Great hotel with great room service and amenities. Very clean spacious rooms. My only complaint would be the thin walls. I couldn’t hear my neighbors but any noise in my room could be heard in the corridor. Very friendly and hospitable staff. We had a suite room and was well sized for its price. Quite location, 7 mins walk away from big C and 7 eleven. Great eating options nearby. Totally recommend.

Clean hotel, room had good aircon, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, water, TV. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good - nice selection that was well presented. Friendly staff. Very good value for money

It’s a nice and quiet place. For people looking for some me time, nothing is going on around the area or at the Hotel. Restaurant at the hotel is the only eye light. Come here if you want a hideout.

Rooms are spacious, king bed was comfy. The only problem we had was it was raining real hard at that time and we woke up with water all over the floor. The water seeped in from the windows, we had to call a housekeeper to clean the mess. They have good breakfast and tasty dinner

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is very old, and everything inside the room shows signs of heavy wear and poor maintenance. Even the bed sheet had a hole that was patched up in a very sloppy way, yet they still used it. The paint in the room was peeling and chipped, and the walls near the bed were dirty with visible stains and marks. The room itself did not feel clean at all.
The air conditioning was not cold and made loud noises throughout the night. The shower area was dirty, especially the shower head, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Basic amenities were almost non-existent — not even a pair of slippers was provided. The only item given was an old, worn-out bath towel with frayed edges. There was no hand towel or face towel.
This was especially disappointing because just one day before, I stayed at another hotel in the Saphan Khwai area for 400 THB less, and it provided full amenities: toothbrushes, complete bathroom supplies, clean towels, and overall much better quality.
Additionally, the hotel gave only one key card per room, which is very inconvenient when staying with another person. If one guest leaves with the card, the other is left without electricity or air conditioning in the room and must wait to be let back in.
Breakfast was also disappointing — very limited selection and definitely not worth the price paid.
Overall, this hotel does not offer value for money at all. The facilities, cleanliness, and service are far below acceptable standards for the rate charged. I would not recommend staying here.

Very bad experience as the air conditioning not cold. Also the bathroom water supply were very low and there are very noisy due to the construction at the back of the hotel.

Location is far from any market place. Anyone looking for quiet place then its ok. At night you will not get any restaurants nearby. I asked for a extra pillow and they asked extra 50 baht per night. But unfortunately they couldn't provide me the pillow even. Anyone going for exploring, this hotel is not for you

Thumbs up for the staff here. The check-in process was quick. I have problem with internet connection in my room. After i reported the issue, i got prompt response from the staff. They were all polite and the cleaner as well. Really impressed with the service. Just one thing about this place is the location is quite remote. It's hard to get on public transportation. It will be earlier if you have a private car or taxi.

Customer service has no service mind, especially a woman at the front. I arrived hotel about 15.00 but no reception there. When she came, she look moody. She didn’t explain about the price detail, like it’s exclude breakfast. By the way, the room were cleaned and very good. There is parking too.
