One of the best beds I have ever slept on. Once you lie down you can’t help but fall asleep. Room and breakfast views were also splendid.

The staff were very helpful and always happy to help. Tokyo was a train ride but the shopping close to the hotel was great with good eating places

Conveniently located in front of Daiba station. Open buffet breakfast to suit varied palates. Shopping centre within walking distance. Room amenities are great. Very clean. Staff is highly commendable.

Free bus to Disney and complimentary mobile phone with calls and data included was very thoughtful to navigate Tokyo and keep in touch with other family member

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, they offer lots of great amenities and the staff is very nice! The rooms are small but that’s expected in Japan. It’s very clean and close to metro line. Would 100% recommend! :)

Nice rooms (standard size for Tokyo), very well located, the onsen is nice and the bar next door where you can watch sports while have a drink is a plus

Clean, modern and you get complimentary water every day. The big TV screen was pleasant but as all APA hotels in Japan, the desk and the bath room are really small. Consider another hotel if you're a big guy

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner easy to setup and unlike other hotels was actually setting the temperature of the room according to my setting. I frequently use APA with pleasure

Wonderful location with a quiet and serenity aura. Room is comfortable and quite spacious if you considered this is Tokyo. Especially they have a big bathroom and Bose BT speaker!!

The restaurant has good food though it is a but pricey. I love the showers in this hotel--they are spacious and the floor tile is not slippery

Awesome hotel that is literally right next to Shinagawa station. The lighting throughout the hotel and including the rooms themselves have a zen feel that is quite relaxing

It’s just the first impression of this hotel wasn’t the best when I sent them an email prior to arrival without a response Other than that, I gotta say, I love the location! It’s less than a 5 minute walk to JR, but if you’re coming from Haneda, it’ll be a 10 minute walk from the Keikyu line

Stayed here for a week and I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Staff is friendly and I was able to communicate with them easily. Hotel is very modern and clean

My brother stayed in a different room and he is over 6’ so it was definitely small for him. Also very close to restaurants and the train station is down the street, plus convenience stores all around that are open late

The rooms are small but I’m a petite person and had the room to myself so that wasn’t a problem. Has modern amenities and was clean

Great breakfast choice between traditional japanese and American continental. The restaurant is in the courtyard. The room facing outward have a great view on Tokyo bay

It is designed for earthquake, as everything in Japan. we had a tremor on the first night we stayed, the building swayed for a good 2 mn

Great location near Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Slightly expensive, 3200 yen, breakfast buffet. Only real complaint is the mattresses are a little hard but that's a common problem with Japanese hotels

Also, there is a sauna on the bottom floor of the hotel that is available to guests. I, however, did not have time to use it

Location and room were nice. Service was kinda non-responsive and unwelcoming.

All the usual amenities were provided - toothbrushes, razors, brush, etc. Our room did not offer a view of the city. If you would like a view, it doesn't hurt to ask when you check in

This was one of the smaller of hotels I've stayed in this area. However, it was big enough for two average size adults. The bathroom was also small, but enough room for one person

This place is an amazing hotel. Once you arrive at the airport, you can make your way to the bus booking desk and through there you can request tickets that are around $13 (cad) to shuttle you directly to this hotel

There are shops and a bunch of restaurants in the hotel building. Awesome view from the restaurant on the top floor. The rooms are clean, compact, but everything is there. Good location.

Wonderful and super helpful staff made my stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend their Pakko noodles (fried pork chop with bone) - it was very crunchy and surprised that it wasn’t salty and oily

But indoor pool was the cloudiest (dirty) I’ve ever seen out of all of Japan’s resort hotel pools, community center, or school pools that I’ve been to so far (over 10)

Food; Buffet breakfast was great, my kids love it! But I will recommend more options (combini) around the hotel for easy snacks during the day for kids and adults

Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. Liked lounge at 35 floor with a great view over citi and afternoon tea and cocktails

Went back to this hotel where we had stayed over 35+ years to the roundevous Lounge in the main reception area, and had some lovely sandwiches and coffee. Great service as atmosphere and surprisingly reasonable.

There is a FedEx box on the first floor (to the left when you get in) - it is not very big, be careful with big boxes! Reception staff was very helpful, showed me the box, printed an additional page and was super supportive! 5 starts - big thank you!

The historical hotel in Tokyo that established since 1890's. it's located in the mid of business center and shopping area in Tokyo city. This luxurious hotel is very comfy and the staffs are very helpful

Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.

Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it

Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.

The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive

Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks

This is the best personal hotel I've ever seen with an excellent buffet. Not only the view of the hotel rooms are awesome, but also there are several recreation in different floors

They have a pool and hot tub with an amazing view, a steam room, sauna, and Japanese style bath. The western breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try the Japanese style breakfast

If you have big luggage, please ask the driver to alight you at the back of the hotel because there is no slope at the entrance. It is a 30-40m long stairs down but not an issue
