Nice place to stay and also cheapest price in a regular days they serve buffet and they have clean rooms

Hotel has a nice view of Tokyo Bay. My room got a view of Rainbow Bridge which is beautiful for both day and night time. Room is larger than some other hotels in Tokyo but the location is a bit far from the city

Just closed to Odaiba and TeamLabs. Breakfast is good with variety choices. If you like sashimi, this hotel is a right choice for you

very nice onsen spa place here, we got enjoy a lot, most important is the great breakfast, I like the ikura can refill nonstop , happy with that , also miss that a lot

Great hotel near Toyosu fish market with roof top outdoor hot springs. The room is spacious, clean and provides all the necessary amenities.

For better or for worse, 6000ish yen/night on a weekday (Sept. 2017) means "you get what you pay for"

The hotel is about 5minute walk to Tawaramachi stn on Ginza line. It is 2 stop from Ueno stn, where the Keisei train to/from Narita. Stay 4nights room is small as expexted but clean as usual Toyoko inn standard

I almost always stay in this hotel when in Tokyo for the following reasons: it is located. within a short walking distance from a metro station. price of the room, especially if you take a twin/double room

Location is great, breakfast is good too. My room had a strong smell of smoke, though smoking is allowed in the hotel, I would still prefer the room to be refreshed after the previous visitor

The 2nd stay at this chain hotel. Value for money with the good location. 5-10 minutes by walk to subway station. You can store the luggage here after checking out for free of charge.

A room with all you need Very good price in tokyo Close to Asakusa and ueno Good breakfast but limited options

There is a kettle in the room to make a complimentary tea or coffee and a hair dryer is also provided. The rooms are clean and modern as well and the friendly and helpful staff speak English quite well

Brilliant location literally a minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku. The hotel is very clean, but tiny by western standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good food choice and quality

7-10 min walk to train station, bars and restaurants galore on your doorstep and within a 10 min walk. The room I stayed in was extremely clean, the shower had great pressure, and it was more than comfortable to stay in

The reception at the front desk was also refreshing. What was particularly good was that the room I stayed in had 4 locations and many outlets just for USB charging, so it was very easy to use

Hotaku hotel was perfectly situated in the district of Akihabara, we were never more than a 10 to 15 minute walk from subway, trains, nice places to eat and of course all of the amazing gaming and fantasy arcades and stores

The hotel itself was super clean and the self check-in and checkout facilities worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Hotaku hotel to anyone staying in the heart of Tokyo!

Convenient shops like 7-11, lawson, daily yamazaki, family mark all nearby. One small supermarket, aeon can be found just less than 5 mins walk. Easy access for travellers who bring small kid

The boss studied in Japan when he was a student, and now he is a Chinese boss full of positive energy in Japan. I was very lucky to choose Akiba Hotel during my business trip

Whenever I encounter a problem, I can find the boss who knows everything and everything will be solved smoothly. Like for China's positive energy! 👍👍

Since this is not a business trip, I'm on a tight budget, so am able to put up with such minor inconveniences

Swichet from nearby Hoteleyia to this hotel and was really amazed..much much beter overall just added extra 400 yen...but service improved so much

For Internet connection, the hotel offers both Wi-Fi and much faster LAN access. I'll appreciate the latter once I start processing and publishing photos instead of rushing around taking them

The building may be much newer than Hoteiya, but the room is visibly smaller, only three tatami mats. After only four months away, my knees are no longer accustomed to sitting on the floor

Staff was very kind and accommodated our English. Everyone was so nice and understanding that we can’t help but give them the maximum rating. The service was swift and kind and accommodations were wonderful and awesome

As a budget hotel, APA is not bad. Rooms are small but clean. Staff are friendly too. JR station is far from the hotel that you have to walk 8 to 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is considered as “quiet” in Tokyo.

If you find yourself here, keep in mind you are in Japan! It’s a beautiful country and the opportunity you have is wonderful and exciting

It’s right by the train station and right by some avenues that hold awesome sushi, udon, convenience stores, and other wonderful places

We hope to come back when my Japanese is more fluent and truly thank them for their time and effort. Location wise: it’s a great spot

The pillows are a bit hard and the WiFi wasn’t the best, but none of that mattered to us, as the staff and service were wonderful

So far out of the 3 hotels Nikko was by far the largest property wise, our park view was stunning, and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! There were so many choices of Japanese and Western dishes as well as a large variety of kid friendly options and a massive drink bar

Our first time staying at the Grand Nikko and it did not disappoint! We’ve stayed at the Hilton and Sheraton Disney but wanted to try something different and was very pleasantly surprised

There’s a free shuttle bus to Maihama and Bayside Station otherwise you could easily walk to Bayside station and get there in about 3-5 minutes

i stayed here the foods, rooms, and services are very good and i wanna stay in this hotel 🏨 again if we ever go to tokyo Disneyland ..

It was a very beautiful hotel and the view was fantastic. We went in July and the rooms were a bit hot. We had somewhat of difficult time trying to stay cool, and had to open the windows at night

Very nostalgic looking and it reminded me of hotels back in the 1990's. The breakfast was outstanding and so much to choose from. Dinner however did not have much of a selection to choose from

The mini rooms don't allow a lot of floor space but that's obviously what you pay for. The cafe downstairs serves breakfast, lunch and dinner also catering to customers outside of the hotel

Standard Room (#703) @wiredhotel in Tokyo. Hipster-ish hotel, in a great location with a good breakfast. The staff was friendly, the room was clean & they even provided yukata

Options are limited but delicious. We never had trouble getting a table. English was spoken by all staff, who were all extremely helpful

Ambient is super comfortable, food is good. Everything’s perfect! I recommend you to come! Better for chats and to rest but not homework or DIY as the lighting is quite dim.

It's difficult for me to be objective when my stay was made excellent by so many different things, but I'll try. The staff speak enough English to help you settle in. Their attitude towards foreigners is also really nice

I'm a fan of games, anime and otaku culture, so I spent a lot of my time out in Akihabara. To get there, it's two stops west on the Tsukuba Express, for which the station is actually the closest one to the hotel

Just south of the temple is where you'll find the confusing cluster of buildings and tunnels referred to as Asakusa Station. Lines are spread out among three different companies and it's hard to walk between them

You can't expect to have an in-depth conversation about movies, but you can expect to be treated with respect and valued as a guest. You will not be made to feel stupid for not knowing the language

You have space to walk, sleep and store your stuff. I was very tempted to invite some friends over to play videogames, but it is important to note that non-staying guests are explicitly prohibited

If you're confident enough to eat at local businesses, you really should. There are many small restaurants and food stands all over the Asakusa area and everything you can get is delicious

The tatami in the room is refreshing and clean, the bedding is fluffy and moisture-free, the yukata is skin-friendly, and the facilities such as hair dryers and refrigerators are all available, which is even more considerate than some hotels

Surrounding it are the bustling business district of Ueno Park, and because it is close to the general hospital, it forms a natural soundproof belt, allowing the streets to maintain a clean and peaceful atmosphere

The Japanese tatami inn I stayed in this time made me deeply appreciate the unique charm of Tokyo's quietness in the bustle. The inn is located within a ten-minute walk from the central exit of Ueno Station

The check-in experience is full of ingenuity that blends tradition and modernity. Behind the semi-enclosed reception desk, an old Japanese gentleman guided the check-in process in gentle Japanese

This accommodation experience, which combines convenient transportation with cultural immersion, is worth recommending to tourists who pursue in-depth travel

If there is a flaw, it is probably that the old-fashioned elevator is a bit slow to respond, but this actually adds to the authenticity of the Showa style
