I was there to pick up my tourists so no rating on the room. I do like the hotel location and hospitality, standards as 5- stars hotel. Service is very good. Hotel is located right next to the BTS skytrain station and very easy to access, there is also the corridor connected to the hotel, so you do not need to go down to the street and enter to the hotel, save your time and really safe. Toilet was clean and neat. Lobby area was decorated in a luxury style and modern with flowers and lights. Not too much crowded and not noisy. Cozy and peaceful place to wait calmly for the companion. I would imagine that the room would be very comfy too.

Luxurious, spacious and beautiful hotel right in the cbd of Bangkok. Access to train station directly from the third floor, super attentive staff and superb buffet breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options. My husband and I spent a couple of night here in occasion of our wedding anniversary and the staff of the Hotel made us feel special and welcome since the beginning of our stay. Could not recommend this place enough, we will definitely come back! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

What an amazing hotel! Granted that it’s not next to SIAM Icon but that’s the beauty of it - you’re away from the noise but close enough to travel via the MRT (access through the 3rd floor!!! 😊)
The staff’s amazing and the rooms are gorgeous!
Stayed for 6 nights and it made the whole trip to Bangkok a memorable one!
Pro tip: get the lounge access option. For cocktails and a little more personal service during breakfast. It’s worth it!

Fantastic staff with amazing and professional service throughout our stay. Very clean room and bathroom and public spaces. The room service food was delicious, and the Thai massage was perfect. The pool had a great view and enough deck chairs, but can imagine it gets busy in more popular months as it’s not huge. Also lots of options for breakfast. But the lovely staff were definitely the highlight!

I really loved staying there, the staff are so nice I recommend !! I went there during a solo trip and it was my birthday. They brought me some pastry and they were really sweet !
Breakfast was good too, I stayed in a deluxe room the one with the bathtub close to the window with the city view. Everything was perfect. The executive lounge I didn't use it that much I would recommend having breakfast at the glass restaurant instead there are more choices it's a big buffet.
The pool looked nice and the sunset is great to watch at happy hours !
I also recommend taking a cooking class nearby :)

This hotel located at strategic location, having a connected walkway from its level 3 to the BTS train station. Just few station away from the central Siam. For those who wants to stay not too far from the happening place yet avoiding too crowded place to rest for the night. Riew from concierge is the best, patiently explaining and giving guidance on every questions we asked. Buffet breakfast was great too. Loving this place.

Gabbi, the hotel concierge, was very helpful with us.
We asked him how to rent a motorcycle in the city and he immediately made several calls in the local language, providing us with a reliable company where we rented a scooter thanks to him who made our stay in the city more enjoyable and fun.
I highly recommend this hotel and its staff if you are going to Bangkok.

Located in the business district with direct, covered walkway from subway to hotel. One stop on either direction will take you to local areas where you will find shops, restaurants, and massage stores.
The hotel offers nice gym, pool, sun deck area.
Breakfast offers quality and variety.
All staff were pleasant and helpful. Especially, Chef Manop, he went out of his way to get me some freshly made bread pudding, some nice.
Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed 9 nights and overall it was good. The check in process was quick and easy. Special thanks to Jina for helping me with photocopies for upcoming travels.
Great service at the pool and housekeeping was thorough.
However, every time I ordered a Grab ride, the staff would ask too see my phone (even grab it), check driver details and twice - cancelled my ride and insisted I take the hotel taxi. This did not sit well with me but perhaps others require such assistance. Asking if help was required would go over better.
