Imm Hotel Thaphae -SHA Extra Plus in Chiang Mai

I stayed here for about ten days. First off, it has literally the best location as you have access to everything from local markets to Nightly and Sunday night markets. The staff were generally kind and helpful (shoutout to Ben, the young lady with the biggest smile at all times). Unfortunately, one night I was assaulted across from the hotel for which I asked for assistance with an emergency call which was turned down by an angry overnight staff member who literally said it’s none of our business.
Shower curtains were dirty and the shower hose was extremely badly stained (quick tip: household bleach removed all that in about 10 minutes.)
The staff also forgot to leave fresh towels for me in my rooms after a cleanup. The other extremely annoying thing was staff communicating/talking on their walkie talkies very early in the morning outside of the rooms in the hallways which woke me up almost all the time (which led me to change the sign from “do not disturb” to “please look after my room” because I simply couldn’t sleep more.
Overall a good experience and I might visit this place again in the future.

The location is good, but the staff service is poor and they handle customer needs in a rude manner.
