I recently returned to the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park and was truly impressed by the improvements since my last visit. On a previous stay, I had some unfortunate experiences that left me disappointed. However, I am happy to say that those issues have been fully resolved, and this time I felt genuinely valued as a guest.
One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the Club Lounge. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, and the happy hour from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM is a fantastic experience, offering a nice selection of drinks and delicious snacks. I would especially like to commend the lounge staff – Kathy, Pop, and Puri – who provided outstanding, professional service. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made all the difference and turned my stay into something truly special.
Another standout feature is the pool area, which is beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Whether you're swimming or simply enjoying the peaceful setting, it’s a great place to unwind.
Thanks to the wonderful improvements and exceptional team, I have completely revised my previous negative opinion and am now looking forward to staying regularly at the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park again. Highly recommended!
