The customer service and commitment to quality always leave an outstanding impression when at the New Otani. And, membership in the New Otani Club just adds to the enjoyment. Staff are attentive and caring
The rooms are clean and equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning. The cosmetic kit in the hotel is decent. Views from restaurants on the 1st and 44th floors
I stayed one night at the "EDO ROOM" with free-stay gift. I especially love the hinoki bath. I think the room has been newly renovated recently
This hotel is amazing!! The best place I ever stayed at. I love the bathrooms and the heated toilets. The nature walk is beautiful.
So beautiful, is extremely big so be careful with not getting lost, the garden is really amazing, it has its own waterfall
Luxury hotel. Rooms are 350-400 dollars per night. But chic. There is a boutique where they sell real samurai swords

Once your trip is over, you can book a shuttle back to the airport that picks you up right in front of their doors! This place is honestly my go-to hotel and it’s one of the better once I’ve been to
Great location (in Shinjuku area, next to Tokyo metropolitan building). The rooms are clean but small.
This place is an amazing hotel. Once you arrive at the airport, you can make your way to the bus booking desk and through there you can request tickets that are around $13 (cad) to shuttle you directly to this hotel
There are shops and a bunch of restaurants in the hotel building. Awesome view from the restaurant on the top floor. The rooms are clean, compact, but everything is there. Good location.
Shinjuku Washington Hotel, Tokyo. No Reservation Costs. Great Rates. Special Offers. Low Rates. Great Availability. Amenities: Free Wifi, Parking, Non Smoking Rooms, 24 Hour Front Desk.
Once you arrive, you make your way to the lobby and with friendly English speaking staff it’s super easy. The rooms aren’t super spacious but they’re considerably big for Tokyo

Very nice hotel. Right near the Disney monorail Bayside station. Perfect when visiting Tokyo Disneyland or the Disney Sea Park. Service from the staff was excellent. Will definitely stay again.
We just used the pool and spa and it was great. The garden view was awesome so maybe go there at daytime.
If you have kids the penguin ? rooms are great ?? and have 2 double beds and a single ?. They get their own personal kids toiletries bag. Make sure that you purchase full day or multiple day monorail ? passes
It's big with many eating options. There's a small shopping arcade. A long table with 8 PS4 near the concierge for people to play. It's also the nearest hotel to the monorail
The free shuttles only run on limited times so make sure that you grab a schedule
We were able to see the fireworks from our room. Staff are helpful and polite. But we asked for more pillows and were told they don't have extras at the time

In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished
It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained
Recently, there are many places that do not clean even if you stay for a long time, so I was grateful to have the room cleaned despite the price
It seems that there is also a Japanese-style room, so I would like to use it next time. This hotel is suitable for business and sightseeing
Bathroom is very small. Room is a bit small. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is not variety. Close to train station.

Went back to this hotel where we had stayed over 35+ years to the roundevous Lounge in the main reception area, and had some lovely sandwiches and coffee. Great service as atmosphere and surprisingly reasonable.
There is a FedEx box on the first floor (to the left when you get in) - it is not very big, be careful with big boxes! Reception staff was very helpful, showed me the box, printed an additional page and was super supportive! 5 starts - big thank you!
The room, the services, the hospitality are so super excellent. The staffs/people were so polite so kind and full of smile!! Lucky me, could stay in this hotel for some work, at the day PM Abe State's Funeral
The historical hotel in Tokyo that established since 1890's. it's located in the mid of business center and shopping area in Tokyo city. This luxurious hotel is very comfy and the staffs are very helpful

Such an amazing hotel with luxury rooms. Staff was so friendly.Rooms are so clean and well organized. The breakfast was delicious (especially Japanese breakfast).
This hotel was amazing! It looks like a 5 star all around! It is conveniently located right off the subway! But the best thing about this hotel is they GIVE YOU A CELL PHONE during your stay! Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it
Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.
Nice, clean, conveniently located hotel with excellent service. There's some outstanding restaurants in the hotel and hotel is close to several metropolitan areas of Tokyo with great restaurants
Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.
The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive
Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks

This is the best personal hotel I've ever seen with an excellent buffet. Not only the view of the hotel rooms are awesome, but also there are several recreation in different floors
The restaurants in the hotel include Michelin started restaurants and cuisine from across the world. The room itself features great views of Tokyo. The beds were comfortable with a variety of pillows available
After experiencing poor service in other hotels in Japan, Intercon was a breath of fresh air. They deliver exactly the level of service you expect. Helpful staff, punctual making up of the room
Would definitely stay here again
The staff are all very helpful and friendly! The room service is exceptional as is the Morning buffet. They offer room service 24hrs with a variety of menu options
The rooms are clean and the staff does a great job when asked to service the room. Nice big towels, decent sized bathrooms, and good amenities for Toiletries

We chose to stay here after a day of Disney. They have a buffet and dine in restaurant open for dinner for people like us, who check in after the Disney Park visit. The pace was spacious and clean
Great experience, family friendly and fantastic views to the bay shore. We stayed in a family room and was big for everyone. Kids loved decoration and activities.
What a great stay. We decided to do Tokyo Disney for the holidays, and are very happy to have stayed here. The staff was top notch and the room was amazing.
Special thanks to for the Warm Welcome the rooms arrangements. Thanks to Makita-san for his Kindness, his Availability and his Support
The Amenities in the rooms, the cake from Fresh Connection, and the Dinner at 王将 were much appreciated, The stay was very 快適。

They were very helpful with all of our requests. Large club lounge that was often busy, but had great views, good food and nice service. Something to note: pool required calling front desk to make appointment
Had the privilege to access the Executive Lounge and it was something to behold. Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast in the lounge was full of enough pastry and savory foods without seeming wasteful
Next morning I couldn’t find it and although the Front desk head staff was a bit slow. The other lady at the front was super nice and brought it up to the room. Yuki Morning buffet is like a eating fest
すごく素晴らしいホテルですね。 Definitely has one of the most spacious lounges on the top floor. Rooms were clean and lots of room for Tokyo standards. Hilton absolutely delivers on good space and room design
The the fresh fruit was a very welcome sight especially in Japan where it is hard to come by. The room was very roomie for the 3 of us with plenty of walking space and general leg room
The bathrooms were also nice and full of amenities! I had an amazing experience here. I actually left my wallet on the sitting area I. Completely unaware because I was so busy

Grand lobby, fabulous location, and absolutely professional staff make this older hotel a good option for mid budget Tokyo travel. Rooms are on the small side and dated, but beds are top notch with delightful linens
They have put a lamp next to the raised bowl sink to help but this takes away space from the already tiny counter
Upon arrival I was greeted at the door. Staff help with luggage and showed me to the reception desk for check in. Hotel is currently under construction but noise/distractions are minimal
You could be knocked over with a feather with staff's hospitality. Mull over various possibilities about eclectic restaurant selection in the hotel. They have lore of pitmaster about Sushi
Love this hotel so much! My best friend and I stayed in the suite as a graduation treat. Their Atrium Suite was so luxurious and the indoor balcony overlooking the lobby was magnificent
The pics I took don’t do it justice! I wish I could live here! On top of that, the room came with Regency Club perks and breakfast. Customer service was friendly & fabulous! I’d love to come back~

Great breakfast choice between traditional japanese and American continental. The restaurant is in the courtyard. The room facing outward have a great view on Tokyo bay
Best hotel for a stay near Tokyo Disneyland. They actually have a very spacious atrium type inside courtyard with half the room having a room to it
It is designed for earthquake, as everything in Japan. we had a tremor on the first night we stayed, the building swayed for a good 2 mn
In the US, everyone would have screamed in panic, here no problem as if nothing happened
JR舞浜駅からシャトルバスが出ていてイクスペアリやディズニーランドへ行きやすく、比較的にホテルが安価なのがいい。 ホテルの部屋も掃除が行き届いており全く問題なかった。
Great location near Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Slightly expensive, 3200 yen, breakfast buffet. Only real complaint is the mattresses are a little hard but that's a common problem with Japanese hotels

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, they offer lots of great amenities and the staff is very nice! The rooms are small but that’s expected in Japan. It’s very clean and close to metro line. Would 100% recommend! :)
Nice rooms (standard size for Tokyo), very well located, the onsen is nice and the bar next door where you can watch sports while have a drink is a plus
Clean, modern and you get complimentary water every day. The big TV screen was pleasant but as all APA hotels in Japan, the desk and the bath room are really small. Consider another hotel if you're a big guy
The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner easy to setup and unlike other hotels was actually setting the temperature of the room according to my setting. I frequently use APA with pleasure
The checking with touchscreen console is easy and the express checkout even easier

Great amenities with a big hit springs bath, free noodles at night and a nice bar with great view on Tokyo bay. My room was nice, quite large for Tokyo standards. Separated toilets and Japanese style bathroom
Nice place to stay and also cheapest price in a regular days they serve buffet and they have clean rooms
Also very near to Shijo Mae station on the yurikamone line. The down side would the slow service at the reception desk with long waits. There should be more staff especially at peak hours
The challenge right now is that the pool closes 10PM the night prior to checkout, and only reopens from 3PM onwards the following day. The onsen closes at 10AM, and also reopens at 3PM
Very friendly staff and rooms are surprisingly spacious. (I stayed in the regular room) Note that the pool costs an extra ¥2200 per person , and is open from 3PM-10PM
Would be great if they can make it easier for guests to use the pool and onsen after checkout

We had a day at Disneyland planned for the next day, so we were looking for a hotel nearby, and we were lucky as we were able to book the room on the same day, and had an extremely pleasant experience
The atmosphere was very modern and welcoming, and the staff very friendly and attentive to our needs. All facilities, including the very spacious onsen and sauna area, were extremely clean, and it was a pleasure to stay
Their buffets in the morning are incredible(2900yen plus per person). No wonder it is famous among foreigners. If you can't speak Japanese, no worries, the staff is good at speaking English
Very nice hotel! Comfortable beds, nicely decorated rooms, very clean and quiet. Onsen is simple but pleasant - you have to bring your own towels from the room. Very close to the train station and convenient
Modern and spacious, with a taste of Japanese history. Hotel decor is wonderful, rooms and beds are great. On-site public bath/hot springs that is amazing
If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back. Thank you so much for the great service and facilities

I was a solo traveler and got the twin bed room. It's Japan, everything is going to be a tight fit, but everything is super clean and felt nice and polished. Onsen on the top floor was nice
Big thing it has going for it is the location right next to the Warp nightclup if you plan on clubbing past the time trains would be shut down
Plus, it has some separation from the streets with the African guys trying to get you into seedy bars
I love Apa, because it is standardized. I do not have to worry about nasty surprise. However this time some amenities are imperfect. namely, broken hair band and lack of water in the room on the first day.
The room was quite tight but I guess it is quite common in Japan. The location however was great, quite central and very good if you enjoy nightlife!

My brother stayed in a different room and he is over 6’ so it was definitely small for him. Also very close to restaurants and the train station is down the street, plus convenience stores all around that are open late
The rooms are small but I’m a petite person and had the room to myself so that wasn’t a problem. Has modern amenities and was clean
Great location, nice area. The hotel is very clean, quiet, staff very willing to help - to the extend they can.
Neighborhood is very quiet, a little far from major things but I loved how it was quiet
The hotel was good enough for our 8-day stay. Good neighbourhood that’s less tourist-like and with more locals. The hotel service itself is pretty good and the rooms are new and clean
