We like this hotel very much even it’s for young couples and WiFi is not free.

The door to the closet broken - did not close, hot water is generally not reached, since our enclosure on the hill was. The Jacuzzi though was, but the sense that there is no hot water

There are three pools, one with aquacoral, gym, area for relaxing. Conducted and karaoke and discos and foam parties. In the evening comes the hookah. There is a sand beach with a stone

Liked. Very. Plan to return this year, Angelique. They say there is spent renovation, hence, will be even better. I hope all of last year's staff, especially animators, will be this year?

Nice hotel, great food, friendly staff, good animation, settled into the room ahead of time, there are shortcomings is a maid or almost its absence!

Beer, tea, rum, soda drink - do not want! Tomorrow, lunch, dinner and even evening soup - all inclusive. But enrage people eat like pigs, gain an abundance of food, little by little bite and leave

But they don't want to eat something more. Water to drink is only from distribute. Cola - i think that it is mixed with water. Swimming pool with slides for kids- third day i feel much sand with gravel

Sunbeds were never an issue you can still stroll down at 8 o'clock and get one with a sun brolly which is a big plus as most places you go it's a fight for beds

My kids fell over about 100 times! Also do not leave your stuff by the pool when your swimming with your children because someone stole my sons brand new genuine crocs and replaced them with there old scruffy fake ones that were obviously to small for my son

30 and the queue is massive , all though you can buy one from shop near the pool for 3 euro each so I just did that for my 2 when ever they wanted, great for a 5 star hotel never known anything like this

I was in 2023 with my family & friends, and then we will decided, that we have to come again to this beautiful place. So it’s 2025 and we was also there just with family in te period 22-29th of June

I stayed at the hotel with my family and all the stuff made our vacation unforgettable. From the first minute we felt very welcomed at the hotel and Darina from the reception help us with all special requests

An excellent hotel with wonderful food, sea views and service staff. Maria, on reception, is the best I've ever encountered, either in Türkiye or any other hotel, where nothing is too much trouble for her

So basically if it was not for food poisoning, I would just say it is decent but staff at the reception, pool bar, next to indoor pool really need to improve and act their job with some smile, better responding style

I rested in the hotel for 7 days, during this time I had pleasant feelings, good service, the rooms were cleaned every day, the food was varied, including vegetables and fruits, on the territory there are swimming pools, a slide, there is a gym, every evening there were various programs, discos held by and entertaining people, the animator Salih♡ is talented and funny, very kind and friendly staff

The pool party was a great experience and every night we could enjoy different events that he organized. All the guys from the bar are super friendly and nice, always smiling and making so cozy atmosphere

; I was disappointed most time in staff, they work at reception without any joy, you almost feel like you are troubling them that you came over, the same was with guy at the pool bar and next to indoor pool

The hotel is in the center, there is a store across the road, very convenient, it is a pity that there is no elevator. The view is beautiful, there is a pool and access to the sea

The room cleaning was perfect, I found it cleaner than I expected, the food was perfect, the care and attention was perfect, everything about the accommodation was perfect...

Just sooo diffrant and just try it its fantastic place and atmosphere

I chose it because of its location, it is a beach that I always go to the restaurant and enjoy, but unfortunately I have had technical problems since the day I arrived, thanks to the front desk manager, he resisted very much not to change the room in the category I purchased and left me in a difficult situation, he made me struggle with the air conditioner for 2 days but then my room was changed

The only good thing is the attention of the bar team and I would like to thank Tülay and Dicle from housekeeping, they were very helpful in terms of room cleaning and needs, they made my holiday beautiful

There were two pools each with a bar and one had slides which were fun, although they were only running from 3-5pm. Alcoholic drinks are Efes beer, gin and vodka but not all bars served the spirits

Cakes were served in between lunch and dinner by one of the pools for about an hour or so. All in all I really enjoyed my time there, weather was fantastic too, I'd go back again. No complaints with our room too

Was a bit disappointed that the beach bar didn't serve food at the time it stated, there was no food served there at all but was still nice despite that, they served the drinks and tbh breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is enough for me

Had a great time, to be honest I haven't done many all inclusive holidays like this one but I thought the food was really nice for the lunch and dinner buffet especially (you won't be happy if you like chips and burgers though)

Read a lot of negative reviews of this hotel but I know from past experience it can come down to an odd negative experience someone had, there's probably a lot of people who had a good time but don't bother to write a review

The staff overall were good even though some struggled a bit with English, the hotel could do with a makeover in places as it looked a bit worn but all in all can't grumble much considering what we paid

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

The pools are nice and we found the beach nice as well. The staff were friendly and helpful

Overall an excellent experience 👌🏻 Staff worked tirelessly, polite , and kept exceptionally clean. food options were delicious and varied. only downside was the pebbled beach and the variety of inclusive drinks

As a hotel it is one of the rare hotels in Alanya that is located right on the sea in a beautiful location, I can say that I have been there a few times, the grounds are very large and spacious, the staff are very friendly and very good, the rooms are very good and very clean, they keep the standards at a high level, customer satisfaction is very good, there are many options for food, it appeals to...

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Coffee and beer are good only in the lobby bar. An excellent option for reasonable money. The only downside for those who like to sleep early in building 1 is concerts until 23-00

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

We are on holiday now, the very end of October. The weather and sea are simply fabulous, the hotel did not disappoint

Water slides are only open between 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 16:00. They say mini bars in room are restocked with water every day. There is a Guest Relations desk in the reception. They don't speak English there

Overall, the entertainment is excellent, and the staff is friendly. While waiting in line for a crowded meal can be a bit tedious, the staff does their best to ensure you have a wonderful holiday

A word of caution for those who enjoy alcohol: most bars are non-alcoholic, but even when they are, the staff is helpful and offers a variety of cocktail options. The glasses are generally on the card

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

There are plenty of activities for children, the children's animators are great, and there are plenty of activities for adults as well. Overall, it was a great vacation, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

We booked hammam in the hotel. Massages were wonderful (masseuses Ayu and Era). Beach is clean with many sunbeds and umbrellas. Hotel is offering free bus to the city center

This is their first hotel in Turkey that we've stayed in that offered truly unrestricted access for disabled people including and hoist chair for the main swimming pool and even fantastic access for wheelchair users to access the beach

Beach bar is great, rooftop bar is great for sunset. Wasn't sure what to expect as half the reviews seem fake but is a genuinely good all-inclusive hotel for the money

We recently (last week of october) visited this hotel for a short family vacation, and as a person of color traveling with my family, I was pleased to find the hotel staff to be very welcoming

Great hotel, consisting 200 rooms in apartment blocks. Great staff, willing to do anything they can to assist. Huge dining area, with self service

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

The pool was brilliant and the cocktail bar was good although the tiny plastic cups were a bit of a let down and the fact that we couldn’t have cocktails all day as they stopped them when the restaurant was open but it did the job

The amusement team was the best part of the hotel loads of activities and being welcomed it felt great I got to know one of the guys called CAN i got on really well with him and had some great banter throughout our stay we are still in touch now! All in all a good trip and would recommend for a cheaper holiday

Really hungry as we had been delayed only option for food was a delivery reception staff ordered 2 terrible kebabs for £40! Rooms were spacious and comfortable in the 5 days we were there we didnt see a cleaner

They showed me the room next to ours and that was perfect. However on arrival they gave him a different room totally unexceptable then charged him £50 to move to the room they had showed me

There is an entertainment program in the pool and in the evenings in the amphitheater. There is a lot of entertainment, your hotel guide. I recommend both for a relaxing and active holiday, including with children

I also used the hotel photographer's service and now have beautiful photos with a parrot – he’s not there every day, so if he offers, I suggest taking the opportunity

I’m very happy with my stay at the hotel. We got a room with a beautiful sea view (a small downside – from time to time there was an unpleasant smell from the drains, but it was easy to air out)

The hotel covers a huge area – there are little shuttle buses taking guests to the beach and reception, but after the first day, once you know where everything is, it doesn’t feel far at all

I highly recommend this hotel. Both the reception staff and the animation team were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Esra, Onurcan and Hakan. The rooms were large, clean, the food was also good.

*Pool/Services* The pool was cool and a good size, some of it is permanently in the shade which is good for the heat. The sun-bed situation wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen but a choosy

This was the same in the evenings. The cocktail selection quite limited - beer and wine were ok for an all inclusive. Spirits weren’t too bad - obviously watered down but not too much

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

The food is OK, the selection is small , but hungry you will not stay and does not happen such that not enough someone. Near the sea, with the still need?

The pool and the area around it was very dirty. Smoking allowed almost everywhere. Could not be by the pool without someone smoking right next to you. It was a complete free-for-all

Excellent hotel for its 4* works well. Cleaning every day, good Internet. Hungry of course you're not staying. But the selection is small, the soup is always just 1. With all the snacking turns feeding 7 times a day

Room and more and do not all have Wi Fi everywhere and good speed. The staff is friendly, food sea, that's the only-very little fruit. This is bad, but maybe just not the season. The pool is clean, clean thoroughly

And the beach is all a fairy tale! Very close to the Cleopatra beach, a few minutes walk along the beach from the hotel beach, although our beach is also great. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel

We had an excelent holiday at Azur! The staff is very nice, the food is great, and the entertainment programs are very fun! The hotel has it's own water slides by the pool which we enjoyed very much, and we really liked that the beach is very close to the hotel!

How many hours they are working? 🤔 Swimming pool was missing a lot of instructions because every day there was a cups of drinks, plates … papers … dirty in all! The boss of the hotel needs to improve this! It’s not for a 5 star hotel! But… Ofcourse, it’s not my last visit in this hotel but and I hope, for the next year it will be everything different ❤️

More, if 4 cleaning ladies needed to clean one swimming pool toilet together, than what about the rest of hotel? Everywhere was so slippy, no paper towels 🧻, no soup for hands… smelled badly… After 12 o’clock, it was not possible to see any cleaning lady

If it’s a five star hotel, why the guests didn’t got any different food? Turkey kitchen has a lot of good meal… but it seems, you guys forgot it to show…It was very similar meal every day that in the last days we didn’t eat anything…only fruits! And fruits it was amazing! Second of all, cleaning stuff? In 12 days our room wasn’t cleaned up, only Changed towels… the girl who worked in our floor seemed...

The room was very comfy, and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day the animators are responsible for the good vibes around the pool, they give their best to make you enjoy your staying

Place This is very big hotel with restaurant, spa, pools, slides, bara, disco etc. Everything is here so literally you don't have to go anywhere to spend awesome time

There's always something happening next to the main pool area and of course, all the fun is on the slides, haha

And it is so big, with many slides (life guards are there as well!) - the biggest one I saw in the neighbourhood. Yesterday we had kids party with cotton candy, popcorn and slides

Evenings are best - bubble show, baloon show, turkish night and so on! You can't be bored here. Aquapark is opened not all the time, but its good - you have time to rest and eat

This is very good hotel!!! I'm saying here now, for 12 days in sum. And believe me, if food or water here were toxic, we would knew that as normally we have gentle stomachs

Hotel Crowding: - The hotel is extremely busy, making it hard to find peace in public areas. - Mealtimes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are very crowded. Beach: - Shared with two other hotels, making it busy

- Busy road to cross to reach the beach, and cars do not stop. - Alcoholic drinks at the beach bar are charged, though fizzy drinks are free. - Basic food options at the beach

Separately, I want to say about food. Buffet and almost every day different, great choice. Drinks are not very alcoholic, so drunks were rarely seen, more often cheerful). The beach is private and equipped

If you go to the hotel’s beach, the sunbed rental is cheaper. Two sunbeds and an umbrella – 360 lira

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

For example, under the bed in our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and dirty dishes sat in the hallway for at least two days. The hallways felt neglected, even though the pool area was spotless

💧 Regarding the All Inclusive – I expected better. Water dispensers were often empty, and the juice machines frequently only poured water

The room is a bit small, we would have liked to have had towels in the bathroom for washing our hands, which we missed. The pool times were also very limited, but overall everything was really nice

Price level and service are okay. Closer to a four-star standard compared to a typical three-star in Europe. Shopping, sights, and the beach – all within walking distance

This hotel is beautiful, lovely and modern. Our room was great and cleaned frequently. The animation team was great. Always remembered our names and made us feel like we was friends and got us involved in the activities

We enjoyed the daily pool game which was different each day, darts, water polo, aqua gym and Zumba. I already miss the morning dance! We watched some of the shows in the evening when we stayed in and they was good

Bingo was great, especially as we won! We got on well with one of the waiters who we always had a chat with and a laugh about football. The staff are always so busy doing something to keep the hotel clean and tidy

We went out for an evening meal and a day trip arranged by our rep which was very good. We arranged a private transfer as we have been to Alanya before and know how far away it is from the airport

The food was not catered for us but we did not go hungry and what we did eat was nice. The special cocktails was very nice and changed each time and each bar. The man in the shop on site was a very nice man
