I staid in the CNC Residence this September, for 3 weeks and a half (September 2nd-September 28th). This is probably the best stay I had in Bangkok (and it makes many years I come every September...), and price was very affordable. Room was big (I should not talk about room, but about apartment, I guess...), and included part of it being a living-room, a big table for dinner, a small kitchen with all you may need, included a washing machine, a micro-wave oven, etc. The sleeping-room itself is big, and so is the bed. It has a little balcony, ideal to let your laundry drying when it is not raining. Bathroom is nice too. Apartment has 2 TV : a big one in the sleeping-room, a small one in the living-room. Staff is very sympathic, and always here in case some help is needed. Residence also has a nice pool on the 6th floor. There is also a parking for those, like me, who like to rent a motorcycle. But BTS stations Phrom Phong and Asok are not far, which is very practical when going in the center for shopping... Many restaurants in the vicinity, of all kind. Anything negative about CNC Residence ? I am still searching... but I can't find !!! My onle hope ? To find accomodation there for my next holidays in Thailand in September 2024, as I really liked the experience !

We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023. Was slight concerned as there was no new reviews on here for ages. I understand why this is though, this building is used for mainly long term rentals, as we spoke to the manager on the last night. We had a 2 bedroom room here on the 26th floor. We paid next to nothing for it, and it was so good. We had a balcony, with a great view, the air conditioning for each room was great. The beds were comfy, we had a huge fridge freezer, a washing machine. Honestly I could stay here for weeks on end and be happy. With it being a long term rental type of place to, it meant the pool area was always quiet. So everytime we used the pool it was just us. My friend used the gym, it was just him, it was lush ! Location wise, its about a 5 minute walk to the BTS, there is a 7-Eleven close by too. Overall, would happily stay here again. Hopefully next year !

The staff at CNC is great. In the lobby, Marawan and the rest of the excellent staff will get you settled in and answer all your questions.
The suites are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The housekeeping staff takes extra special care to make you comfortable during your stay.
Breakfast is a buffet at an extra cost. A westerner might look at the breakfast buffet and think he/she was showing up for the lunch buffet. Only toast, egg, and sausage were available for a western breakfast, everything else being local dishes.
CNC is in the Sukhumvit area. Nearby is the BTS and a shopping mall with all the major brands

The rooms on the upper floors are noisy due to remodeling work.
When I made a claim, I was moved to a room on the lower floor and it was resolved, but I don't understand why they didn't allocate a room on the lower floor from the beginning.

Hotel services are available. There are convenience stores, bars, and restaurants nearby, but it is a little distance to Pattaya City

Excellent spacious apartment with a great view over Phrom Phong district in Bangkok. Very close to the BTS and shops but lovely and quiet. Pool and gym are great. Staff are lovely.
