This really is the most wonderful place to stay. We felt completely at ease during our stay. The staff were so very kind, helpful and they went above and beyond expectations. The view from the rooftop is exceptional, and you can sit here at any point throughout the day as a hotel guest without having to purchase additional drinks or snacks. Simply wonderful for a mid-afternoon siesta, leisurely read, to watch the world go by. We can only hope to return!

An unfortunate set of events led to us contacting the hotel more than 24 hours in advance, seeking a refund or an ability to change the reservation. Rather than respond to the email, they charged us the full amount immediately, with no communication. The reservation was supposed to be charged the day of service. Therefore they are ignoring the request for refund AND charging the fee more than a day in advance.

I’ve been travelling for nearly a decade and I’ve never come across a hotel with such friendly staff before.They were absolutely fantastic and the service provided was like non other, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as can be.

The view on the 6th floor is arguably one of the best views within the city overseeing everything in Istanbul and the buffet is just a bonus. The location was perfect as it was within 5 min walk of the grand bazaar and 1 min walk to a local tram spot as well.

I could not recommend a hotel more if you were to visit İstunbul I heavily suggest to give Rast Hotel a try, I’m sure you won’t regret it.

Best hotel in Istanbul!!!!!
My family stayed here for 3 nights and I couldn’t have recommended a place to stay more. They were extremely accommodating and friendly, letting us know the best places to go and places to be wary of and gave us gifts upon arrivals. The breakfast was delicious and the view was spectacular, definitely the best view you can see of istanbul, specifically the blue mosque. We want to thank the staff for being so kind and giving us the best experience we could ask for of Istanbul.
If you’re looking at somewhere to stay, this is the best in terms of location, views, staff etc.

It's a great hotel in the heart of old Istanbul - Sultanahmet - with the best view of the city and Bosphorous. Great breakfast choices. Good rooms, friendly staff. Lift could be a bit quicker responding.

The rooms are cleaned to a shine and the whole hotel has a pleasant smell of freshness with citrus notes. For breakfast, you go up to the sixth floor of the hotel. A magnificent terrace overlooking the Bosphorus and the main mosques of the city. For breakfast, food is served for every taste, everything is very organized and tasty. Very professional and pleasant men work behind the reception desk, one of whom showed a map of the area and showed how to walk through the main attractions in one day. Would happily stay here again.

Highly recommended! This hotel is amazing. Nothing to complain. Very clean and spacious room! With big, warm and comfortable beds.Stuff very friendly and helpful! The hotel is close to everything. You have tram station, restaurants, shops and turistic attraction nearby. Top!!!
