We stay at Holiday in for five days. Overall, we are very satisfied about the room and the surface provided by various staff member members. The housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, front desk and particularly the lobby ambassador Eve have been extremely helpful in different ways. Eve helps us to find ways to different tourist attractions and also currency exchange. She is always pleasant and helpful.
The room is very clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The washroom is a bit small but good enough for 2 people. I like the idea of various lotion and shampoo etc in larger bottles. There is a lot less plastic waste.
We had a buffet dinner which was very delicious at the reasonable price.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to help. Most of the services offered by the hotel are available 24/7. It's very central but no as crowded as some other core areas. Some rooms look "older" than others but it's not a big issue. All rooms are very spacious and you can tell the cleaning is done properly.

Mattress is very comfortable, room ambient is calm and relaxing.
Huge bathroom with all you need in case you forgot anything at home.

Buffet breakfast with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, breads and coffee machine for great cappuccinos.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and was impressed by the beautiful, comfortable rooms and excellent service. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our experience truly enjoyable. I particularly want to highlight Miss Pé, the receptionist, whose helpfulness and attention to detail stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable stay!

This is an exceptional Holiday Inn! Right from your arrival…you are greeted with warm and genuine Thai hospitality. Everybody makes eye contact and is friendly. Rooms are spacious with nice views. Food is very good - great menus that cater for various international guests. Nice breakfast. Pool, tennis court and gym. Overall…a great hotel - well done to the GM Mr Kim and his team 👍

This hotel is the best place to stay in Bangkok. The bed was comfortable,best sevice and great staffs. Breakfast was great with varities of food. Also the global doctor clinic located at the G floor. Just Everything we needed.

Our honeymoon stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcomed. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful ambiance that perfectly complements its prime location in Bangkok. The food was exceptional, offering a delightful array of options to satisfy our taste buds. However, the real highlight of our stay was the Executive Club. The service was top-notch, with every staff member going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we would highly recommend Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom to anyone looking for a luxurious and romantic getaway in the heart of Bangkok.

An extremely awesome stay, combined with a perfect ambience and a lovely gastronomic experience made our stay at this beautiful hotel a wonderful one. The check in process was smooth with Ginger and YoYo at the check in who were brilliant. The chefs at the restaurant deserve a pat on their back who ensured that our vegetarian diet was catered on. A wonderful layout at the buffet breakfast was an icing on the cake. The concierge service led by Sam made our experience super who were always ready with a smile. All in all, a highly recommended place with my possibility of going there once again. Kudos to the entire team!!

This has to be one of the best value for money Holiday Inn's in the world. The staff and service here are exceptional. Nothing is ever too much trouble. As a loyal IHG member I feel very valued and for a change I am doing a positive review. The breakfast choice is up there with any 5 Star Hotel. Highly recommended.

We have stayed on this property last 13 years on our every visit here and we absolutely love the service, location, rooms, hospitality. Want to point out the club rooms with executive lounge and their services. Outstanding staff. Good value for money.
