We went on 07/1/2022 with a family with a child 1 year 4 months old, it turned out 7 nights, but 6 days, which of course is sad and not enough, but what can you do. We arrived at the hotel already at night at 02:00

As for food, well, in principle, it’s normal, you can eat, there is a lot of choice, but almost everything like that) you definitely won’t stay hungry. Ice cream is given 2 times a day, and very tasty

This hotel is mainly focused on tourists from Russia, bit a shame because 80 % of the personnel don’t even speak English. All the programs and animations are in Russian language

But they don't want to eat something more. Water to drink is only from distribute. Cola - i think that it is mixed with water. Swimming pool with slides for kids- third day i feel much sand with gravel

Several swimming pools and a water park with water slides (a bit incomprehensible limited opening hours) provide enough fun for the whole family

This hotel is amazing! I had such a good time, from the receptionist to all the staff and workers in this hotel, thank you! It was very nice, I appreciate the food so much and all the cocktails were delicious 😋 our room was clean, everyday! I loved the pool especially those with the slides 😁 I hope so much we can come back again

None cleans swimming pool? Lifeguards don’t care, because they are often sit with phones and talk with other people

The sea is just a short walk away with a rough and rocky entrance to the sea. Food and drink everywhere constant abundance, great choice. I won't rate the quality and taste, even in our family opinions differed a lot

Lovely stay at hotel Beach was a little bit dusty, not the usual type of sand. Food and drinks are nice, a good time had by all. 24 hour restaurant which serves drinks as well was well received

The pool party was a great experience and every night we could enjoy different events that he organized. All the guys from the bar are super friendly and nice, always smiling and making so cozy atmosphere

The meals only have one meat option, like a no red meat barbecue which varies; for example, one of the meals served a hamburger (but the kind without meat)

The rooms are very large and comfortable, we had a beautiful pool and sea view with a kettle and fridge in our room. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices and was of a very high standard

Enjoyed sitting at the pool bar and eating at the street food area, also spending time at the island bar and beach during the day

The food caters for as many nationalities as possible. I don't even like slides and enjoyed ourselves, no end. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a lifelong memory

Just had a lovely holiday with family at this hotel. First mention should be the AMAZING staff, they are really hard working, polite and very friendly

Nice rooms, good location, pools and slides are awesome. The beach is probably a bit rocky, as in the whole region. Rescuers really look after vacationers and are not too lazy to once again come up and watch the children

Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

There are queques everywhere (food, drinks, even elevators), swimming pool is very crowded, the are problems with finding tables to eat or drink. Also, it's very noisy (there's a loud music until midnight)

We vacationed for a week at the Orange County hotel. I came with the Hungarian hairstylists team to the 3-day International hairdressing show held at the hotel. The foods was varied and delicious

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Pools clean but not enough sunbeds. Better food over on the island but beach not great,dirty with cigarette ends and rocky getting in to sea not great if you have kids. Staff in restaurant really helpful and friendly

They lie, they don't refund even after not providing what was promised and timely cancelation (due to not providing agreed service in Grand Hamam Alanya which is also cheats on customers) they use word tricks to sell under pressure and when troubles or complaints appear - they avoid responsibility

Grand Kaptan, please check who do you let into your hotel (holiday Expert representative) because they are influencing the atmosphere and opinion about the hotel in a very negative way

We did not receive the right code necessary for fly check-in from the office, and the officials were „certainly” unreachable. We could manage our problem exclusively with the help of the man at the reception, Sidar

Regarding helpfulness I would like to enhance Sidar from the reception staff. Resulted from our travel agency negligence we encountered really serious difficulty on our trip to back home on 22nd of October

He looked tirelessly after the possible solutions on the net, provided new alternatives, called for hours with the airline directly. We are grateful for his help and professional work

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down

On arrival you're not told anything about the hotel and what it has to offer (as they focus and spend so much time on trying to up sale a room). On checkout, again no directions given to luggage storage or shower

We recently (last week of october) visited this hotel for a short family vacation, and as a person of color traveling with my family, I was pleased to find the hotel staff to be very welcoming

Cons: the hotel is located 120 km from the airport, so to get at least 2 hours in the rooms poor sound insulation, Internet access is weak though and catches throughout the evening animation so so young people there will be boring, no discos

Sufficient number of sun beds and the pool sparkling clean. Rooms are being disinfected against infestation with certain period. There is insufficient room, the lobby and restaurant

The animation team were superb and the entertainment around the pool each day was great, they were so friendly and got everyone involved, without being too pushy

Rooms was cleaned everyday as well, we mentioned between us many times that we’ve never seen a place so clean before, staff love to make sure the place is clean and tidy! During the day the entertainment team always keep you occupied and make sure you’re having a good time

Hotel rooms were air conditioned and also had lots of information about the hotel in booklets on the desk in the rooms so you didn’t have to worry about how to do anything whilst they were there

We spent 10 nights at this hotel and all I can say is positives about it, there was always variety with food and brilliant set ups for food so you can snacks in between meal times
