Friendly stuff and clean rooms. Good value for money

before writing the review, I want to tell you that Mr. Branco is a special man, besides the fact that we had a room reserved for 3 people, he offered us an apartment, very clean, great food, parking, well positioned by beach! If you need any information, call Mr. Branco with confidence,on a rainy day he offered us his umbrella!I feel at home here! Alexander.



This is a very nice family run hotel... The staff is exceptional... The people here are very friendly and open and I had a really nice time talking with all of the people here... The rooms were very spacious and the furniture was really good... The room also had a very spacious balcony and the hotel provided its own parking which was pretty convenient... A couple of things though, the water was very slow to drain in the washroom washbasin and the shower surface was a bit disfigured... Also, the hotel does not have an elevator... Other than that, it was really great... The hotel is located at walking distance from the beach...

This Hotel is very nice , they have an olive garden and parking space for free. It is not a big hotel but I felt it as very warm and cuzy.

We will go there again for sure.

The beach is not to far away.

Camfotable hotel, delicious food, magnificent and quite olive-trees garden, and with Super Branco, makes your holidays unforgetable.

In the heart of Budva (new) we have reserved a hospitality fantastic us immediately to our arrival drink. A few minutes and we were allocated the rooms we were in 7 pairs), all very comfortable and spotless. Equipped with air conditioning, TV and fridge, and well soundproofed from the external environment have allowed us a great relaxation. Mr. Branco (the owner) spoke good Italian, and he suggested the small tour in the surroundings to better appreciate the beauty of the Country do not miss a visit to Kotor . Excellent dinners that we enjoyed in the garden of the property. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and varied. In last I would point out that the owner has removed his machines from the box to have that we could park our bikes. The sea was very close but we preferred to move south where we found the beaches and fabulous sea. I think that I will return soon.

Nice hotel at a central spot but in a somewhat quiet area. Super friendly host who did his best to meet all our needs and requests. Decent standard with all the essentials and ok breakfast. Nothing super special but great value for money if you want to spend a couple of days in Budva.

Comfortable and relaxed, Hotel Oliva does everything possible to make the traveler feel welcome and at home. The owner, Branko, is extremely friendly and came out to help us with parking when we arrived. He invited us for a drink on the house as soon as we arrived and got us checked in effortlessly. The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely balcony and plenty of privacy. The bathroom was a little bit small, but not ridiculously so. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of homemade food and fresh fruit. All of it served in a peaceful courtyard with a fountain and shady olive trees. Dinner was also excellent, and my wife and I ate here twice during our 3 night visit. The tomato risotto is delicious, as is the seafood in general and the fresh tomato salad (amazing tomatoes!). The menu was quite large and portions were generous. The parking situation is not ideal, and the street can be tricky to navigate, but the staff and Branko are willing to help. Speaking of staff, everyone here was wonderful and well trained. I don't know everyone's names (it seems to be a lot of Branko's family members), but the two Serbian girls who are working here for the summer, Ana and Vesna, were really kind and thoughtful. The cooks and the housekeeper were always accommodating and friendly as well (I don't know their names but they were all excellent). I would stay here again with no hesitation.
