The pool and the area around it was very dirty. Smoking allowed almost everywhere. Could not be by the pool without someone smoking right next to you. It was a complete free-for-all. No security by the pool to enforce rules of no running and no jumping. People bringing their children with soiled diapers into the adult pool. Hot food was a bit suspect I'd be surprised if it maintained a safe temperature to be served at. Hotel is on a busy dual carriageway, difficult to cross to the promenade. There is a tunnel from the hotel which takes you under the road to a private beach.

Only reason for 4 star location is the distance from airport otherwise the beach is very convenient and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly, food varied and tasty however some complain it's not very warm,we didn't find that an issue at all considering the amount of people catered for. Overall an amazing experience.

Hotel in a good location in Alanya. Food good and in many different variants and for adults and children. The sea is close, but the beach has a lot of dangerous stones. This is my second stay here. I'm very impressed with the staff. They are very friendly. The guy working nights has become a good friend.
