check in after the Disney Park visit. The pace was spacious and clean

Great experience, family friendly and fantastic views to the bay shore. We stayed in a family room and was big for everyone. Kids loved decoration and activities.

What a great stay. We decided to do Tokyo Disney for the holidays, and are very happy to have stayed here. The staff was top notch and the room was amazing.

The Amenities in the rooms, the cake from Fresh Connection, and the Dinner at 王将 were much appreciated, The stay was very 快適。

In the morning, we had some pool time before checking out. I wouldn't mind coming back here again

They were very helpful with all of our requests. Large club lounge that was often busy, but had great views, good food and nice service. Something to note: pool required calling front desk to make appointment

Had the privilege to access the Executive Lounge and it was something to behold. Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast in the lounge was full of enough pastry and savory foods without seeming wasteful

Next morning I couldn’t find it and although the Front desk head staff was a bit slow. The other lady at the front was super nice and brought it up to the room. Yuki Morning buffet is like a eating fest

すごく素晴らしいホテルですね。 Definitely has one of the most spacious lounges on the top floor. Rooms were clean and lots of room for Tokyo standards. Hilton absolutely delivers on good space and room design

The the fresh fruit was a very welcome sight especially in Japan where it is hard to come by. The room was very roomie for the 3 of us with plenty of walking space and general leg room

The bathrooms were also nice and full of amenities! I had an amazing experience here. I actually left my wallet on the sitting area I. Completely unaware because I was so busy

It was a very enjoyable stay with good service from the staff. The location is very convenient. The only downside was delay in luggage pick up during check out and it was difficult alone with 3 pieces of luggage

Good location near Tochomae station so 1 stop from Shinjuku station. Not as busy as Shinjuku, but close enough to walk and experience that area.

There’s a 7/11 and Lawson located in the same building. Subway station conveniently also in the same building!

Apart from that, the stay was very good

The location is superb because there are 2 train stations within walking distance. Almost all the hotel staff can speak fluent English and they are very helpful.

Only one thing negative is the shuttle bus to Maihama - during peak hours (park opening and closing) it’s really hard to get on, maybe the hotel should consider running more buses during those hours

Very spacious room with amazing breakfast buffet. They offer free shuttle bus so it was easy to get to the hotel, as well as to Disneyland.

This was the first place my father and I went to for a trip to Japan. It was a wonderful introduction to Japanese hospitality and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety that anyone could find something to eat

The konbini, restaurant, and Disney store in the hotel were all wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend and return again

The room is really spacious in Japan standards. The toilet and bathroom is nice and clean. I really like the convenience store and the bakery on ground floor, makes it easy to get snacks

Hotel has a nice view of Tokyo Bay. My room got a view of Rainbow Bridge which is beautiful for both day and night time. Room is larger than some other hotels in Tokyo but the location is a bit far from the city

very nice onsen spa place here, we got enjoy a lot, most important is the great breakfast, I like the ikura can refill nonstop , happy with that , also miss that a lot

Great hotel near Toyosu fish market with roof top outdoor hot springs. The room is spacious, clean and provides all the necessary amenities.

Nice rooms (standard size for Tokyo), very well located, the onsen is nice and the bar next door where you can watch sports while have a drink is a plus

Clean, modern and you get complimentary water every day. The big TV screen was pleasant but as all APA hotels in Japan, the desk and the bath room are really small. Consider another hotel if you're a big guy

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner easy to setup and unlike other hotels was actually setting the temperature of the room according to my setting. I frequently use APA with pleasure

The view of the river was so nice. They even had a foot massager in the room. Gachapon room and small store inside the hotel was super convenient. I’m highly recommending this hotel to families!!! You will not regret it

Definitely would come back! Has a free onsen perfect for a tiring day at Disneyland or DisneySea, they even offer free tattoo cover ups as well! Such a rare thing for a hotel with Onsen and kids are allowed in as well!! We got the 4 pax room at such a steal for family friendly hotel! Free shuttles to Disneyland and DisneySea! And more importantly a Lawson just down the lobby for anything you need

The rooms are big and perfect for either couples and families! The Lawsons convienence store (24h!) inside the hotel is amazing for a quick breakfast before you head to the parks. Didn’t used the onsen facilities

The room is very spacious for up to 4 person staying. Inside the room had leg massage machine too. They had public Onsen but very crowed as expected. They offered free transportation to Disney Land or Disney Sea

Very convenience for those going there. Down stair level 1 also have convenience store. Breakfast is nice and full of choice. For the remaining 4 days, I booked all the breakfasts with them

Good standard of cleanliness. Quiet room and plenty of amenities. Good location for metro and some attractions including Tokyo tower. Reasonable price for location.

Many business travellers and not much family goers so the general atmosphere is quiet. Front desk is efficient and gets **** done very quickly

Location there’s no complaints as the main Shiodome/Shimbashi train station is below the hotel building so rain or shine transport’s there

Oh yes, the airport bus limousine transfers at the hotel for Narita which is great for worry free transport. Only letdown was the morning breakfast buffet spread which was small but acceptable

First time staying and it was not disappointing. The aircon and water pressure and hot water controls are definitely good

Made 2 bookings with 2 diff type of room. One with skyline view (layout lesser space), one with building view (layout has more space) Tokyo tower cannot be viewed even on public facilities

The room is okay size, the location is very good and convenient to take Metro to places

The room is very spacious and clean. Laundry is cashless payment which is so much better than coin machines. My son loves the PJ and wanted to buy a set. I received a free gift skincare too

Good hotel for those whose plan to Disneyland and Disneysea trip. Just 3 mins walking distance to the mrt train and only few stop to reach the Disneyland and Disneysea.

Very new and very well designed. Pretty spacious room for Tokyo standards. Large breakfast buffet selection (even has soft serve ice cream for kids)
