The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It features a swimming pool, and the lobby offers comfortable, soft sofas for guests to relax. Its location is excellent, being just 50-60 meters from the train station. There's also a large parking lot available, and a popular trendy cafe located right on the ground floor.

The rooms were clean. However, a hairdryer should really be provided in every room, though having one kettle per floor is understandable. This time, we encountered a parking issue; the slope leading to the hotel entrance has deteriorated, causing our car to scrape its underside. If we were to stay again, we'd have to use a different entrance. It would be helpful if guests were informed about quiet hours and how to properly use the inter-room phone system to avoid disturbing others.

Located just next to the train station, super convenient. The room is spacious and clean. Has a pool as well, although didn’t have the time to use it, still great to have at this price.

The room was spacious, and the staff were lovely. My only minor gripe was that the bathroom felt a little cramped. On the bright side, there's a Smart TV with Netflix access.

The hotel is decent. It offers ample parking and is conveniently located near Chiang Mai train station.

We both stayed for 1 night.The hotel closed to train station and local transport then restaurant bar along street very convenient .

The room was large, spacious, new, and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The pillows were a bit firm, but I didn't wake up with any neck pain. My main disappointment was realizing that booking through an agent was more expensive than booking directly with the hotel, and breakfast wasn't even included – I had to pay extra for it.
